step five, the controller controls the rotation motor 31 of the rotation mechanism 3 to rotate to drive the rotation pipes 5 to rotate, so that one rotation pipe 5 releases cloth, the other rotation pipe 5 synchronously receives cloth, the first sensor monitors the motion state of the rotation motor 31 and sends a detection signal to the controller, when the first sensor monitors the rotation angle of the rotation motor 31, the controller controls the rotation motor 31 to stop rotating after a patient lying on the bed sheet 9 turns over along with the motion of the bed sheet 9, and if necessary, a nursing worker can slightly push the patient to complete the turning over action;
and step six, the controller controls the lifting mechanism 1 to descend to the original position.
When the auxiliary turnover device only comprises the lifting mechanism, the rotating mechanism and the rotating pipe, the second step and the third step are omitted.
Further, the semi-reclining motion includes the following steps, as shown in fig. 4 and 5:
step one, a user inputs an operation instruction for semi-lying at a user end, and a controller controls an electric rod on the bed body 8 to automatically adjust the angles of a back plate, a leg rest plate and/or a footrest, or the user manually adjusts the angles of the back plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest of the bed body 8;
secondly, a third sensor monitors the horizontal position of the backrest plate and transmits a detection signal to a controller, the controller controls a second clutch to be powered off, so that the rotary pipe 5 is separated from the lifting mechanism 1, and controls a first clutch to be powered on, so that the rotary pipe 5 and the movable mechanism 4 are fixedly attracted;
step three, the controller controls the drawing motor 71 to rotate reversely, the drawing motor 71 releases the tension of the trapezoidal lead screw 74 and the steel wire rope 75, the drawing guide post 77 is ejected out of the spring cavity by the pushing force of the spring 76 under the condition that the tension of the drawing motor 71 does not exist, and the drawing guide post 77 releases the locking of the one-way joint 6;
step four, the one-way joint 6 is subjected to angle steering along with the folding of the backrest plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest, and the movable mechanism 4 rises to drive the telescopic guide rail 41 to extend; the extension of the telescopic guide rail compensates the length shortage of the back plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest caused by rising and inclining, and when the back plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest fall down, the telescopic guide rail retracts, so that the patient can be better assisted to realize a half-lying state;
and step five, when the third sensor monitors that the backrest plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest are folded to a set angle, the controller controls the electric rod to stop running, or the user stops manually adjusting the angle of the backrest plate, the leg rest plate and/or the footrest of the bed body 8.
The horizontal position of back-up plate is judged to the third sensor, when back-up plate, leg back-up plate and/or footrest need rise angle of adjustment, back-up plate, leg back-up plate and/or footrest leave the third sensor this moment, and third sensor transmission signal gives the controller, can take place the operating instruction to first clutch, second clutch, pull motor, the electric pole on the bed body after the controller analysis, controls its operation step operation according to the action of partly lying.
The rotating mechanism and the one-way joint are connected together through the rotating pipe, namely the rotating angle of the rotating mechanism is the same as that of the one-way joint, when the first sensor identifies the rotating angle of the rotating motor and transmits the rotating angle to the controller, the controller can analyze the position angle of the one-way joint, the number of turns of the rotating motor in left and right rotation and the curling length of the bed sheet, so that the first clutch, the second clutch, the lifting mechanism, the drawing motor and the rotating motor are controlled to operate according to the operation steps of turning over.
The controller can be set by a program to control the auxiliary turning-over device to move according to the setting requirements, for example, the auxiliary turning-over device can regularly turn over in the daytime so as to prevent skin sores of long-term bedridden patients, and can be matched with detection equipment such as a heart rate cushion and the like at night to passively prevent snoring and the like by turning over.
The embodiment has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the whole device adopts 4 independent lifting mechanisms and rotating mechanisms to match with a bed sheet wound on a rotating pipe, so that a person with mobility disability can be assisted to turn over, bedsores caused by long-term bed rest of the person with mobility disability are avoided, the structure is simple, the device is suitable for different bed bodies, and the installation is simple and convenient;
(2) the nursing bed with the height of the backrest plate adjusted by adopting the one-way joint and the movable mechanism in a matching way can assist people who have inconvenient actions to lie on the bed for eating, reading, watching TV and the like; the one-way section is locked through the drawable rotating mechanism, and the turning-over and half-lying functions are realized simultaneously;
(3) the modular design is adopted, the occupied space is small, and the transportation is convenient;
(4) the bed body is suitable for bed bodies with different sizes and structures, can be assembled and spliced on site, and is simple and convenient to install;
(5) the structure is simple, the design is ingenious, and the effect is obvious;
(6) according to the type of the adopted nursing bed and the actual requirements, if a back rest plate, a leg rest plate and/or a footrest are required to be arranged, one-way sections can be correspondingly added, the nursing bed is flexible and changeable, various use requirements are met, and the practicability is high;
(7) the manufacturing is simple, the processing and the assembly are easy, the cost is low, the practicability is high, and the method is suitable for large-scale popularization.

