By combining an example, the application detects the pressure characteristic parameter of the user during sleep through the sleep detector, and combines the detection data of the intelligent mattress to analyze and judge the gesture of the user during sleep, and combines the mode setting of the mobile phone APP to judge whether the current sleeping gesture of the user accords with the body condition of the user, if not, the application automatically generates a sleep detection report through the mobile phone APP and popup the window to warn the user, thereby prompting the user of reasonable sleeping gesture. If the sleep detector is in an emergency state which endangers the life of the user, the sleep detector can be linked with the intelligent mattress to intervene in the sleeping posture of the user. According to big data investigation, the sleeping postures commonly used by people are: supine, prone, left lying, right lying. The application detects the four common sleeping postures, and generates a sleeping detection report of the user by comparing the characteristic data of the user to carry out sleeping posture analysis. The specific implementation flow is shown in fig. 2:
1. the user binds the sleep detector through the mobile phone APP, and can select one or more special physical conditions, such as common diseases, on the mobile phone APP interface: emphysema, heart disease, stomach illness, gall-stone, etc. or special people: infants, pregnant women. User selection is successful, user characteristic information sent by the APP is stored in the server, user characteristic information comparison is conveniently and automatically carried out by the server according to user real-time data, an emergency message prompt is sent, and a specific implementation flow is shown in fig. 3.
2. When the user uses the sleep detector, the sleep detector automatically detects the sleep state of the user once for 2 seconds, and if the user is in bed, the sleep detector detects the sleeping position of the user and automatically records the sleeping position duration of the user.
3. And the sleep detector is used for receiving the intelligent mattress in a linkage way every 2 minutes to perform data interaction and comparison analysis, so as to obtain the sleep state and sleep data of the user. The sleep detector reports the sleeping posture state (sleeping posture and corresponding duration) of the user to the server, and the server compares the stored user characteristic parameters with the uploading data of the sleep detector to judge whether the sleeping posture of the user accords with a preset mode.
4. And if the sleeping posture of the user accords with the preset mode, sending a message to inform the sleep detector to continuously detect the sleeping posture state of the user during sleeping, and generating a sleep report once a day.
5. If the sleeping gesture of the user does not accord with the preset mode, the user characteristic parameters of the server are inconsistent with the real-time data comparison of the user. The server judges that the sleeping gesture possibly endangers the life of the user or has larger influence in a short time, and if the sleeping gesture belongs to an emergency state, the server immediately controls the mobile phone APP to pop up an emergency message and issues the emergency message to the sleep detector for emergency operation. The sleep detector is linked with the intelligent mattress to slowly fine-tune the mattress part contacted by the user, so that the current sleep state of the user is disturbed, and the user does not consciously change the sleep posture. For example, if an obese patient or a person with serious respiratory system diseases prone to chest expansion can obstruct chest expansion and influence respiration, so that heart and lung workload is increased, and if a patient with serious heart disease, hypertension and cerebral thrombosis prone to respiratory discomfort and insufficient depth can cause heart and cerebral ischemia hypoxia and the like, the sleep of the user should be immediately interfered, and then the sleep detector directly links the intelligent mattress to slowly slightly lift or trigger the sensor on the upper side of the intelligent mattress to interfere the sleep of the user. Meanwhile, the sleep detector is also used for continuously detecting the sleeping gesture of the user and comprehensively analyzing the sleeping data of the user so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the sleeping gesture of the user in a mode of directly waking up the user without noise as much as possible. For example, in gestation period, especially late gestation period, the left-side lying position is the best sleeping posture of the pregnant woman. For some special people, sometimes the right side lying position falls back into a "dangerous" sleeping position. The sleeping detector can also perform right side fine adjustment intervention on the sleeping posture of the user according to the set active linkage intelligent mattress, so that the user can automatically turn over and lean to the left side for sleeping in the dream to seek more comfortable sleeping posture.
6. If the server judges that the sleeping gesture does not endanger the life of the user or has small influence in a short time, continuous state detection is carried out on the user uploading the data. The server sends a user state continuous detection message to the sleep detector, and if the sleep detector detects that the user continuously keeps the same sleep posture for more than 3 hours, the sleep detector sends an alarm message to the mobile phone APP, and the mobile phone APP pops up an emergency message popup window to prompt the user. And a sleep detection report is generated once a day, and sleep posture adjustment suggestions are provided, so that a user can know the sleep posture of the user and can self-correct according to the sleep posture. For example, if a person with poor spine is deviated from a lateral position for a long time, the spine is gradually bent sideways, the waist and back are stiff and uncomfortable after the light person wakes up, the person can recover to be normal after the person needs to get up, and the original disease condition can be worsened if the person is heavy. The mobile phone APP bound with the sleep detector can automatically generate a sleep report, and the user is recommended to take a sleep posture which is most beneficial to the health of the spine, mainly supine, assisted by lateral lying, left and right alternating, and left and right knee joints slightly bent and opposite when lying on the lateral side.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the foregoing method embodiments are all described as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may be performed in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the present application. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are all preferred embodiments, and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required for the present application.
