For example, the second prompt message may be option information of "whether clothes are taken out" displayed on the terminal device of the user by the wechat applet, the wechat applet pushes the option information of "whether clothes are taken out" to the user, and the option information further includes a feedback option "yes". If the user takes out the clothes, the user can click the 'yes' option, if the user does not take out the clothes, the user can be reminded to take out the clothes in time after second prompt information of 'whether the clothes are taken out' is pushed to the user, and then the user can confirm to take out the clothes by clicking the 'yes' option.
And S112, if an instruction for confirming that the clothes are taken out is received, which is triggered by the user, any electric equipment is marked to be in an idle state.
For the embodiment of the present application, taking step S111 as an example, the instruction for determining that the laundry is taken out is triggered by the user based on the option information of "whether the laundry is taken out or not". The electronic device receives the instruction for confirming that the clothes are taken out, namely, the user selects the 'yes' option, and indicates that no clothes exist in the laundry device, so that the electronic device can mark the laundry device in an idle state again, and the subsequent use of other users is facilitated.
And S113, if the instruction for confirming that the clothes are taken out and triggered by the user is not received after the preset time, sending third prompt information to the terminal equipment corresponding to the manager.
For the embodiment of the application, it is assumed that the preset time is 10min, timing is started after the use time of the electrical equipment is over, and if an instruction for confirming that the clothes are taken out and triggered by a user is not received after 10min, it is indicated that the user does not take out the clothes, so that the use of the electrical equipment is influenced. After receiving the third prompt message, the manager can take out the clothes in the electrical equipment in time and send the clothes to the room of the user, so that the use efficiency of the electrical equipment is improved, and the service quality is improved.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes step S114 (not shown in the figure) and step S115 (not shown in the figure), and step S114 may be executed simultaneously with step S109, or after step S109, or before step S109, where,

For the embodiment of the application, the room number of each room and the household appliance corresponding to each room number are prestored in the electronic device. The above embodiment introduces a self-service laundry method for a hotel from the perspective of a method flow, and the following embodiment introduces a self-service laundry device for a hotel from the perspective of a virtual module or a virtual unit, which is described in detail in the following embodiment.
The embodiment of the present application provides a device 20 for self-service laundry in hotel, as shown in fig. 2, the device 20 for self-service laundry in hotel specifically may include:
the first receiving module 201 receives a service selection instruction triggered by a user, wherein the service comprises a washing service, a drying service and a washing and drying combined service;
a first obtaining module 202, configured to obtain, based on a service selection instruction, usage state information of an electrical device, where the usage state information includes an occupied state and an idle state, and the electrical device includes at least one laundry device and at least one drying device;
the first determining module 203 is used for determining the optimal electrical equipment when the electrical equipment meets the preset condition;
the preset conditions include:
the use state information of each laundry device and/or each drying device is an occupation state;
a first sending module 204, configured to send a reservation signal to a terminal device corresponding to a user based on the optimal electrical device;
the reservation module 205 is configured to reserve the optimal electrical device when acquiring a reservation confirmation instruction triggered by a user.
For the embodiment of the present application, the first receiving module 201 receives a service selection instruction triggered by a user, so that the service required by the user can be known conveniently. After the first receiving module 201 receives a service selection instruction triggered by a user, the first obtaining module 202 obtains the use state information of each electrical device, so that the electrical devices in the occupied state and the electrical devices in the idle state can be known conveniently. The electronic device determines whether the electrical device meets a preset condition, and if the electrical device meets the preset condition, the first determining module 203 determines the best electrical device. The best appliance is the appliance that the user is the fastest able to use. The first sending module 204 sends a reservation signal to the terminal device of the user, so that the user can conveniently select whether to reserve the best electrical equipment, and if the electronic device receives a preset confirmation instruction, the reservation module 205 reserves the best electrical equipment. Through determining the best electric equipment, the user can conveniently reserve the laundry equipment or the drying equipment which can be used most quickly.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, when determining the optimal electrical device, the first determining module 203 is specifically configured to:
acquiring the initial occupation time information and the occupation time length information of each laundry device and/or each drying device;
acquiring current time information;
determining remaining time information of each laundry device and/or each drying device based on the current time information, the occupation start time information, and the occupation duration information;
sequencing the remaining time information of each laundry device and/or each drying device;
and determining the optimal electrical equipment based on the sequencing result, wherein the optimal electrical equipment is the electrical equipment with the shortest remaining time information.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the usage state information further includes a reservation state, and the apparatus 20 further includes:
the second determining module is used for determining the time information when any electrical equipment is marked as a reserved state;
the recording module is used for recording the duration information of any electrical equipment in a reserved state;
