The existing data sharing realized in a data synchronization mode has the technical problems of inaccurate data synchronization, large workload of data synchronization and high maintenance cost.
Based on this, in the cross-tenant data sharing method of the present invention, the cross-tenant data sharing system provides a visual, simple and easy-to-use operation interface for the user of the target tenant to use, the user of the target tenant can conveniently create a data model and input and manage the data, and then authorize the data to be shared to the selected authorized tenant, so that the authorized tenant can also browse the shared data at the same time, the process does not need to perform data synchronization between the systems of two tenants, and the data is directly shared on the cross-tenant data sharing system, so that only one part of data exists in the cross-tenant data sharing system, the shared data is more accurate, and the data sharing and management and maintenance are performed through the visual, simple and easy-to-use operation interface, thereby greatly simplifying the workload of data sharing, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
To facilitate understanding of the embodiment, a detailed description is first given to a data sharing method between tenants disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of a method for data sharing across tenants, wherein the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the figure may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions, and wherein although a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for data sharing across tenants according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step S102, acquiring attribute information added by a user of a target tenant to a target data model in a data unified modeling interface, and determining a data structure and a display component corresponding to each field name in the attribute information according to the attribute information, so as to obtain a data model created by the user, wherein the attribute information at least comprises: field name, field identification and field type;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the data sharing method across tenants may be applied to a data sharing system across tenants, and the user of the target tenant may be a user of a group or a user of each hierarchical unit.
The data unified modeling interface may be an interface as shown in fig. 2, in which a data model of the pump truck (i.e., the target data model in the above) is shown, and a user may click an add button to obtain the interface shown in fig. 3, and further, the user may add attribute information to the interface, where the attribute information at least includes: field name, field identification, field type. Specifically, the user may analyze all attribute fields according to the data characteristics of the attribute fields (i.e., field names), and determine the field type corresponding to each attribute field. For example, data corresponding to one attribute field is one-to-one, that is, one attribute field corresponds to one data, and if the data is text, the field type corresponding to the attribute field is text; the data corresponding to an attribute field is one-to-many, that is, an attribute field corresponds to multiple data (for example, a tag field of a piece of data may have multiple tag values for identifying the piece of data), and if the data is text, the field type corresponding to the attribute field is a text array; an attribute field is an organization, the data has a hierarchical progressive expression form, and a structure similar to a tree is adopted, so that the field type corresponding to the organization is determined to be a dimension, and the description is not repeated.
After the attribute information is added by the user, the data sharing system (hereinafter, referred to as the system for short) of the cross-tenant determines the data structure and the display component corresponding to each field name according to the field type in the attribute information. Specifically, the system has built-in relationships of field types to data structures and display components. For example, the field types are: integer, string, floating point, then its data structure may be: numerical values, texts, precision-carrying numerical values (which are specifically selected by a user), and the display components are as follows: a text box; for another example, the field types are: date, time, then, its data structure is time, its display component is a time component; the field types are: enumerating, then, its data structure is a key-value pair, its display component is a drop-down box; the field types are: dimension, then, its data structure is an array, its display element is a tree element.
Thus, a data model as shown in FIG. 2 is obtained (each row in FIG. 2 represents a data model).
Step S104, storing the data model according to a storage instruction triggered by a user, and generating a data management maintenance interface according to the data model, wherein the data management maintenance interface comprises field names and target display components corresponding to the field names, and the target display components carry information (checking rules (numerical values, texts and precision numerical values) of a data structure, namely, a key value pair is 0, namely, 1 is used, and 2 is sealed and stored, namely, a maintenance and array is performed);
FIG. 4 shows a portion of a data management maintenance interface generated according to the data model of FIG. 2, which when created by a user click, results in the data management maintenance interface shown in FIG. 5, FIG. 5 includes: the field names and the target display components corresponding to the field names, wherein the target display components carry information of the data structures. If the field name is asset status, the corresponding data type is enumeration, the data structure is a key value pair, if the key value pair set by the user is 0, the corresponding value is active, the key is 1, the corresponding value is sealed, the key is 2, and the corresponding value is maintenance, then the target display component corresponding to the field name is a drop-down box for active, sealed and maintenance (i.e. clicking V on the right side of the asset status, the drop-down box for active, sealed and maintenance appears for the user to select), and the description is not repeated herein.
Step S106, acquiring data corresponding to each field name input by a user in a target display component of the data management maintenance interface, and displaying the data under each field name of the data management maintenance interface to obtain a data model with the data;
as shown in fig. 4, data is displayed under each field name of the data management maintenance interface, for example, data corresponding to input is displayed under a pump truck code, a pump truck name, an asset state, a chassis type, an ergonomic type, and the like, and multiple sets of data can be obtained through multiple data inputs.
