Abstract
The application provides environment-friendly water-based bonding glue which comprises 30-32% of EVA emulsion, 39-41% of water-based polyurethane resin, 4-6% of propylene glycol, 18-22% of pure water, 0.5-1% of water-based wetting agent, 0.5-1% of defoaming agent and 2-3% of matting powder, by selecting EVA emulsion with high adhesive force and aqueous polyurethane resin with high weather resistance as main bodies, through the high-concentration propylene glycol with low volatility and reasonable formula proportion, no solvent harmful to human bodies is added in the production process, the water-based adhesive has the advantages of strong adhesiveness, quick drying, low residual smell, no solvent volatilization, high and low temperature resistance and good weather resistance. When the coating is coated on an adhesive, the adhesive fastness of the product can be improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of polymer printing ink, and particularly relates to environment-friendly water-based laminating glue and a preparation method thereof.
Background

The invention provides the water-based laminating glue with the advantages of strong adhesiveness, quick drying, low residual smell, no solvent volatilization, high and low temperature resistance and good weather resistance, and aims to overcome the defects of large smell, poor environmental protection and great harm to human bodies of the existing solvent-based laminating glue and overcome the defects of poor adhesive force and slow drying of the existing water-based laminating glue.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based laminating glue.
The environment-friendly aqueous laminating glue comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-32% of EVA emulsion, 39-41% of waterborne polyurethane resin, 4-6% of propylene glycol, 18-22% of pure water, 0.5-1% of waterborne wetting agent, 0.5-1% of defoaming agent and 2-3% of matting powder.
Preferably, the EVA emulsion adopts a product with a large chemical model DA-102, is used as an adhesive of an aqueous system, is a milky-white water solution alkyd ethylene-ethylene copolymer emulsion without a plasticizer, has the solid content of 55 +/-2 percent, the viscosity of 2500-.

Preferably, the delustering powder is Degussa OK520, has low oil absorption, does not influence the adhesive force, has good delustering property and improves the resin fluidity.
Preferably, the defoamer is digao 825, is an organic silicon defoamer, does not contain VOC, and has good defoaming performance and no influence on transparency.
Preferably, the aqueous wetting agent comprises a leveling agent BYK-346, the chemical component is a polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane solution which is an organosilicon surface auxiliary agent, the surface tension of a gloss oil system can be reduced, particularly the wettability of a substrate can be improved, shrinkage cavity is prevented, and the surface smoothness and gloss are improved.
Preferably, the pure water is purified water.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based laminating glue comprises the following steps:
s1: putting the EVA emulsion, the water-based polyurethane resin, the pure water and the propylene glycol into a container, and stirring and mixing uniformly;

s3: filtering with 150 mesh gauze after stirring.
Example 2:

s1: preparing the components according to the parts by weight in the table 1, putting EVA emulsion, water-based polyurethane resin, pure water and propylene glycol into a container, stirring and mixing uniformly, wherein the stirring time is 15 minutes, the stirring speed is 1700 revolutions per minute, the stirring condition is 55 ℃, and the pressure is normal pressure;
s2: then adding the water-based wetting agent, the defoaming agent and the flatting powder, and stirring and mixing uniformly, wherein the stirring time is 8 minutes, the stirring speed is 500 revolutions per minute, and the stirring condition is 55 ℃ and normal pressure;
s3: filtering with 150 mesh gauze after stirring.
