It should be noted that the condition that the multiple two-dimensional drawings cannot be converted into multiple drawings in the audit document format at least includes one of the following conditions: the path of the model corresponding to the target auditing three-dimensional drawing cannot be found or is incomplete; verifying the damage of the drawing corresponding to the three-dimensional drawing by the target; and the model corresponding to the target auditing three-dimensional drawing is not in the memory.
Referring to FIG. 6, in one embodiment, step S300 includes, but is not limited to, step S610 and step S620.
Step S610, acquiring a part identifier in a target auditing three-dimensional drawing, wherein the part identifier represents a target auditing part needing attention;
and S620, carrying out mapping processing on the target checking three-dimensional drawing and the part in the target checking three-dimensional drawing corresponding to the part identifier according to a preset mapping rule to obtain a plurality of two-dimensional drawings corresponding to the target checking three-dimensional drawing and a plurality of two-dimensional drawings corresponding to the target checking part.
In an embodiment, before the target audit three-dimensional drawing is converted into the two-dimensional drawing, whether the target audit three-dimensional drawing has a target audit part needing to be paid attention to or not can be judged, if yes, a part identifier in the target audit three-dimensional drawing can be obtained, then, according to a preset mapping rule, mapping processing is performed on the target audit three-dimensional drawing and the part in the target audit three-dimensional drawing corresponding to the part identifier, and a plurality of two-dimensional drawings corresponding to the target audit three-dimensional drawing and a plurality of two-dimensional drawings corresponding to the target audit part are obtained. The engineer may also review specific, important parts to achieve a comprehensive review.
It should be noted that the number of the two-dimensional drawings generated by the target auditing three-dimensional drawing conversion process may be set according to an actual situation, may be two-dimensional drawings generated, or may be a two-dimensional drawing generating six-sided views, and this embodiment does not specifically limit the two-dimensional drawings.
As shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart of an auditing method for paperless drawings according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the auditing method for paperless drawings is applied to the architecture platform of fig. 1 of a tablet computer device, and the auditing method for paperless drawings includes, but is not limited to, step S710, step S720, step S730, and step S740.
Step S710, acquiring a plurality of verification document format drawings sent by a PLM system, wherein the verification document format drawings are drawings converted by a two-dimensional drawing obtained by the PLM system performing drawing conversion processing on a target verification three-dimensional drawing according to a preset drawing conversion rule;
s720, displaying the verification document format drawing through a screen of the tablet personal computer equipment;
step S730, obtaining the verification result information of the verification document format drawing;
and step S740, sending the verification result information and the verification document format drawing corresponding to the verification result information to the PLM system.
Specifically, the tablet personal computer device obtains a plurality of verification document format drawings sent by the PLM system, the verification document format drawings are drawings obtained by converting a target verification three-dimensional drawing into a two-dimensional drawing by the PLM system according to a preset drawing conversion rule, then displaying the checked document format drawing through a screen of the tablet personal computer equipment, wherein an engineer can check the checked document format drawing through the tablet personal computer equipment, and inputting related audit result information, the tablet personal computer equipment can acquire the audit result information of the audit document format drawing, and then sends the audit result information and the audit document format drawing corresponding to the audit result information to the PLM system, according to the paperless auditing method, manual processing of the two-dimensional drawing is not needed, the auditing process can be effectively simplified, and therefore the auditing efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the audit result information includes the problem type existing in the audit document format drawing and the reason corresponding to the problem type, and the audit result information is not limited uniquely in this embodiment, and can be set according to the actual situation.
It should be noted that the audit document format drawing includes two-dimensional drawing information of six views corresponding to the target audit three-dimensional drawing and two-dimensional drawing information of six views corresponding to the target audit part, the target audit part is a part in the target audit three-dimensional drawing corresponding to the part identifier, and the part identifier represents the target audit part needing attention. That is, the engineer can perform the review on specific and important components to achieve the comprehensiveness of the review. The components of the converted two-dimensional drawing are not particularly limited in this embodiment, and may be set according to actual conditions.
Based on the above method for checking paperless drawings, the following respectively provides embodiments of the device failure processing guidance apparatus, the PLM system, the tablet computer device, and the computer-readable storage medium of the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus for auditing paperless drawings applied to a PLM system, including:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring an operation instruction for checking the two-dimensional drawing of the target;
the generating module is used for generating a target auditing three-dimensional drawing corresponding to the target auditing two-dimensional drawing according to the operating instruction;
the image turning module is used for turning the target checking three-dimensional drawing according to a preset image turning rule to obtain a plurality of two-dimensional drawings;
the conversion module is used for converting the two-dimensional drawings into a plurality of drawings in the format of the audit document;
the distribution module is used for distributing a plurality of verification document format drawings corresponding to the target verification three-dimensional drawings to the target tablet computer equipment so as to verify the plurality of verification document format drawings through the target tablet computer equipment;
and the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the audit result information from the tablet computer equipment.
