The fixing base 20 is further provided with a fourth fixing hole 24, and the fourth fixing hole 24 is used for being matched with the positioning hole 121 and fixing the position of the fixing base 20 on the base 10 through fixing members such as bolts and screws.

The adjusting plate 31 is provided with a second through hole 311 for cooperating with the first fixing hole 112, and the adjusting plate 31 is fixed to the fixing plate 11 by fixing members such as bolts and screws. In an embodiment, the second through holes 311 are disposed at both ends of the adjusting plate 31 for increasing the stability of fixing the adjusting plate 31.
The adjusting rod 32 penetrates through the adjusting plate 31, and one end of the adjusting rod abuts against the side wall of the fixed seat 20. In an embodiment, the adjusting rod 32 is provided with an external thread, the adjusting plate 31 is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread, and the position of the adjusting rod 32 on the adjusting plate 31 is adjusted by rotating the adjusting rod 32, so that one end of the adjusting rod 32 pushes the fixing seat 20 to slide on the sliding rail 12 of the base 10. In one embodiment, the end of the adjusting lever 32 is provided with a rotating part 321, and the rotating part 321 is provided with a concave-convex structure to facilitate the rotation of the adjusting lever 32.
It can be understood that, the adjusting mechanisms 30 are disposed on two opposite sides of the fixing plate 11, and are used for pushing the fixing base 20 to slide on the sliding rail 12 of the base 10 in a reciprocating manner, so as to adjust the position of the fixing base 20, and the tool on the fixing base 20 is aligned with the central line of the spindle of the turret through the matching of the marking portion 25 and the adjusting scale 113.
When the tool fixing seat is used, firstly, the base 10 of the tool fixing seat is fixed on machine tool equipment through the positioning block 13, the tool is preliminarily positioned, so that the tool and a main shaft of the machine tool equipment are positioned on the same horizontal line, and then the position of the fixing seat 20 on the base 10 is adjusted through the adjusting plate 31 and the adjusting rod 32, so that the tool and the main shaft of the machine tool equipment coincide.
