when the selection of all target experts is finished according to the information of the expert selection range and the items, determining an invitation response prompt from all the target experts, wherein the response prompt is used for indicating the number of people receiving the invitation, and judging whether the number of people is less than or equal to the determined number of people threshold;
and when the judgment result is less than or equal to the personnel number threshold value, modifying the expert selection range according to at least one of the determined name of the project, the evaluation time of the project, the holding place of the project, the expert selection deadline of the project, the response rates of all target experts and the job-performing conditions of all target experts responding to the invitation prompt to obtain the modified expert selection range, and selecting the required expert from the expert set according to the modified expert selection range and the information of the project.
In this alternative embodiment, modifications may be understood as one or more of modifications, expansions, and deletions.
Therefore, in the optional embodiment, after the required experts are selected, the invitation prompt is pushed to the required experts, and when the number of the experts answering the invitation prompt is small, the experts are selected further based on various information of the project, the response probability of the invitation prompt and the expert selection range modified by the selected expert's job-providing condition, so that the accuracy and reliability of the expert selected to the required number can be further improved; and the expert selection range is modified through various information, so that the modification accuracy and reliability of the expert selection range can be improved.
In another alternative embodiment, before the required expert is selected from the expert set according to the modified information of the expert selection range and the item, the method may further include the following steps:
judging whether a target purchasing scheme exists or not, and inquiring an expert selection strategy corresponding to the target purchasing scheme when the target purchasing scheme is judged to exist;
judging whether the expert selection strategy is matched with the modified expert selection range, and when the expert selection strategy is matched with the modified expert selection range, executing the operation of selecting the needed expert from the expert set according to the modified expert selection range and the item information;
when the judgment result shows that the two are not matched, generating an expert selection suggestion according to the expert selection strategy and the modified expert selection range, and sending a confirmation prompt to the determined tenderer, wherein the confirmation prompt is used for prompting the tenderer to confirm the expert selection suggestion;
and when feedback aiming at the confirmation prompt reported by the tenderer is detected and is used for indicating that the expert selection suggestion is approved, selecting the required expert from the expert set according to the expert selection suggestion.
Therefore, in the optional embodiment, when the modified expert selection range is judged to be matched with the expert selection strategy of the purchasing scheme, the required expert operation is selected according to the modified expert selection range and the item information continuously, so that the accuracy and the reliability of the operation can be improved; and when the modified expert selection range is judged not to be matched with the expert selection strategy of the purchasing scheme, selecting the required experts further according to expert selection suggestions reported by the tendering personnel and generated according to the expert selection strategy and the modified expert selection range, and further improving the accuracy of selecting the matched and enough experts.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise the steps of:
judging whether the current state of the selected target expert meets the determined selection state or not, and deleting the selected target expert when the current state of the selected target expert does not meet the selection state;
wherein the selection state comprises one or more of that the selected target expert is not selected by other items, that the selected target expert is not simultaneously involved in the selection of other items, and that the bid evaluation time of the items is not in conflict with the time when the selected target expert has responded to the involved items.
It should be noted that the target expert in step 102 is an expert who satisfies the selected state.
Therefore, in the optional embodiment, after the required expert is preliminarily selected, the expert is further deleted when the situation that the expert is not selected by other items, is participating in the selection of other items at the same time, and conflicts exist between the bid evaluation time of the item and the time of the expert responding to the participating items are judged, so that the selection accuracy and reliability of the expert can be improved, and the situation that the items cannot be normally carried out due to the fact that the expert may not participate in the evaluation on time can be reduced.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise the steps of:
after step 102 is completed, determining information of each target expert and information of a project, wherein the information of each target expert includes, but is not limited to, a category (deep, medium and common), a place, a research field and a historical frequency of invited of the target expert, and the information of the project includes, but is not limited to, a place of holding the project, a weather forecast of the day of holding the project, a scale of the project and a field of the project;
estimating the number of experts participating in the project according to the information of each target expert and the information of the project among all the target experts, and judging whether the number of the experts is larger than or equal to a first preset expert number threshold value;
and when the judgment result is yes, deleting corresponding target experts from all target experts in sequence from low to high according to the experts of which the types are common types, the matching degree of the research field and the field to which the project belongs is less than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value and the historical invitation frequency until the number of the remaining target experts is less than or equal to a second preset expert number threshold value, and taking all the remaining target experts as the required target experts.
In this optional embodiment, a difference between the first preset expert number threshold and the second preset expert number threshold is greater than or equal to a third preset expert number threshold.
Therefore, when the number of the experts is large, the optional embodiment further deletes the common experts, the experts which are not highly matched with the field of the project and possibly do not participate in the project, so that the situation that the experts which are not capable of participating in the project on time and are not highly matched with the project are selected can be reduced, the selection accuracy and reliability of the experts are further improved, and the accuracy and reliability of executing subsequent operations are improved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating another expert selection method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The expert selection method described in fig. 2 may be applied to an expert selection device, where the expert selection device includes any one of an expert selection server (a local server or a cloud server), an expert selection system, an expert selection device, and an expert selection platform. As shown in fig. 2, the expert selection method may include the steps of:

It can be seen that, by implementing the expert selection method described in fig. 2, when at least one of an expert selection request, a purchase scheme of an expert to be selected, a set expert selection time, and the like is detected, a required expert can be automatically selected according to a region selection range and/or a professional selection range, and an identifier and/or a type of a project to be evaluated, and the required expert can be quickly and accurately selected, so that the accuracy and efficiency of the project can be improved, for example: the evaluation accuracy and efficiency of the purchasing scheme are improved. In addition, the selected expert information can be encrypted, the safety of the expert information can be improved, the occurrence situation that the expert information is tampered can be reduced, the expert information is decrypted when the real-time moment is close to the bid evaluation starting moment, the accurate expert can be guaranteed to evaluate the bid of the project, and the accuracy, the reliability and the efficiency of bid evaluation of the project can be improved.
In an optional embodiment, the performing a decryption operation on the encrypted information of all target experts to obtain decrypted information of all target experts includes:
detecting a first decryption instruction triggered by a first person according to the encrypted information of all target experts, wherein the first decryption instruction comprises characters input by the first person;
judging whether the content included in the first decryption instruction is matched with preset decryption content or not, and detecting a second decryption instruction triggered by a second person aiming at the encrypted information of all target experts when the content included in the first decryption instruction is matched with the preset decryption content, wherein the second decryption instruction comprises characters input by the second person and biological feature information of the second person;
and judging whether the content included in the second decryption instruction is matched with the preset decryption content, and decrypting the information of all the target experts when the content included in the second decryption instruction is matched with the preset decryption content to obtain the decrypted information of all the target experts.
Therefore, in the optional embodiment, the decryption instructions triggered by different personnel are sequentially checked, and when the decryption instructions triggered by all the personnel pass, the expert information is decrypted, so that the occurrence of decryption of the expert information by unauthorized personnel can be reduced, the accuracy and reliability of executing the operation of decrypting the expert information are improved, and the accuracy and reliability of evaluating the bid of the subsequent project are improved.

Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an expert selection device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The expert selection device described in fig. 3 includes any one of an expert selection server (a local server or a cloud server), an expert selection system, an expert selection device, and an expert selection platform. As shown in fig. 3, the expert selecting means may include:
the determining module 301 is configured to determine an expert selection range according to the current condition if the current condition meets the determined expert selection condition, where the expert selection range includes a region selection range and/or a professional selection range.
And the selecting module 302 is configured to select a plurality of target experts from the determined expert set according to the expert selection range and the determined information of the items needing evaluation.
The expert selection condition comprises one or more of detection of an expert selection request, existence of a purchase scheme of an expert to be selected, and determination of the distance between the expert selection moments at the current moment, wherein the distance between the expert selection moments is less than or equal to the determined distance threshold value.
In the embodiment of the invention, optionally, when the expert selection range comprises the professional selection range, the professional selection range comprises a main selection professional selection range and an alternative professional selection range; optionally, the selecting module 302 specifically selects a plurality of target experts from the determined expert set according to the expert selection range and the determined information of the items to be evaluated, by:
selecting all first experts from the determined expert set according to the selection range of the main selection experts and the determined information of the items needing evaluation, and judging whether the number of all the first experts is larger than or equal to the preset number;
and when the number of the second experts is judged to be less than the preset number, all the second experts are selected from the expert set according to the information of the candidate professional selection range and the items, and all the first experts and all the second experts are determined to be target experts.
It can be seen that, by implementing the expert selection device described in fig. 3, when at least one of an expert selection request, a purchase scheme of an expert to be selected, a set expert selection time, and the like is detected, a required expert can be automatically selected according to a region selection range and/or a professional selection range, and an identifier and/or a type of a project to be evaluated, and the required expert can be quickly and accurately selected, so that the accuracy and efficiency of the project can be improved, for example: the evaluation accuracy and efficiency of the purchasing scheme are improved. In addition, the required experts can be selected from the main selection professional selection range and the alternative professional selection range in sequence, so that the selection efficiency of the experts can be further improved while the high-accuracy experts are ensured to be selected.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include:

The selecting module 302 is further configured to select a required expert from the expert set according to the modified expert selection range and item information.
It can be seen that, the expert selection device described in fig. 4 can push invitation prompts to the required experts after the required experts are selected, and further select experts based on various information of items, response probability of the invitation prompts and expert selection range modified by the selected expert's job-following condition when the number of experts responding to the invitation prompts is small, so that accuracy and reliability of selecting the required number of experts can be further improved; and the expert selection range is modified through various information, so that the modification accuracy and reliability of the expert selection range can be improved.
In another alternative embodiment, the first determining module 304 is further configured to determine whether the target purchasing scenario exists before the selecting module 302 selects the required expert from the expert collection according to the modified information of the expert selection range and item.
As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include:
the query module 306 is configured to query an expert selection policy corresponding to the target purchasing scheme when the first determining module 304 determines that the target purchasing scheme exists.
The first determining module 304 is further configured to determine whether the expert selection policy matches the modified expert selection range, and when the expert selection policy matches the modified expert selection range, the selecting module 302 is triggered to perform the above-mentioned operation of selecting a required expert from the expert set according to the modified expert selection range and the item information;

The pushing module 303 is further configured to send a confirmation prompt to the determined tenderer, where the confirmation prompt is used to prompt the tenderer to confirm the expert selection suggestion.
The selecting module 302 is further configured to select a required expert from the expert set according to the expert selection suggestion when the feedback for the confirmation prompt reported by the tenderer is detected and the feedback is used for indicating approval of the expert selection suggestion.
It can be seen that, by implementing the expert selection device described in fig. 4, when it is determined that the modified expert selection range matches the expert selection policy of the purchase scheme, the expert selection device can continue to perform subsequent operations of selecting required experts according to the modified expert selection range and item information, and can improve the accuracy and reliability of performing the operations; and when the modified expert selection range is judged not to be matched with the expert selection strategy of the purchasing scheme, selecting the required experts further according to expert selection suggestions reported by the tendering personnel and generated according to the expert selection strategy and the modified expert selection range, and further improving the accuracy of selecting the matched and enough experts.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include:

In this optional embodiment, optionally, after the above operations are performed by the selecting module 302, the second judging module 308 may be triggered to perform the above operations of judging whether the current state of the selected target expert meets the determined selected state.
It can be seen that, by implementing the expert selection device described in fig. 4, after the required expert is preliminarily selected, the expert can be further deleted when it is determined that the expert is not selected by other items, is participating in the selection of other items at the same time, and the evaluation time of the item conflicts with the time of the expert responding to the participating item, so that the accuracy and reliability of the selection of the expert can be improved, and the occurrence of the situation that the item cannot be normally performed due to the fact that the expert may not participate in the evaluation on time can be reduced.
In yet another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include:

In this optional embodiment, optionally, after the above operations are performed by the selecting module 302, the cryptographic processing module 310 may be triggered to perform the above operations of encrypting the information of all target experts to obtain the encrypted information of all target experts.
Therefore, the expert selection device described in fig. 4 can encrypt the information of the selected expert, improve the safety of the expert information, reduce the occurrence of tampering of the expert information, decrypt the expert information when the real-time is close to the bid evaluation starting time, ensure that the expert can accurately evaluate the bid of the project, and be beneficial to improving the accuracy, reliability and efficiency of the bid evaluation of the project.
In another optional embodiment, the cryptographic processing module 310 performs a decryption operation on the encrypted information of all target experts, and a manner of obtaining the decrypted information of all target experts is specifically as follows:
detecting a first decryption instruction triggered by a first person according to the encrypted information of all target experts, wherein the first decryption instruction comprises characters input by the first person;
judging whether the content included in the first decryption instruction is matched with preset decryption content or not, and detecting a second decryption instruction triggered by a second person aiming at the encrypted information of all target experts when the content included in the first decryption instruction is matched with the preset decryption content, wherein the second decryption instruction comprises characters input by the second person and biological feature information of the second person;
and judging whether the content included in the second decryption instruction is matched with the preset decryption content, and decrypting the information of all the target experts when the content included in the second decryption instruction is matched with the preset decryption content to obtain the decrypted information of all the target experts.
Therefore, the expert selection device described in fig. 4 can also be implemented to sequentially verify the decryption instructions triggered by different personnel, decrypt the expert information when the decryption instructions triggered by all the personnel pass through, and reduce the occurrence of decryption of the expert information by unauthorized personnel, so that the accuracy and reliability of executing the operation of decrypting the expert information are improved, and the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation of the subsequent items are improved.