In one embodiment, the device further comprises a determining module, wherein the determining module is used for acquiring the material type of the two-dimensional drawing; determining the two-dimensional drawing as a two-dimensional drawing corresponding to the self-made part according to the material type; acquiring virtual piece parameters of a three-dimensional drawing corresponding to a two-dimensional drawing corresponding to a self-made piece; determining the self-made part as a non-virtual part according to the virtual part parameters; acquiring auditing information of a two-dimensional drawing corresponding to a self-made piece, wherein the self-made piece is a non-virtual piece; and determining the auditing information of the two-dimensional drawing corresponding to the self-made part as a target auditing two-dimensional drawing under the condition that the auditing information is not audited or the auditing information is not approved and is not audited.
In an embodiment, the generation module is further configured to open the three-dimensional visualization technology design software according to the operation instruction; and generating a target auditing three-dimensional drawing corresponding to the target auditing two-dimensional drawing by using three-dimensional visualization technology design software.
In an embodiment, the graph conversion module is further configured to, in a case that the multiple two-dimensional drawings cannot be converted into multiple drawings in the audit document format, at least one of the following cases: the path of the model corresponding to the target auditing three-dimensional drawing cannot be found or is incomplete; verifying the damage of the drawing corresponding to the two-dimensional drawing by the target; a model corresponding to the target audit two-dimensional drawing is not in the memory; and calling a windows interface to re-download the target auditing two-dimensional drawing.
In an embodiment, the drawing turning module is further configured to obtain a component identifier in the target audit three-dimensional drawing, where the component identifier represents a target audit component that needs to be paid attention to; and carrying out mapping processing on the target checking three-dimensional drawing and the part in the target checking three-dimensional drawing corresponding to the part identifier according to a preset mapping rule to obtain a plurality of two-dimensional drawings corresponding to the target checking three-dimensional drawing and a plurality of two-dimensional drawings corresponding to the target checking part.
It should be noted that, the technical means, the technical problems solved, and the technical effects achieved in the embodiments of the above-mentioned paperless drawing-based auditing apparatus and the embodiments of the paperless drawing auditing method applied to the PLM system are consistent, and detailed description is omitted here, and an embodiment of the paperless drawing auditing method is described in detail.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an apparatus for auditing paperless drawings applied to a tablet computer device, including:
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring a plurality of verification document format drawings sent by the PLM system, wherein the verification document format drawings are drawings converted by the two-dimensional drawings obtained by the PLM system through drawing conversion processing of a target verification three-dimensional drawing according to a preset drawing conversion rule;
the display module is used for displaying the verification document format drawing through a screen of the tablet personal computer equipment;
the fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring the verification result information of the verification document format drawings;
and the sending module is used for sending the verification result information and the verification document format drawing corresponding to the verification result information to the PLM system.
It should be noted that, technical means, technical problems solved, and technical effects used in the embodiments of the aforementioned verification apparatus based on paperless drawings and the embodiments of the verification method of paperless drawings applied to the tablet personal computer device are consistent, and detailed description is omitted here, and embodiments of the verification method of paperless drawings are described in detail.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention provides a PLM system including: a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor.
The processor and memory may be connected by a bus or other means.
It should be noted that the PLM system in this embodiment may be configured to include a memory and a processor as in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and can constitute a system architecture platform in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and both are within the same inventive concept, so that both have the same implementation principle and beneficial effects, and are not described in detail herein.
Non-transitory software programs and instructions required to implement the method for auditing paperless drawings of the PLM system of the above-described embodiment are stored in the memory, and when executed by the processor, the method for auditing paperless drawings of the above-described embodiment is performed, for example, the method steps S100 to S600 in fig. 2, the method steps S310 to S360 in fig. 3, the method steps S410 to S420 in fig. 4, the method steps S510 to S520 in fig. 5, and the method steps S610 to S620 in fig. 6 described above are performed.
Additionally, one embodiment of the present invention provides a tablet device, including: a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor.
The processor and memory may be connected by a bus or other means.
It should be noted that the tablet pc device in this embodiment may correspondingly include the memory and the processor as shown in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and can constitute a system architecture platform in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and both are within the same inventive concept, so that both have the same implementation principle and beneficial effects, and are not described in detail herein.
The non-transitory software programs and instructions required to implement the communication method on the controller side of the above-described embodiments are stored in the memory, and when executed by the processor, perform the communication method of the above-described embodiments, e.g., perform the method steps S710 to S740 in fig. 7 described above.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium stores computer-executable instructions, when the computer-executable instructions are used for executing the method for reviewing paperless drawings of the PLM system, for example, the method steps S100 to S600 in fig. 2, the method steps S310 to S360 in fig. 3, the method steps S410 to S420 in fig. 4, the method steps S510 to S520 in fig. 5, and the method steps S610 to S620 in fig. 6 described above are executed; when the computer-executable instructions are used to execute the above-mentioned method for checking paperless drawings of a tablet device, for example, the above-described method steps S710 to S740 in fig. 7 are executed.
