According to the scheme of the invention, whether three important grounding points of the washing machine are in a conducting state is detected through corresponding detection circuits, namely whether a main power supply ground wire, a washing machine shell ground wire and a washing machine motor wire of the washing machine are in a conducting state is detected, and through a corresponding control flow, when the corresponding ground wires are detected to be not conducted, the main controller can prompt that the corresponding ground wires are not conducted, and if a user does not process in time, shutdown operation can be carried out within a specified time. At step S120, it is detected whether a current ground line among a main power ground line, a cabinet ground line, and a motor ground line of the washing machine is turned on through the detection unit, and a detection result is output. In step S140, if the detection result is that the current ground line is not connected, a warning message that the current ground line is not grounded is initiated, and the washing machine is controlled to be turned off in a delayed manner if the washing machine is not turned off.
The invention provides a device for detecting the conduction of a ground wire of a washing machine, which can detect whether a main power supply ground wire, a washing machine shell ground wire and a washing machine motor wire are in a conduction state or not through a detection device and a control method for detecting whether the ground wire is conducted or not according to the detection device. Specifically, the information detected by the detection circuit in the detection device can be processed to judge which ground wire is not conducted, the information is transmitted to the main controller to be displayed for reminding, and forced shutdown is carried out when a user does not operate, so that the use safety of the washing machine can be improved.

By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment, whether three important grounding points of electrical equipment such as a washing machine are in a conducting state or not is detected by arranging the detection circuit, the electrical equipment is timely reminded and protected under the condition that the corresponding ground wire is not conducted, the electrical equipment such as the washing machine is allowed to normally run under the condition that the corresponding ground wire is conducted, and the use safety of the electrical equipment can be improved.
In summary, it is readily understood by those skilled in the art that the advantageous modes described above can be freely combined and superimposed without conflict.

The ground wire detection device is characterized in that the ground wire is a ground wire of electrical equipment; the ground wire of the electrical equipment comprises: a main power supply ground wire, a shell ground wire and a motor ground wire; recording any one of the main power supply ground wire, the shell ground wire and the motor ground wire in the current detection process as a current ground wire;
the ground wire detection device comprises: a detection unit; wherein,
the detection unit is configured to detect whether a current ground wire of the main power supply ground wire, the chassis ground wire and the motor ground wire is conducted or not and output a detection result;
wherein, the detection result comprises: a first level signal or a second level signal; if the ground wire is conducted, the detection result is a first level signal; and if the ground wire is not conducted, the detection result is a second level signal.
2. The ground wire detecting device according to claim 1, wherein in a case where detection is required for the main power supply ground wire, the chassis ground wire, and the motor ground wire, the number of the detecting units is three; the three detection units are specifically a first detection unit, a second detection unit and a third detection unit; wherein,
the first detection unit is configured to detect whether the main power ground is conducted;
the second detection unit is configured to detect whether the chassis ground is conductive;
the third detection unit is configured to detect whether the motor ground is conductive.
3. The ground wire detecting device according to claim 1, further comprising: a control unit; the control unit is configured to control the detection unit to start under the condition that the electrical equipment is started; and the number of the first and second groups,
controlling the electrical equipment to operate under the condition that the detection result is that the current ground wire is conducted; and initiating a reminding message that the current ground wire is not grounded when the detection result is that the current ground wire is not conducted, and controlling the electrical equipment to be powered off in a delayed manner when the electrical equipment is not powered off.
4. The ground wire detecting device according to claim 3, wherein the control unit includes: a control module and a main controller of the electrical equipment;
the ground wire detection device further comprises: a communication module;
the detection result output by the detection unit can be input to the control module; the communication module is arranged between the control module and the main controller of the electrical equipment and is configured to realize communication between the control module and the main controller of the electrical equipment.
5. The ground wire detecting device according to claim 4, characterized by further comprising: a power supply module;
the power supply module can supply power for the detection unit, the control module and the communication module.
6. The ground wire detecting device according to claim 5, wherein the power supply module includes: a voltage transformation module;
the transformation module is arranged between an alternating current power supply and the control module and can carry out rectification and transformation based on the alternating current power supply to obtain a power supply; the power supply can supply power for the detection unit, the control module and the communication module.

The ground wire detection device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the detection unit comprises: the device comprises a voltage division module, an optocoupler module and an upward drawing module; the voltage division module comprises: the first voltage division module and the second voltage division module; wherein,
a live wire of an alternating current power supply of the electrical equipment is connected to an anode on the side of a diode in the optical coupling module after passing through the first voltage division module; the current bus is connected to a cathode on the side of a diode in the optical coupling module; the second voltage division module is arranged between an anode at the side of a diode in the optical coupling module and a cathode at the side of the diode in the optical coupling module;
a direct current power supply is connected to an emitter at the side of a transistor in the optical coupling module after passing through the pull-up module; an emitter at the transistor side in the optical coupling module is used as an output port of the detection unit and can output the detection result; and the collector electrode at the transistor side in the optical coupling module is grounded.

The ground wire detecting device according to claim 7, wherein the detecting unit further includes: a capacitive module; the capacitor module is arranged between an emitter at the transistor side in the optical coupling module and a collector at the transistor side in the optical coupling module.
9. A washing machine, characterized by comprising: the ground detection device according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A ground line detecting method of a washing machine according to claim 9, comprising:
under the condition that the washing machine is started, controlling the detection unit to start;
detecting whether the current ground wires of a main power supply ground wire, a shell ground wire and a motor ground wire of the washing machine are conducted or not through the detection unit, and outputting a detection result; wherein, the detection result comprises: a first level signal or a second level signal; if the ground wire is conducted, the detection result is a first level signal; if the ground wire is not conducted, the detection result is a second level signal;
controlling the washing machine to operate under the condition that the current ground wire is conducted according to the detection result;
and initiating a reminding message that the current ground wire is not grounded when the detection result is that the current ground wire is not conducted, and controlling the washing machine to be turned off in a delayed manner when the washing machine is not turned off.
11. The ground wire detecting method of a washing machine as claimed in claim 10, wherein in case that the number of the detecting units is three, and the three detecting units are specifically a first detecting unit, a second detecting unit and a third detecting unit, controlling the detecting units to be activated comprises:
controlling the first detection unit to start so as to detect whether the main power supply ground wire is conducted;
under the condition that the ground wire of the main power supply is conducted, controlling the second detection unit to be started so as to detect whether the ground wire of the shell is conducted or not;
under the condition that the ground wire of the shell is conducted, controlling the washing machine to start to execute a washing process, and controlling the third detection unit to start so as to detect whether the ground wire of the motor is conducted;
and controlling the washing machine to continuously execute a washing process under the condition that the ground wire of the motor is conducted.
