In operation: placing the step 20 on the installation mould 11, driving the top plate to be pressed 14 tightly in the positioning groove 12 by the first air cylinder 13 to ensure the stability of the installation platform 8, then placing the corresponding frame on the step 20 to be installed, self-tapping screws 21, locking the edge strips on the step by using an electric screwdriver, and then checking whether the plane of the assembled step 20 has obvious height difference; after the inspection is finished, the first air cylinder 13 returns, wherein the second air cylinder 15 at the left end drives the test pressing plate 16 to move downwards to press the left end of the mounting table 8 downwards, and a spring rod 17 is arranged at the right end of the bottom of the mounting table 8 to form a pulling force, so that whether the screw is loosened or not and the surface deformation state of the step is observed; then the left end is reset, and the right end is provided with the method for repeated tests.
And 8: and performing spot check, namely performing anti-doodling test on the surface of the step.
The step 8 includes the following;
step 8.1: drawing 3 rectangles on the stair, using an Edding 2000C black marking pen to draw a graffiti in the 3 rectangles, blanking the AB environment-friendly cleaning agent DD486 after 48 hours, and blanking for the 2 nd time after 5 minutes, wherein the blanking corresponds to 1 time graffiti and 2 times blanking;
step 8.2: in the second time, ten million contact the first rectangle of one scrawling and secondary blanking, one scrawling is made in the other two rectangles, after 48 hours, the two scrawls are blanked by using an AB environment-friendly cleaning agent DD486, after 5 minutes, the 2 nd blanking is performed, which corresponds to the 2 scrawling and the 4 blanking;
step 8.3: the third time, contacting with a second rectangle with two scrawls and four times of blanking by ten million, laying the test tube for at least 24 hours, and operating on the other rectangle according to the requirement of the condition 1, wherein the operation corresponds to 3 scrawls and 6 times of blanking; then, the average value of the color difference is measured, and the result is required to be qualified or good.
In which the example was subjected to an anti-graffiti test (erosive test):
a, requiring: 1) using filter paper with the diameter of 90mm to be stained with 1ml of AB environment-friendly cleaning agent according to requirements
DD486, covered with a glass dish, was placed on sample plate surface 24H.
2) The filter paper was removed, the paper towel soaked with water was then soaked in the template and dried for 24H.
3) The requirement is that no obvious change can be seen by naked eyes after the test or no obvious defect exists in 24H after the drying treatment;
b, actual measurement: no significant change was seen with the naked eye after both tests and no significant defect was seen in 24H after drying treatment.
C: and (3) judging: the AB environmental friendly cleaning agent DD486 was good for the test of the corrosivity of the surface of the Eisen molding powder sample plate and was not corrosive.
The technical means disclosed in the invention scheme are not limited to the technical means disclosed in the above embodiments, but also include the technical scheme formed by any combination of the above technical features.
Claims (10)
1. The anti-doodling spraying processing method for the surface of the step is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: placing the step to be painted on the conveying hanger component;
step 2: conveying the steps into a cleaning chamber through a hanger conveying assembly for surface cleaning;
and step 3: removing the step accumulated water, sending the water into a dehydration furnace, and then removing water and dust;
and 4, step 4: performing powder spraying and drying on the step;
and 5: polishing and grinding the surface of the step;
step 6: conveying the stair into a paint spraying chamber for paint spraying treatment; wherein, the raw material of the paint is added with the anti-doodling auxiliary agent;
and 7: testing the steel pipe to be sent into an anti-deformation mounting testing device; step 8, carrying out deformation prevention on the mounting surface of the step: and performing spot check, namely performing anti-doodling test on the surface of the step.
