It can be understood that an RFID reading device may be arranged outside the express delivery cabinet, when a user finds that a wrong package is taken and returned, the wrong package may be placed at a position where the RFID reading device can scan to read, when the RFID reading device outside the express delivery cabinet obtains fourth identification information of the wrong package based on an RFID tag, it is necessary to judge whether first identification information matched with the fourth identification information exists in a first preset table, so as to prevent other express deliveries from being maliciously taken to open a door to take a piece, if the first identification information matched with the fourth identification information exists, the express delivery cabinet door is controlled to be opened, so that the user returns the wrong express delivery, and when a closing signal of the express delivery cabinet door is received, the step of obtaining third identification information of the remaining packages in the express delivery cabinet based on the RFID reading device inside the express delivery cabinet is continuously performed.
Optionally, the user may also input the previous pickup information to return to the express delivery like picking up the package, and at this time, it needs to judge whether the pickup information is valid like picking up the package, that is, judge whether the first identification information matched with the pickup information exists in the first preset table, and simultaneously need to record the number of times of inputting the same pickup information, so that the express delivery station analyzes the abnormal pickup behavior of the user based on the number of times of inputting the same pickup information, and lock the abnormal pickup person after the package is lost to provide a basis.
The invention provides a pickup method based on a delivery robot, which comprises the steps of acquiring first identification information of a package in an express cabinet based on an RFID reading device before delivery, and judging whether the pickup information is effective or not after a user inputs the pickup information; if the information is valid, second identification information of the package corresponding to the pickup information of the user is acquired, and the cabinet door is controlled to be opened; when a cabinet door closing signal is received, acquiring third identification information of the remaining packages in the express cabinet based on the RFID reading device; according to the first identification information, the second identification information and the third identification information, whether abnormal pickup exists or not can be judged; if the express delivery is taken abnormally, an abnormal express delivery taking prompt is output, and the express delivery can be returned conveniently after the user finds that the express delivery is taken wrongly. Whether abnormal pickup exists or not is judged after the user picks up the express at every time, if abnormal pickup exists, the user is timely reminded to correct the abnormal pickup action, and the problems that the time and labor are wasted when the user mistakenly takes the express home to return to the express are avoided.
Further, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a piece dispatching robot, where the piece dispatching robot includes: the express delivery robot further comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, and the computer program realizes the steps of the pickup method based on the express delivery robot when being executed by the processor.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements the steps of the foregoing pickup method based on the dispatch robot.
The development content of the specific implementation of the dispatch robot and the computer-readable storage medium of the present invention is basically the same as that of the above-mentioned embodiments of the pick-up method based on the dispatch robot, and will not be described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. A pickup method based on a delivery robot is characterized in that the delivery robot comprises a processor and at least one express delivery cabinet, the express delivery cabinet is used for storing parcels pasted with RFID labels, at least one RFID reading device is arranged in the express delivery cabinet and used for acquiring identification information carried by the RFID labels on the parcels and sending the identification information to the processor, and the pickup method based on the delivery robot comprises the following steps:
receiving a delivery instruction input by a courier, and acquiring first identification information of a parcel in an express cabinet based on an RFID reading device in the express cabinet;
receiving pickup information input by a user in a pickup process of a pickup robot, and judging whether the pickup information is effective or not;
if the pickup information is valid, acquiring second identification information of the package corresponding to the pickup information, and controlling a cabinet door of the express cabinet to be opened;
when a cabinet door closing signal is received, acquiring third identification information of the remaining packages in the express cabinet based on an RFID reading device in the express cabinet;
judging whether abnormal pickup exists or not according to the first identification information, the second identification information and the third identification information;
and if the abnormal pickup exists, outputting an abnormal pickup prompt.
2. The pickup method based on the dispatch robot of claim 1, wherein the first identification information comprises a plurality of information items of pickup code, addressee name, express order number, addressee telephone number and addressee address; the second identification information and the third identification information include the same information item as the first identification information;
the pickup method based on the dispatch robot comprises the following steps:
after the first identification information, the second identification information and the third identification information are obtained, the first identification information, the second identification information and the third identification information are respectively stored in a first preset table, a second preset table and a third preset table one by one.
3. The dispatch robot-based pickup method of claim 2, wherein the step of determining whether the pickup information is valid comprises:
judging whether first identification information matched with the pickup information exists in the first preset table or not;
if first identification information matched with the pickup information exists, judging that the pickup information is valid;
and if the first identification information matched with the pickup information does not exist, judging that the pickup information is invalid.
4. The dispatch robot-based pickup method of claim 3, wherein the step of determining whether the pickup information is valid further comprises:
and if the pickup information is invalid, outputting a prompt that the pickup information is wrong.
5. The pickup method based on the dispatch robot of claim 4, wherein the step of determining whether there is an abnormal pickup according to the first identification information, the second identification information and the third identification information comprises:
respectively acquiring a first quantity of first identification information in a first preset table, a second quantity of second identification information in a second preset table and a third quantity of third identification information in a third preset table;
comparing the sum of the second and third quantities with the first quantity;
if the sum of the second quantity and the third quantity is equal to the first quantity, judging whether repeated identification information exists in the second preset table and the third preset table; if repeated identification information exists, judging that a first abnormal pickup exists; if no repeated identification information exists, judging that abnormal pickup does not exist;
if the sum of the second quantity and the third quantity is smaller than the first quantity, judging that a second abnormal pickup exists;
if the sum of the second number and the third number is greater than the first number, it is determined that a third anomaly exists.
6. The dispatch robot-based pickup method of claim 5, wherein the dispatch robot-based pickup method further comprises:
the abnormal pickup type of the first abnormal pickup is a wrong pickup package;
the abnormal pickup type of the second abnormal pickup is a multi-pickup package;
and the abnormal pickup type of the third abnormal pickup is a few-pickup package.
7. The pickup method based on the dispatch robot of claim 6, wherein the step of outputting an abnormal pickup prompt if there is an abnormal pickup comprises:
if the abnormal pickup exists, acquiring the type of the abnormal pickup;
and outputting a corresponding abnormal pickup prompt according to the type of the abnormal pickup.
8. The dispatch robot-based pickup method of claim 7, further comprising, after said step of outputting an abnormal pickup alert:
when fourth identification information of a package is acquired based on an RFID reading device, judging whether first identification information matched with the fourth identification information exists in the first preset table or not;
if the first identification information matched with the fourth identification information exists, controlling the door of the express delivery cabinet to be opened;
and when an express cabinet door closing signal is received, executing the step of acquiring third identification information of the residual parcels in the express cabinet based on the RFID reading device in the express cabinet.
9. A dispatch robot, comprising: at least one courier cabinet having at least one RFID reading device disposed therein, the dispatch robot further comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the dispatch robot-based pickup method of any of claims 1-8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the dispatch robot-based pickup method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
