The currently widely used anti-counterfeiting methods include the following two methods: one is that consumers can realize the true and false identification directly through naked eyes without the help of tools, and the principle of the anti-counterfeiting technology is to use a special printing technology to manufacture an anti-counterfeiting mark; and in addition, the consumption can realize the true and false identification by means of tools, and the two-dimensional code has the advantages of large storage capacity, high confidentiality, high traceability, low cost and the like.
The labels are directly adhered to the surfaces of purchased commodities in daily life, much time and energy are needed for tearing the labels at this time, the labels cannot be torn completely, and even if the labels are torn, a large amount of glue which is not easy to clean is left on the surfaces of the commodities. Therefore, how to provide an anti-counterfeiting multi-layer easy-to-tear film is a problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

From the above data, it can be seen that inventive examples 1-3 have superior linear susceptibility to crack and tear strength compared to comparative example 1. Therefore, the anti-counterfeiting multilayer easy-to-tear film provided by the invention can adjust the internal bonding strength or porosity of the substrate layer by changing the particle size or content by using the inorganic powder particles, and has the properties of easy tearing and good directionality.
The related explanation about the preparation method is that the continuous material mixing is carried out by utilizing a dead weight type static mixer in the material mixing process, all material tanks are started for material charging at the same time, the material mixing is stopped when the material mixing is abnormal, the reason is checked, the product in the period is isolated, and the production process which is most suitable for the material mixing requirement of the anti-counterfeiting multilayer easy-tearing film is realized by utilizing the dead weight type static mixer for the continuous material mixing. The ingredients are fed into a double-screw extruder, heated, plasticized, filtered and extruded, the temperature is stable for 1 hour after reaching the temperature, discharging is started, after all the materials of the system are discharged, the sheet can be cast after the discharged materials are qualified through inspection, and the low degradation and plasticizing characteristics adopted in the process are most consistent with the plasticizing requirements of anti-counterfeiting multilayer easy-to-tear films. When the melt meets the requirement, casting the melt into a proper sheet according to the requirement, and positioning a cold drum to cast the sheet, wherein the casting sheet is the key for controlling the crystallinity of the melt. And (3) putting the cold-blown thick sheet into a water bath, discharging water on the surface of the thick sheet, putting the thick sheet on a longitudinal pull roll, and longitudinally stretching the thick sheet according to requirements. The thick sheet pulled out longitudinally is clamped by a transverse pull chain, and transverse stretching is carried out according to the process requirement, and the setting of the process is mainly the key for adjusting the longitudinal performance of the product. The transversely pulled sheet is put on a tractor and is subjected to traction, shaping and trimming, and the process is the key for adjusting the transverse performance of the product. And starting an online thickness detection instrument to detect the thickness deviation of the product online. And cutting waste edges at two sides of the traction, starting a thickness gauge for online monitoring, and adjusting and correcting the thickness. And (4) threading the cut film on a winding machine for winding, and continuously monitoring the winding quality of the product. Checking the rolling quality on line, and processing products which do not meet the quality requirement according to the regulations. And (3) inspecting the produced products, packaging the qualified products and warehousing the qualified products, treating the unqualified products according to the regulations, unloading the rolled products from a rolling machine, sampling and detecting various quality performances, and packaging and warehousing the products after grading.
To further illustrate the performance effect of the tamper-resistant multilayer easy-release film in this example, the internal bond strength was measured using a scott adhesion tester according to the method specified in TAPPI T569 and the measured value was expressed in kg/cm units. In this example, the internal bonding strength of the substrate layer side was 0.4 to 0.8kg/cm, and the internal bonding strength of the coating layer 4 side was 0.4 to 2.5 kg/cm; the substrate layer has a greater tensile breaking force than the coating layer 4 when stretched in the MD direction. The adhesive strength between the base material layer and the coating layer 4 as measured by the adhesive-peel adhesion strength test method is 8.5N/mm or more, and the base material layer and the coating layer 4 are difficult to peel off, and can be produced efficiently.
By setting the internal bonding strength to 0.4kg/cm or more, the attachment work of the anti-counterfeit multilayer easy-to-tear film can be easily performed without damaging the anti-counterfeit multilayer easy-to-tear film in a normal use state, and the function of the anti-counterfeit multilayer easy-to-tear film can be more effectively exerted. When peeling off, the film is broken when peeling off from the adherend, and a part of the film remains in an arbitrary shape on the adherend, by setting the internal bonding strength of the film on the side opposite to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer side to 2.5kg · cm or less, so that the film itself is broken without breaking the adherend when the strength of the adherend is relatively weak. The label can be easily visually discriminated from being peeled off from the remaining portion. Further, even if the peeled portion is reattached to the original position, the peeled portion and the remaining portion have arbitrary shapes, so that it is difficult to return to the original shape, and reattachment of the label can be prevented.