2. The step surface anti-doodling spraying machining method according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps of: the step 1 specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1.1: the working personnel wear the protective articles, the produced step blank pieces are prepared in advance before delivery, the step blank piece packages are removed, and the step blank pieces are classified and stored in a designated area; the plastic packaging belt needs to be recycled; placing the steps on a hanger transport assembly; the hanger conveying assembly comprises a transmission frame (1) and a transmission chain (2) arranged on the transmission frame (1), wherein a support frame (3) is arranged on the transmission chain (2); the hanging tool (4) is hung on the support frame (3);
step 1.2: workers check the appearance of the hung step blank, pick out products with defects of broken teeth, skewed teeth, material shortage, cold scars, step hooking and the like, and pick out yellow oil spots and mildew spots affecting spraying on the surface of the product for post-treatment; making bad marks and uniformly placing the bad marks in bad areas;
step 1.3: the transmission power supply of the hanger transmission assembly is started, so that the chain on the hanger transmission assembly is transmitted, and the linear speed of the moving chain is set as: 800 rpm (27.5HZ-32 HZ);
step 1.4, uniformly and transversely hanging the step blanks to ensure that the left and right balance has no deflection;
step 1.5: the step product inserts need to be protected by rubber sleeves for galvanized parts.
3. The step surface anti-doodling spraying machining method according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps of: the step 2 specifically comprises the following steps:
step 2.1: the heating of a main hot water furnace of a cleaning chamber needs to be advanced by one hour; all spray tanks and nozzles were checked to ensure no plugging;
step 2.2: and (3) cleaning the powder spraying part: pre-washing → degreasing → washing 1 → washing 2 → surface tone → washing 3 → washing 4 → passivation → washing 5 → washing 6 → pure washing.

step 3.1: removing water, connecting compressed air, and aligning a gun nozzle to a water accumulation part at the heel part of the step tread; the cleaning process must be from top to bottom; the gun nozzle of the air blow gun is not allowed to be attached to the tread and keeps a certain distance from the tread, so that scratches on the tread are avoided, and the appearance is not influenced; then the mixture is sent into a dehydration furnace, and the drying temperature in the dehydration furnace is 110-160 ℃;
step 3.2: removing dust, namely cleaning the skirting, dust in the inner cavity and aluminum scraps from the dried step in the dehydration furnace by using an air blow gun, connecting compressed air with the skirting, the dust in the inner cavity and the aluminum scraps, and cleaning the skirting, the dust in the inner cavity and the aluminum scraps of the step by using the air blow gun;
step 3.3: and (4) protection, namely protecting the step secondary wheel shaft by using a special protection plug.

step 6.2: the color is ensured to be uniform and consistent in the paint spraying process, and no exposed bottom exists; and (3) paint spraying sequence: the right side and the side of the step tread → the front tooth → the left side and the side of the tread → the tooth end of the front tooth; the paint spraying gun uniformly sprays 4-5 back and forth at the yellow edge, the front tooth end surface sprays one back and forth, and the side sprays 2 back and forth;
step 6.3: hanging the stairs onto a hanger in a vertical hanging manner, and entering a drying furnace; feeding the steel plate at a linear speed of 25-28 HZ (1.6-1.9 m/min, 600 +/-10 revolutions) and at a temperature of 160 +/-10 ℃;
step 6.4: the heated step products are placed on the tray, and the treads are separated by blue strips so as to avoid damage.
7. The step surface anti-doodling spraying machining method according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps of: the step 8 includes the following;
step 8.1: drawing 3 rectangles on the stair, using a black marking pen to make a graffiti in the 3 rectangles, blanking three environment-friendly scrawling detergents after 48 hours, and blanking for the 2 nd time after 5 minutes, wherein the blanking corresponds to 1 scrawling and 2 blanking;
step 8.2: in the second time, ten million contact the first rectangle of one scrawling and secondary blanking, one scrawling is made in the other two rectangles, after 48 hours, the two scrawls are blanked by using an environment-friendly cleaning agent, and after 5 minutes, the 2 nd blanking is performed, which corresponds to the 2 scrawling and the 4 blanking;