Step S108, acquiring a data model to be shared selected by a user from data models with data of a data sharing page;
step S110, obtaining data to be authorized of the data model to be shared set by the user, operation permission to be authorized of the data to be authorized, and authorized tenant based on the data model to be shared, and authorizing the data to be authorized and the operation permission to be authorized of the data to be authorized to the authorized tenant according to an authorization instruction triggered by the user.
Specifically, the data to be authorized of the data model to be shared may be data screened by the user through a certain screening condition set by the attribute definition of the model.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a cross-tenant data sharing method is provided, which is applied to a cross-tenant data sharing system, and the method includes: acquiring attribute information added by a user of a target tenant for a target data model in a data unified modeling interface, determining a data structure and a display component corresponding to each field name in the attribute information according to the attribute information, and further acquiring a data model created by the user, wherein the attribute information at least comprises: field name, field identification and field type; storing the data model according to a storage instruction triggered by a user, and generating a data management maintenance interface according to the data model, wherein the data management maintenance interface comprises field names and target display components corresponding to the field names, and the target display components carry information of a data structure; acquiring data corresponding to each field name input by a user in a target display component of a data management maintenance interface, and displaying the data under each field name of the data management maintenance interface to obtain a data model with the data; acquiring a data model to be shared selected by a user from data models with data of a data sharing page; the method comprises the steps of obtaining data to be authorized of a data model to be shared set by a user, operation permission to be authorized of the data to be authorized and an authorized tenant based on the data model to be shared, and authorizing the data to be authorized and the operation permission to be authorized of the data to be authorized to the authorized tenant according to an authorization instruction triggered by the user. The cross-tenant data sharing method of the present invention is introduced in a specific embodiment as follows:
first, a creation process of data modeling is performed. The method comprises the steps that a user of a target tenant (group) analyzes data characteristics of each attribute field, classifies all attribute fields, determines incidence relations among the attribute fields (also is used for determining data types of the attribute fields), and in combination with business attribute characteristics of an enterprise, the user identifies the data types of each type of attribute fields, identifies the data types of the attribute fields according to the existing relations of each attribute field in data, such as one-to-one, one-to-many and the like, and further adds attribute information for a target data model in a data unified modeling interface, so that a system determines a data structure and a display component corresponding to each field name in the attribute information according to the attribute information, and after all the attribute information is added, the user clicks and saves the attribute information and authorizes each hierarchical unit, and finally, the standardized modeling definition of the data on the group side is completed;
second, is the creation process of the modeling extension. Firstly, each hierarchical unit selects a data model defined by group standardization as an extended bluebook; then, adding attribute information to be expanded according to the requirements of the focus of each unit, and classifying the attribute information by each hierarchical unit in combination with the service characteristics; then, for the classification result of the newly added attribute information, identifying the data type of each attribute information by each hierarchical unit, and determining a corresponding data structure and a corresponding display component by the system according to the data type; finally, adding the newly created data model part into the uniformly defined model according to the existing relationship, and storing the new model as the own extended model for data entry and management;
and thirdly, a data sharing authorization creating process. Firstly, each hierarchical unit selects a data model to be shared with other units; then, according to the attribute definition of the model, selecting to screen out part of data by setting a certain screening condition wholly or according to the attribute definition; then, selecting the operation authority which is to be given to the authorized user to the data shared to the authorized user; and finally, generating a data authorization strategy (for subsequent authentication) according to the sharing selected data range and the operation authority, applying the strategy to the authorization data and the user role of the authorized unit, and associating the data to which the authorization strategy is applied to the data model of the authorized unit to serve as a data subset of the authorized unit data model.
The invention provides a universal data modeling, expanding, data managing and sharing authorization tool, which is provided for a group and all levels of units to use by a visual, simple and easy-to-use operation interface:
designing a data unified modeling interface: and (3) carrying out classification abstract design on the components (attribute fields) of the data, wherein each type of data (which can be each attribute field) determines a corresponding data structure and a corresponding display component (which is associated with the corresponding display component) according to the data type characteristics of the data. Such as an organization data portion having a tree-like hierarchical structure, the data structure is associated with a tree display component. Combining the various attribute fields with the corresponding data structures and display components to finally form a complete modeling definition of the data;
modeling a hierarchical extension interface design: and each hierarchical unit is endowed with a data model which can be uniformly defined for the group, modeling expansion is performed again according to the requirement of the attention point of the hierarchical unit, the design mode and the operation mode of the modeling expansion are consistent with those of a unified modeling mode, the unified modeling mode has consistent operation style, the operation difficulty is reduced, and the use cost is reduced.
And (3) data grading maintenance management: the corresponding management and maintenance interface is automatically generated according to the modeling result of the user, the generated interface has the characteristics of simplicity and easiness in use, all levels of users can input and manage own data in the generated interface, the data operation has a group unified operation style, and the communication cost among all levels of units is reduced. The data managed by each level of unit is stored according to the management principle of data isolation between units, for example: different units use different database table spaces or tables.