Claims (14)

1. A care bed, comprising:
the bed body comprises a bed head, a bed tail, a first side rod and a second side rod which are respectively connected with the bed head and the bed tail on two sides, and a bed surface which is formed by enclosing the bed head, the bed tail, the first side rod and the second side rod;
the lifting mechanism is fixedly arranged on the bed body, and output ends vertically extend upwards from four corners of the bed body to execute a lifting function;
the first rotating pipe is rotatably supported on the output ends of the paired lifting mechanisms on the corresponding side along the extension direction of the first side rod of the bed body;
the second rotating pipe is rotatably supported on the output ends of the paired lifting mechanisms on the corresponding side along the extension direction of the second side rod of the bed body;
the first motor is coaxially connected with the first rotating pipe so as to drive the first rotating pipe to rotate; and
a second motor coaxially connected with the second rotary pipe to drive the second rotary pipe to rotate,
wherein the first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe are respectively driven by the first motor and the second motor to enable the outer wall of the first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe to be wound on the bed sheet through the connecting piece,
wherein the first and second rotary pipes are lifted and lowered in accordance with the lifting and lowering of the lifting and lowering mechanism, and
wherein the lift mechanism, the first motor, and the second motor are electrically connected to and controlled in operation by a controller.
2. The care bed of claim 1, further comprising a first swivel mechanism disposed on the first swivel tube and a second swivel mechanism disposed on the second swivel tube, wherein the first and second swivel mechanisms fixedly connect the first swivel tube and the first swivel motor and the second swivel tube and the second motor, respectively, by a swivel connection.
3. The care bed of claim 1, wherein the lift mechanism is hydraulically driven.
4. The care bed of claim 1, wherein the lift mechanism is driven by a motor.
5. The nursing bed of claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanisms are lifters disposed at four corners of the bed body to be driven respectively.
6. The care bed of claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism is synchronously driven at two corners of the head and at two corners of the foot.
7. A care bed as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanisms are synchronously driven on two corners of one side of the bed and on two corners of the other side of the bed.
8. The care bed of claim 2, further comprising a first sensor disposed on the first rotational mechanism to identify a state of motion of a first motor, and a second sensor disposed on the second rotational mechanism to identify a state of motion of a second motor.
9. The care bed of claim 8, wherein the controller receives signals from the first and second sensors, controls rotation of the first and second motors and elevation of the elevation mechanism manually or automatically.
10. The care bed according to claim 9, wherein the controller communicates wirelessly with a remote control or a cell phone APP.
11. The nursing bed of claim 1, further comprising an adhesive means disposed on the outer wall of the first and second rotary tubes to bond with the bed sheet.
12. The care bed of claim 10, wherein the adhesive means comprises hook and loop fasteners or quick clips.
13. A method of operating a care bed comprising the steps of:
1) winding the side edge of the bed sheet on the tube walls of the first rotating tube and the second rotating tube;
2) a user inputs an operation instruction for turning over through the controller;
3) the controller controls the first motor and the second motor to rotate so as to straighten the bed sheet;
4) the controller controls the output end of the lifting mechanism to ascend so as to drive the first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe to ascend;
5) one of the first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe loosens the winding of the bed sheet, and the other of the first rotating pipe and the second rotating pipe further winds the bed sheet so as to realize the inversion of the human body on the bed sheet;
6) the controller controls the lifting mechanism to descend so that the bed sheet and the human body on the bed sheet return to the plane of the bed body.
14. The method of operating a care bed of claim 13, further comprising:
7) the motion state of the first rotating motor is monitored by the first sensor, the motion state of the second rotating motor is monitored by the second sensor, and a detection signal is sent to the controller, so that the controller automatically controls the human body on the bed sheet to turn over along with the motion of the bed sheet.