and the first marking module is used for marking any electric appliance equipment into an idle state when the time length information reaches the preset time length threshold value.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus 20 further includes:
the first detection module is used for detecting whether the residual service time of any electrical equipment reaches a preset time threshold value or not when any electrical equipment is in an occupied state;
and the second sending module is used for sending the first prompt information to the terminal equipment corresponding to the user when the first prompt information arrives.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus 20 further includes:
the third sending module is used for sending second prompt information to the terminal equipment corresponding to the user when the use time of any electric equipment reaches, wherein the second prompt information is used for representing whether the clothes are taken out or not, and the use time is the use time of any electric equipment selected by the user;
the second marking module is used for marking any electric appliance equipment to be in an idle state when receiving an instruction for confirming that the clothes are taken out and triggered by a user;
and the fourth sending module is used for sending third prompt information to the terminal equipment corresponding to the manager when the instruction for confirming that the clothes are taken out and triggered by the user is not received after the preset time is up.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus 20 further includes:
the second detection module is used for detecting whether the household electrical appliances in the user room corresponding to any electrical appliance are in the working state or not when any electrical appliance is in the occupied state;
and the control module is used for controlling the household appliance to output service state information when the household appliance is in a working state, wherein the service state information comprises the remaining time information of the washing service or the drying service.
In a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus 20 further includes:
the first pushing module is used for pushing the clothes type information when a user selects washing service or washing and drying combined service;
the second receiving module is used for receiving a feedback signal triggered by a user, wherein the feedback signal is generated after the user triggers selection operation aiming at the clothes type information;
a third determining module for determining the clothes type information selected by the user from the feedback signal aiming at the clothes type information;
and the second pushing module is used for pushing the corresponding washing mode based on the clothes type information selected by the user.
In this embodiment, the first receiving module 201 and the second receiving module may be the same receiving module or different receiving modules. The first determining module 203, the second determining module, and the third determining module may be the same determining module, may be different determining modules, or may be partially the same determining module. The first sending module 204, the second sending module, the third sending module and the fourth sending module may be the same sending module, may be different sending modules, or may be partially the same sending module. The first marking module and the second marking module may be the same marking module or different marking modules. The first detection module and the second detection module may be the same detection module or different detection modules. The first pushing module and the second pushing module may be the same pushing module or different pushing modules.
The embodiment of the application provides a device 20 for self-service laundry in a hotel, which is suitable for the embodiment of the method and is not repeated herein.
In an embodiment of the present application, an electronic device is provided, and as shown in fig. 3, an electronic device 30 shown in fig. 3 includes: a processor 301 and a memory 303. Wherein processor 301 is coupled to memory 303, such as via bus 302. Optionally, the electronic device 30 may also include a transceiver 304. It should be noted that the transceiver 304 is not limited to one in practical applications, and the structure of the electronic device 30 is not limited to the embodiment of the present application.
The Processor 301 may be a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a general-purpose Processor, a DSP (Digital Signal Processor), an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit), an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) or other Programmable logic device, a transistor logic device, a hardware component, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various illustrative logical blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with the disclosure. The processor 301 may also be a combination of computing functions, e.g., comprising one or more microprocessors, a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, or the like.
Bus 302 may include a path that transfers information between the above components. The bus 302 may be a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) bus, an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The bus 302 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 3, but this does not mean only one bus or one type of bus.
The Memory 303 may be a ROM (Read Only Memory) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a RAM (Random Access Memory) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory), a CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read Only Memory) or other optical Disc storage, optical Disc storage (including Compact Disc, laser Disc, optical Disc, digital versatile Disc, blu-ray Disc, etc.), a magnetic Disc storage medium or other magnetic storage device, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to these.
The memory 303 is used for storing application program codes for executing the scheme of the application, and the processor 301 controls the execution. The processor 301 is configured to execute application program code stored in the memory 303 to implement the aspects illustrated in the foregoing method embodiments.
Among them, electronic devices include but are not limited to: mobile terminals such as mobile phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), in-vehicle terminals (e.g., car navigation terminals), and the like, and fixed terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like. But also a server, etc. The electronic device shown in fig. 3 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.