According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present application, there is also provided a sleep posture correcting and controlling apparatus, as shown in fig. 4, including:
a determining module 402, configured to determine, according to the physical health data of the user, a first sleep posture, a second sleep posture and a third sleep posture that are matched with the physical health data of the user, where the first sleep posture is a sleep posture that allows the user to use, the second sleep posture is a sleep posture that allows the user to use but a duration of the user to use the second sleep posture prohibits the duration exceeding the first duration, and the third sleep posture is a sleep posture that prohibits the user to use;
an obtaining module 404, configured to obtain a target sleeping posture of the user and a target duration of the target sleeping posture if it is determined that the user is in a sleeping state;
the interference module 406 is configured to, in a case where the target sleeping posture is the second sleeping posture and the target duration of the user in the second sleeping posture exceeds the first duration, or in a case where the target sleeping posture is the third sleeping posture, interfere with the current sleeping state of the user.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the physical health data includes a patient history of the user, and the first sleeping posture, the second sleeping posture, and the third sleeping posture are sleeping postures of the user, which may be supine, prone, left-lying, and right-lying. The first sleeping posture and the second sleeping posture with the sleeping time length smaller than the first time length are proper sleeping postures which meet the body conditions of the user, the user can use the sleeping posture, and the third sleeping posture and the second sleeping posture with the sleeping time length longer than the first time length are dangerous sleeping postures which do not meet the body conditions of the user, so that the user can not use the sleeping posture. The first time period is the maximum time period when the user sleeps at the second sleeping position, and if the first time period is exceeded, the body health is possibly endangered, and the first time period can be 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the first sleep posture allowed to be used is determined according to the physical health data of the user, the second sleep posture allowed to be used but the use time must not exceed the first duration, the third sleep posture forbidden to be used is detected, the target sleep posture used by the user is obtained after the sleep state of the user is detected, and if the target sleep posture is detected to be the first sleep posture allowed to be used, the sleep posture of the user is continuously monitored. If the target sleeping gesture is detected to be the second sleeping gesture which is allowed to be used and the using time does not exceed the first time, continuing to detect the sleeping gesture of the user, and when the user continues to use the second sleeping gesture and exceeds the first time, interfering the user so as to enable the user to change the sleeping gesture. If the target sleeping posture is detected to be the third sleeping posture which is forbidden to be used, the user is immediately disturbed, so that the user can change the sleeping posture, and the dangerous sleeping posture is prevented from endangering the physical health of the user.
Optionally, in this embodiment, in the above method, when the target sleeping gesture is judged to be a sleeping gesture that is prohibited to be used or a sleeping gesture that is permitted to be used but exceeds a sleeping gesture of a first duration, the user is disturbed, so that the purpose of correcting the wrong sleeping gesture by the user through the interference is achieved, and further the technical problem that the body health is affected by the wrong sleeping gesture is solved.
As an alternative example, the above apparatus further includes:
the generation module is used for generating a sleep report of the user, wherein the sleep report is used for prompting the user of the influence of each sleeping gesture on the body;
and the sending module is used for sending the sleep report to the display equipment.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the display device may be a mobile device such as a mobile phone or a computer, and generates a sleep report matching with the target sleeping gesture while detecting the target sleeping gesture of the user, so as to prompt the user of the influence of the target sleeping gesture on the physical health, and display the sleep report for the user to view.
As an alternative example, the determining module includes:
an acquisition unit for acquiring a disease type in the physical health data;
a first determination unit configured to determine a sleep posture in which the disease type is permitted to be used as a first sleep posture;
a second determining unit configured to determine, as a second sleep posture, a sleep posture in which the disease type is permitted to be used but the used time period is prohibited from exceeding the first time period;
and a third determination unit configured to determine a sleep posture in which the disease type is prohibited from being used as a third sleep posture.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the disease type is a disease or an abnormality of the body of the user, which may be heart disease, stomach disease, pregnancy, or the like, and if the disease type is pregnancy in the acquired user body health data, the right-lying sleeping posture that is permitted to be used is determined as the first sleeping posture, the supine sleeping posture that is permitted to be used but for which the use period is prohibited beyond the first period is determined as the second sleeping posture, and the left-lying sleeping posture that is prohibited to be used is determined as the third sleeping posture.