One of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or some of the steps, systems, and methods disclosed above may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, and suitable combinations thereof. Some or all of the physical components may be implemented as software executed by a processor, such as a central processing unit, digital signal processor, or microprocessor, or as hardware, or as an integrated circuit, such as an application specific integrated circuit. Such software may be distributed on computer readable media, which may include computer storage media (or non-transitory media) and communication media (or transitory media). The term computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data, as is well known to those of ordinary skill in the art. Computer storage media includes, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other memory technology, CD-ROM, Digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can accessed by a computer. In addition, communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media as known to those skilled in the art.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing and various other changes, omissions and deviations in the form and detail thereof may be made without departing from the scope of this invention.

Claims (11)

1. A paperless drawing auditing method is applied to a PLM system, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring an operation instruction for checking a target two-dimensional drawing;
generating a target auditing three-dimensional drawing corresponding to the target auditing two-dimensional drawing according to the operation instruction;
carrying out image conversion processing on the target checking three-dimensional drawing according to a preset image conversion rule to obtain a plurality of two-dimensional drawings;
converting the plurality of two-dimensional drawings into a plurality of drawings in an audit document format;
distributing the multiple verification document format drawings corresponding to the target verification three-dimensional drawing to target tablet computer equipment so as to perform verification processing on the multiple verification document format drawings through the target tablet computer equipment;
and acquiring the audit result information from the tablet computer equipment.
2. The method for reviewing paperless drawings of claim 1, wherein prior to the obtaining the operation instruction for reviewing the target two-dimensional drawing, the method further comprises:
acquiring the material type of a two-dimensional drawing;
determining the two-dimensional drawing as a two-dimensional drawing corresponding to a self-made part according to the material type;
acquiring virtual piece parameters of a three-dimensional drawing corresponding to a two-dimensional drawing corresponding to the self-made piece;
determining the self-made part as a non-virtual part according to the virtual part parameters;
obtaining auditing information of a two-dimensional drawing corresponding to the self-made piece, wherein the self-made piece is a non-virtual piece;
and determining the auditing information of the two-dimensional drawing corresponding to the self-made part as a target auditing two-dimensional drawing under the condition that the auditing information is not audited or the auditing information is not approved and is not audited.
3. The method for reviewing paperless drawings of claim 1, wherein the step of generating the target three-dimensional review drawing corresponding to the target two-dimensional review drawing according to the operation instruction comprises:
opening three-dimensional visualization technology design software according to the operation instruction;
and generating a target auditing three-dimensional drawing corresponding to the target auditing two-dimensional drawing by the three-dimensional visualization technology design software.
4. The method for auditing paperless drawings of claim 1, further comprising:
under the condition that the plurality of two-dimensional drawings can not be converted into a plurality of drawings in the format of the audit document, the condition at least comprises one of the following conditions: the path of the model corresponding to the target auditing three-dimensional drawing cannot be found or is incomplete; the target audits the damage of the drawing corresponding to the two-dimensional drawing; the model corresponding to the target auditing two-dimensional drawing is not in the memory;
and calling a windows interface to re-download the target auditing two-dimensional drawing.
5. The method for auditing paperless drawings according to claim 1, wherein the step of converting the target audit three-dimensional drawing according to a preset conversion rule to obtain a plurality of two-dimensional drawings comprises:
acquiring a component identifier in the target auditing three-dimensional drawing, wherein the component identifier represents a target auditing component needing attention;
and carrying out image conversion processing on the target checking three-dimensional drawing and the part in the target checking three-dimensional drawing corresponding to the part identification according to a preset image conversion rule to obtain a plurality of two-dimensional drawings corresponding to the target checking three-dimensional drawing and a plurality of two-dimensional drawings corresponding to the target checking part.
6. A paperless drawing auditing method is applied to tablet personal computer equipment, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a plurality of verification document format drawings sent by a PLM system, wherein the verification document format drawings are drawings converted by a two-dimensional drawing obtained by the PLM system performing drawing conversion processing on a target verification three-dimensional drawing according to a preset drawing conversion rule;
displaying the verification document format drawing through a screen of the tablet computer equipment;
acquiring the verification result information of the verification document format drawing;
and sending the audit result information and the audit document format drawing corresponding to the audit result information to a PLM system.
7. The method for auditing paperless drawings of claim 6, wherein the audit result information includes a problem type of the information of the two-dimensional drawing in the audit document format drawing and a reason corresponding to the problem type.
8. The method for reviewing paperless drawings of claim 6, wherein the review document format drawing comprises information of a plurality of two-dimensional drawings corresponding to the target review three-dimensional drawing and information of a plurality of two-dimensional drawings corresponding to a target review component, the target review component is a component in the target review three-dimensional drawing corresponding to the component identifier, and the component identifier represents a target review component that needs to be paid attention to.
9. A PLM system, comprising: the device comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to realize the method for checking paperless drawings according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A tablet device, comprising: the memory, the processor and the computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to implement the method for reviewing paperless drawings according to any one of claims 6 to 8.
11. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for performing the method of auditing a paperless drawing of any one of claims 1 to 5, or performing the method of auditing a paperless drawing of any one of claims 6 to 8.