Claims (10)

1. An expert selection method, comprising:
if the current condition meets the determined expert selection condition, determining an expert selection range according to the current condition, wherein the expert selection range comprises a region selection range and/or a professional selection range;
selecting a plurality of target experts from the determined expert set according to the expert selection range and the determined information of the items needing evaluation, wherein the information of the items comprises the sources and/or types of the items;
the expert selection condition comprises one or more of detection of an expert selection request, existence of a purchase scheme of an expert to be selected, and determination of the distance between the expert selection moments at the current moment, wherein the distance between the expert selection moments is less than or equal to the determined distance threshold value.
2. The expert selection method of claim 1 further comprising:
when the target expert is selected, an invitation prompt is pushed to the target expert, and the invitation prompt is used for inviting the target expert to participate in project review;
when the selection of all the target experts is completed according to the expert selection range and the information of the project, determining to respond to the invitation prompt and the response is used for indicating the number of the persons receiving the invitation from all the target experts, and judging whether the number of the persons is less than or equal to the determined number of the persons threshold;
and when the number of the persons is judged to be less than or equal to the personnel number threshold value, modifying the expert selection range according to at least one of the determined name of the project, the evaluation time of the project, the holding place of the project, the expert selection deadline of the project, the response rates of all the target experts and the job-performing conditions of all the target experts responding to the invitation prompt, obtaining the modified expert selection range, and selecting the required experts from the expert set according to the modified expert selection range and the information of the project.
3. The expert selection method of claim 2 wherein before the selecting the desired expert from the set of experts based on the modified expert selection scope and the item information, the method further comprises:
judging whether a target purchasing scheme exists or not, and inquiring an expert selection strategy corresponding to the target purchasing scheme when the target purchasing scheme is judged to exist;
judging whether the expert selection strategy is matched with the modified expert selection range, and when the expert selection strategy is matched with the modified expert selection range, executing the operation of selecting the needed expert from the expert set according to the modified expert selection range and the item information;
when the judgment result shows that the expert selection strategies are not matched with the modified expert selection range, generating an expert selection suggestion, and sending a confirmation prompt to the determined tenderer, wherein the confirmation prompt is used for prompting the tenderer to confirm the expert selection suggestion;
and when feedback aiming at the confirmation prompt reported by the tenderer is detected and is used for indicating approval of the expert selection suggestion, selecting the required expert from the expert set according to the expert selection suggestion.
4. The expert selection method of any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the method further comprises:
judging whether the current state of the selected target expert meets the determined selection state or not, and deleting the selected target expert when the current state of the selected target expert does not meet the selection state;
wherein the selection status comprises one or more of that the selected target expert is not selected by other items, that the selected target expert is not simultaneously involved in the selection of other items, and that the evaluation time of the items does not conflict with the time that the selected target expert has responded to the involved items.
5. The expert selection method of any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the method further comprises:
encrypting the information of all the target experts to obtain the encrypted information of all the target experts;
after the encrypted information of all the target experts is obtained, judging whether the interval duration between the evaluation starting moments determined by the real-time moment distance is smaller than or equal to the determined interval duration threshold value or not;
and when the judgment result shows that the time interval is less than or equal to the time interval threshold, executing decryption operation on the encrypted information of all the target experts to obtain the decrypted information of all the target experts.
6. The expert selection method of claim 5 wherein the performing a decryption operation on the encrypted information of all the target experts to obtain decrypted information of all the target experts comprises:
detecting a first decryption instruction triggered by a first person according to the encrypted information of all the target experts, wherein the first decryption instruction comprises characters input by the first person;
judging whether the content included in the first decryption instruction is matched with preset decryption content or not, and detecting a second decryption instruction triggered by a second person aiming at the encrypted information of all the target experts when the content included in the first decryption instruction is matched with the preset decryption content, wherein the second decryption instruction comprises characters input by the second person and biological characteristic information of the second person;
and judging whether the content included in the second decryption instruction is matched with the preset decryption content, and decrypting the information of all the target experts when the content included in the second decryption instruction is matched with the preset decryption content to obtain the decrypted information of all the target experts.
7. The expert selection method of claim 1, 2, 3 or 5 wherein when the expert selection range includes the professional selection range, the professional selection range includes a main selection professional selection range and an alternative professional selection range;
the selecting a plurality of target experts from the determined expert set according to the expert selection range and the determined information of the items needing evaluation, and the selecting method comprises the following steps:
selecting all first experts from the determined expert set according to the main selection expert selection range and the determined information of the items needing evaluation, and judging whether the number of the first experts is larger than or equal to a preset number;
and when the number of the candidate experts is less than the preset number, selecting all second experts from the expert set according to the candidate expert selection range and the project information, and determining all the first experts and all the second experts as target experts.
8. An expert selection device, the device comprising:
the determining module is used for determining an expert selection range according to the current condition if the current condition meets the determined expert selection condition, wherein the expert selection range comprises a region selection range and/or a professional selection range;
the selection module is used for selecting a plurality of target experts from the determined expert set according to the expert selection range and the determined information of the items needing evaluation, wherein the information of the items comprises the sources and/or types of the items;
