When the sprayed particles contact with the attachments on the tooth surfaces, the same movement direction as the axial direction of the spray pipe 62 can impact the attachments to release the attachments, and the movement direction tangential to the spray opening of the spray pipe 62 can apply a lateral acting force to the attachments to enable the attachments to leave the original positions, so that the clear efficiency of the attachments is improved. The water is sprayed out from the water outlet through the water delivery channel 9, the connecting cavity, the water through hole 67 and the water cavity 66 respectively, and the sprayed water surrounds particles sprayed out from the spray pipe 62, so that the situation that the particles splash around is reduced. In the use, the back pipe 12 is held by the hand, and the front pipe 11 can be rotated as required to adjust the nozzle 6 to a required angle, thereby facilitating the use.
