the sliding sleeve is pushed forward, and as the four fan ring petals are radially spread at the moment, the insertion gaps among the fan ring petals are slightly enlarged along with the fan ring petals, so that the four inserted rods of the sliding sleeve are just hard extruded into the corresponding four insertion gaps; thus, the four inserted bars and the four fan ring petals which are mutually interfered together form a totally-enclosed whole-circle nest, and the nest and the wall of the mounting hole are in interference expansion;
and (3) sleeving a gasket on the external thread section of the rear opening of the main screw extending out of the mounting hole, screwing in a nut, and screwing and fastening the two connecting plates of the two steel members.
From the above analysis, it can be seen that; on the basis of keeping the traditional performance of unilateral installation, the unilateral bolt utilizes four inserted bars and four fan ring petals which are mutually interfered to form a totally-enclosed whole-circle nest together, the nest and the wall of the installation hole are in interference expansion and are tightly combined, and four stays of the main screw are also clamped in four bayonets of the whole-circle nest, so that the anchoring is tight and reliable between the main screw and the whole-circle nest and between the whole-circle nest and the wall of the installation hole, circumferential sliding does not exist, the bolt can not loosen even if the bolt is in service for a long time, and potential safety hazards are avoided.
Preferably, the rear end of the main screw is in threaded connection with an auxiliary screw; the auxiliary screw rod has the functions of firstly serving as an extension part of the main screw rod, so that the auxiliary screw rod is convenient to grasp by a worker, and then the worker can easily and conveniently push the main screw rod and each stay forward through the mounting hole by grasping the auxiliary screw rod; the main screw rod is also convenient to rotate for 45 degrees so as to clamp the rear end of the stay with the bayonet of the fan ring flap; secondly, the rear end of the auxiliary screw rod protrudes backwards to form a sliding sleeve and a mounting ring, so that the auxiliary screw rod is convenient to clamp firmly by a clamp, and further is convenient to pull backwards by exerting force, and the four clamped supporting strips radially expand and tighten the fan ring valve and the wall of the mounting hole; thirdly, when the nut is screwed, although the wall of the main screw rod, the whole circle nest and the wall of the mounting hole are radially limited, if the force for screwing the nut is too large, the nut can still be loosened, so that a worker clamps the auxiliary screw rod by using the clamp, and unexpected loosening of the main screw rod and the whole circle nest in the screwing process of the nut can be avoided.
