The cam mechanism 9 comprises a first end 91 and a second end 92, the first end is elastically preloaded towards the ratchet 1 by the first elastic element 5, the cam mechanism 9 rotates along the direction A in the figure, the second end 92 is forced to apply a force to the slide block 3, the slide block slides along the slide way to the direction close to the ratchet under the force of the second end of the cam mechanism, and finally the small ratchet can be meshed with the ratchet.
The second connecting structure 32 includes a locking portion 321 and a locking engagement portion 322, and the locking portion 321 and the locking engagement portion 322 can be engaged and disengaged. When the cam mechanism rotates towards the direction A, the clamping part is clamped and separated from the clamping matching part, and the sliding block drives the small ratchet to move towards the direction close to the ratchet under the action of the second end of the cam mechanism; when the cam mechanism rotates in the direction opposite to the direction A, the clamping part is clamped and matched with the clamping matching part, and the slide block moves in the direction away from the ratchet wheel under the action of the cam. When the angle between the movable table plate and the table frame is locked, the small ratchet is meshed with the ratchet wheel, the sliding block tends to slide in the direction of the cam mechanism, and the second end of the cam mechanism is matched with the sliding block to realize self-locking, so that the position of the sliding block is locked.