As an alternative example, the acquisition means includes:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving the target sleeping gesture detected by the intelligent mattress;
and the second receiving unit is used for receiving the target duration detected by the sleep detector.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the target sleeping posture of the user is detected by the intelligent mattress, and the target duration of the target sleeping posture used by the user is detected by the sleep detector.
As an alternative example, the above apparatus further includes:
the recording module is used for continuously recording the target duration when the target sleeping posture is the second sleeping posture and the target duration is smaller than the first duration;
and the second interference module is used for interfering the current sleep state of the user when the target time length is longer than the first time length.
Optionally, in this embodiment, if the target sleeping posture of the user is detected to be the second sleeping posture, and the maximum time length of sleeping in the second sleeping posture is 3 hours, when the target time length of sleeping in the second sleeping posture of the user is detected to be 2 hours, and then the target time length is smaller than the first time length, the target time length is continuously recorded, and when the target time length is from 2 hours to 3 hours, and then the target time length is already up to the first time length, immediately is longer than the first time length, so that the possibility of endangering the physical health of the user exists, the user is immediately disturbed, so that the user can change the sleeping posture, and the user is prevented from endangering the physical health in the second sleeping posture for a long time.
As an alternative example, the first interference module includes:
the control unit is used for controlling the display device to pop up the emergency message and give out the prompt tone;
the interference unit is used for controlling the intelligent mattress to adjust the contact part of the intelligent mattress contacted by the user and interfering the current sleep state of the user.
Optionally, in this embodiment, an urgent message is used to prompt the user that there is a possibility that the target sleeping posture is endangered to the health. The display device is controlled to pop up to prompt the user that the target sleeping posture has possible emergency information endangering the health and give out prompt tones, and meanwhile, the intelligent mattress is controlled to adjust the contact part of the intelligent mattress contacted by the user, so that the user is disturbed, the user is enabled to change the sleeping posture, and the dangerous sleeping posture is prevented from endangering the health of the user.
For other examples of this embodiment, please refer to the above examples, and are not described herein.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of an alternative electronic device, according to an embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 5, comprising a processor 502, a communication interface 504, a memory 506, and a communication bus 508, wherein the processor 502, the communication interface 504, and the memory 506 communicate with each other via the communication bus 508, wherein,
a memory 506 for storing a computer program;
the processor 502 is configured to execute the computer program stored in the memory 506, and implement the following steps:
determining a first sleeping posture, a second sleeping posture and a third sleeping posture which are matched with the body health data of the user according to the body health data of the user, wherein the first sleeping posture is a sleeping posture which allows the user to use, the second sleeping posture is a sleeping posture which allows the user to use but the duration of the second sleeping posture which prohibits the user to use exceeds the first duration, and the third sleeping posture is a sleeping posture which prohibits the user to use;
under the condition that the user is determined to be in a sleep state, acquiring a target sleeping posture of the user and a target duration of the target sleeping posture;
and under the condition that the target sleeping posture is the second sleeping posture and the target duration of the user in the second sleeping posture exceeds the first duration, or under the condition that the target sleeping posture is the third sleeping posture, the current sleeping state of the user is disturbed.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the above-described communication bus may be a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect, peripheral component interconnect standard) bus, or an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture ) bus, or the like. The communication bus may be classified as an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, or the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in fig. 5, but not only one bus or one type of bus. The communication interface is used for communication between the electronic device and other devices.
The memory may include RAM or may include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory. Optionally, the memory may also be at least one memory device located remotely from the aforementioned processor.
As an example, the memory 506 may include, but is not limited to, the determining module 402, the acquiring module 404, and the disturbing module 406 in the sleep posture correcting and controlling device. In addition, other module units in the processing apparatus of the above request may be included, but are not limited to, and are not described in detail in this example.
The processor may be a general purpose processor and may include, but is not limited to: CPU (Central Processing Unit ), NP (Network Processor, network processor), etc.; but also DSP (Digital Signal Processing, digital signal processor), ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit ), FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array, field programmable gate array) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components.
