In the first test group, 3g of the health-care product is added into daily ration for feeding each big white rabbit; in the second test group, 9g of the health care product is added into daily ration for feeding each big white rabbit; in the third test group, 15g of the health care product is added into daily ration for feeding each big white rabbit; in the fourth test group, 21g of the health care product is added into daily ration for feeding each big white rabbit; the control group was fed daily. The other feeding conditions are consistent, the feeding is carried out for 30 days, and the feeding and diarrhea conditions of each group are observed in the period.
Test results show that all the white rabbits grow healthily and have no poisoning phenomenon, which shows that the pet rabbit health care product with the function of enhancing immunity prepared by the invention has the characteristic of good safety.
Secondly, stability detection
The health care products for pet rabbits with the effect of enhancing immunity prepared in example 2 were stored at 4 ℃ and 37 ℃ for 0, 15, 30, 45, and 60 days, respectively, and the activities of vitamin a, vitamin D3, and vitamin E were measured, respectively, and the results are shown in tables 2 to 4.

Tables 2-4 compare the activity of vitamin A, vitamin D3 and vitamin E when the health care product is stored at 4 ℃ and 37 ℃ for 0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 days during storage, and the data can show that the health care product is stored at 4 ℃ more stably and the activity of the vitamin is reduced slowly during storage. The product is stored at 4 ℃ after being unsealed, does not have quality change after being eaten as soon as possible, and has good stability.
Example 9 feeding test
In the embodiment, 240 pet rabbits with similar ages, close weights and healthy bodies are selected as test objects, the pet rabbits are randomly divided into 8 groups, and the groups are divided into a control group I, a control group II and a test group M1-M6 to carry out a pet rabbit feeding test, in the embodiment, 6 rabbits are adjacently raised in the same rabbit house, the test period is one month, after the test is finished, the contents of immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin M (IgM), immunoglobulin A (IgA) and immunoglobulin A (IgE) in blood serum of the 8 groups of pet rabbits are detected by an ELISA method, specific results are shown in Table 5, and the feeding effect of the pet rabbits is shown in Table 6.
In this example, group I was compared and fed with normal feed; feeding common feed and pet health products purchased in the market by a control group II; in a test group, the pet rabbit health care products F1-F6 with the function of enhancing immunity, which are prepared by feeding common feed and the pet rabbit health care products F1-F6 prepared in the embodiment 7 of the invention in a one-to-one correspondence manner.

As shown in Table 5, after the test groups are fed with the health products for pet rabbits of examples 1-6 of the present invention, the contents of immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin M (IgM) and immunoglobulin A (IgA) in the serum of the pet rabbit are all increased. As shown in Table 6, after the health care product for the pet rabbits, which is prepared by the invention and has the function of enhancing immunity, is fed, the pet rabbits grow faster, have lower morbidity, are healthy and strong in body and have vigorous appetite. The pet rabbit health product with the function of enhancing immunity, which is prepared by the invention, can supplement nutrition for pet rabbits, improve the immunity of the pet rabbits, and remarkably enhance the disease resistance of the pet rabbits.
Claims (6)
1. A health product for pet rabbit with immunity enhancing effect is characterized in that the health product for pet rabbit with immunity enhancing effect comprises pea fiber, compound vitamin, microelement, compound amino acid, Bifidobacterium adolescentis, carrot powder, and sunflower oil;
the compound vitamins include vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin D3, and vitamin E;
the microelements comprise iron, iodine, copper, magnesium, zinc and selenium;
the compound amino acid comprises lysine, methionine and threonine.
2. The health care product for the pet rabbit with the function of enhancing the immunity according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 35-50 parts of pea fiber, 5-8 parts of compound vitamin, 5-7 parts of trace elements, 4-9 parts of compound amino acid, 2-5 parts of bifidobacterium adolescentis, 1-3 parts of carrot powder and 0.05-0.09 part of sunflower oil.
3. The health product for pet rabbits with the effect of enhancing immunity as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of vitamin a, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin D3, and vitamin E is 3.3:6:10:0.03: 78.
4. The health care product for the pet rabbits with the effect of enhancing immunity as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of iron, iodine, copper, magnesium, zinc and selenium is 97:2:10:73:51: 0.15.
5. The health product for pet rabbits with the effect of enhancing immunity as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of lysine, methionine and threonine is 2:1: 2.

The preparation method of the health product for pet rabbits with the effect of enhancing immunity according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the health product for pet rabbits with the effect of enhancing immunity is obtained by uniformly mixing pea fibers, vitamin complex, trace elements, compound amino acids, bifidobacterium adolescentis, carrot powder and sunflower oil.