The present application provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when running on a computer, enables the computer to execute the corresponding content in the foregoing method embodiments. Compared with the related art, the electronic equipment receives the service selection instruction triggered by the user, so that the service required by the user can be known conveniently. After receiving a service selection instruction triggered by a user, the electronic equipment acquires the use state information of each electrical equipment, so that the electrical equipment in an occupied state and the electrical equipment in an idle state can be known conveniently. The electronic equipment judges whether the electrical equipment meets the preset conditions or not, and if the electrical equipment meets the preset conditions, the electronic equipment determines the optimal electrical equipment. The best appliance is the appliance that the user is the fastest able to use. The electronic equipment sends a reservation signal to the terminal equipment of the user, so that the user can conveniently select whether to reserve the best electric equipment, and if the electronic equipment receives a preset confirmation instruction, the best electric equipment is reserved. Through determining the best electric equipment, the user can conveniently reserve the laundry equipment or the drying equipment which can be used most quickly.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and may be performed in other orders unless explicitly stated herein. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flow chart of the figure may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.

1. A self-service laundry method for hotels is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a service selection instruction triggered by a user, wherein the service comprises a washing service, a drying service and a washing and drying combined service;
acquiring use state information of electric equipment based on the selection service instruction, wherein the use state information comprises an occupied state and an idle state, and the electric equipment comprises at least one piece of washing equipment and at least one piece of drying equipment;
if the electrical equipment meets the preset conditions, determining the optimal electrical equipment;
the preset conditions include:
the using state information of each laundry device and/or each drying device is an occupation state;
sending a reservation signal to a terminal device corresponding to a user based on the optimal electrical equipment;
and if a reservation confirmation instruction triggered by the user is received, reserving the best electric equipment.
2. The hotel self-service laundry method according to claim 1, wherein the determining of the optimal electrical equipment comprises:
acquiring the initial occupation time information and the occupation time length information of each laundry device and/or each drying device;
acquiring current time information;
determining remaining time information of each laundry device and/or each drying device based on the current time information, the occupation start time information, and the occupation duration information;
sequencing the remaining time information of each laundry device and/or each drying device;
and determining the optimal electrical equipment based on the sequencing result, wherein the optimal electrical equipment is the electrical equipment with the shortest remaining time information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the usage status information further comprises a reservation status, the method further comprising:
determining time information when any electrical equipment is marked as a reserved state;
recording the duration information of any electrical equipment in a reserved state;
and if the duration information reaches a reserved duration threshold, marking any electric equipment in an idle state.
4. A method of self-washing a hotel as recited in claim 2, further comprising:
if any electrical equipment is in an occupied state, detecting whether the residual service time of any electrical equipment reaches a preset time threshold value;
and if so, sending first prompt information to the terminal equipment corresponding to the user.
5. A method of self-washing a hotel as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
if any electric equipment reaches the use time, sending second prompt information to the terminal equipment corresponding to the user, wherein the second prompt information is used for representing whether the clothes are taken out or not, and the use time is the use time of any electric equipment selected by the user;
if an instruction for confirming that the clothes are taken out is received, which is triggered by a user, any electric equipment is marked to be in an idle state;
and if the instruction for confirming that the clothes are taken out triggered by the user is not received after the preset time is up, sending third prompt information to the terminal equipment corresponding to the manager.
6. A method of self-washing a hotel as recited in claim 2, further comprising:
if any electrical equipment is in an occupied state, detecting whether the household electrical equipment in a user room corresponding to the electrical equipment is in a working state;
and if the household appliance is in a working state, controlling the household appliance to output service state information, wherein the service state information comprises the remaining time information of the washing service or the drying service.
7. A method of self-washing a hotel as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
if the user selects the washing service or the washing and drying combined service, the clothes type information is pushed;
receiving a feedback signal triggered by a user, wherein the feedback signal is generated after the user triggers selection operation aiming at the clothes type information;
determining clothes type information selected by a user from the feedback signal aiming at the clothes type information;
and pushing a corresponding washing mode based on the clothes type information selected by the user.
8. A device of a self-service laundry method of a hotel is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a service selection instruction triggered by a user, wherein the service comprises a washing service, a drying service and a washing and drying combined service;
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the use state information of the electric equipment based on the service selection instruction, wherein the use state information comprises an occupied state and an idle state, and the electric equipment comprises at least one piece of washing equipment and at least one piece of drying equipment;
the first determining module is used for determining the optimal electric equipment when the electric equipment meets the preset condition;
the preset conditions include:
the using state information of each laundry device and/or each drying device is an occupation state;
the first sending module is used for sending a reservation signal to the terminal equipment corresponding to the user based on the optimal electric equipment;
and the reservation module is used for reserving the best electric equipment when acquiring a reservation confirmation instruction triggered by the user.