Alternatively, specific examples in this embodiment may refer to examples described in the foregoing embodiments, and this embodiment is not described herein.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 5 is only illustrative, and the device implementing the above-described sleep posture correction and control method may be a terminal device, and the terminal device may be a smart phone (such as an Android mobile phone, an iOS mobile phone, etc.), a tablet computer, a palm computer, a mobile internet device (Mobile Internet Devices, MID), a PAD, etc. Fig. 5 is not limited to the structure of the electronic device described above. For example, the electronic device may also include more or fewer components (e.g., network interfaces, display devices, etc.) than shown in FIG. 5, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 5.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the various methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a program for instructing a terminal device to execute in association with hardware, the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: flash disk, ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disk, etc.
According to yet another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor performs the steps in the above-described sleep posture correction and control method.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps in the methods of the above embodiments may be performed by a program for instructing a terminal device to execute the steps, where the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: flash disk, read-Only Memory (ROM), random-access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), magnetic or optical disk, and the like.
The foregoing embodiment numbers of the present application are merely for the purpose of description, and do not represent the advantages or disadvantages of the embodiments.
The integrated units in the above embodiments may be stored in the above-described computer-readable storage medium if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as separate products. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in essence or a part contributing to the prior art or all or part of the technical solution in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, comprising several instructions for causing one or more computer devices (which may be personal computers, servers or network devices, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the method described in the embodiments of the present application.
In the foregoing embodiments of the present application, the descriptions of the embodiments are emphasized, and for a portion of this disclosure that is not described in detail in this embodiment, reference is made to the related descriptions of other embodiments.
In several embodiments provided by the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed client may be implemented in other manners. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely exemplary, and the division of the units, such as the division of the units, is merely a logical function division, and may be implemented in another manner, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed. Claims (8)

1. A sleep posture correction and control method, characterized by comprising:
determining a first sleeping posture, a second sleeping posture and a third sleeping posture which are matched with the body health data of the user according to the body health data of the user, wherein the first sleeping posture is a sleeping posture which is allowed to be used by the user by a disease type in the body health data, the second sleeping posture is a sleeping posture which is allowed to be used by the user by the disease type but is forbidden to be used by the user by a duration of the second sleeping posture exceeding a first duration, and the third sleeping posture is a sleeping posture which is forbidden to be used by the user by the disease type;
under the condition that the user is determined to be in a sleep state, acquiring a target sleeping posture of the user and a target duration of the target sleeping posture;
when the target sleeping posture is a second sleeping posture and the target time length of the user in the second sleeping posture exceeds the first time length, or when the target sleeping posture is the third sleeping posture, the current sleeping state of the user is disturbed, and the method comprises the steps of controlling a display device to pop up an emergency message and sending out a prompt tone; and controlling the intelligent mattress to adjust the angle between the intelligent mattress and the ground and adjust the contact part of the intelligent mattress contacted by the user.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
generating a sleep report of the user, wherein the sleep report is used for prompting the user of the influence of each sleeping gesture on the body;
and sending the sleep report to a display device.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein, in the case where the user is determined to be in a sleep state, obtaining the target sleeping posture of the user and the target duration of the target sleeping posture comprises:
receiving the target sleeping gesture detected by the intelligent mattress;
and receiving the target duration detected by the sleep detector.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
continuously recording the target duration under the condition that the target sleeping posture is the second sleeping posture and the target duration is smaller than the first duration;
and when the target time length is longer than the first time length, disturbing the current sleep state of the user.
5. A sleep posture correcting and controlling device, characterized by comprising:
a determining module, configured to determine, according to physical health data of a user, a first sleep posture, a second sleep posture and a third sleep posture that are matched with the physical health data of the user, where the first sleep posture is a sleep posture that a disease type in the physical health data allows the user to use, the second sleep posture is a sleep posture that the disease type allows the user to use but a duration that the user uses the second sleep posture prohibits the sleep posture exceeding a first duration, and the third sleep posture is a sleep posture that the disease type prohibits the user to use;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the target sleeping posture of the user and the target duration of the target sleeping posture under the condition that the user is determined to be in a sleeping state;
the interference module is used for interfering the current sleeping state of the user under the condition that the target sleeping posture is a second sleeping posture and the target time length of the user in the second sleeping posture exceeds the first time length or the target sleeping posture is the third sleeping posture, and comprises the steps of controlling a display device to pop up an emergency message and sending out a prompt tone; and controlling the intelligent mattress to adjust the angle between the intelligent mattress and the ground and adjust the contact part of the intelligent mattress contacted by the user.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the generation module is used for generating a sleep report of the user, wherein the sleep report is used for prompting the user of the influence of each sleeping gesture on the body;
and the sending module is used for sending the sleep report to the display equipment.
7. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when executed by a processor, performs the method of any of claims 1 to 4.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to execute the method according to any of the claims 1-4 by means of the computer program.
