The working principle of the device is as follows: when the device is used, the tension value of the tension spring 28 is selected according to the size of the picture 3, so that the national wind resistance standard of outdoor advertising is conveniently met, then the picture 3 is placed in the middle of the frame body 1, the picture button hole 4 and the tension spring 28 are connected together through the safety hook 29, finally the control button is pressed to enable the linear motor 25 to synchronously move forwards, the roller 22 and the crank arm 24 are driven to synchronously rotate outwards, and the tension spring 26, the tension spring fixing frame 27 and the tension spring 28 are fixed on the crank arm 24, so that the tension spring 26, the tension spring fixing frame 27 and the tension spring 28 also move forwards, and the tension spring 28 tightens and fixes the picture 3.
