An SIS elastomer modified waterborne alkyd resin E comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15.0 parts of refined linseed oil, 3.5 parts of SIS elastomer, 7.0 parts of 3-phenyl-2-acrylic acid-2-propenyl ester, 15.0 parts of trimellitic anhydride, 6.0 parts of azelaic acid, 13.0 parts of 1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol, 4.0 parts of glycerol, 3.0 parts of styrene, 3.0 parts of benzoic acid, 0.6 part of di-tert-butyl peroxide, 15.0 parts of xylene, 5.0 parts of dimethylolbutyric acid, 0.5 part of antioxidant, 6.5 parts of dimethylethanolamine and 125.0 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the SIS elastomer modified waterborne alkyd resin E in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
a) uniformly stirring styrene, 3-phenyl-2-acrylic acid-2-allyl ester and 3/4 di-tert-butyl peroxide to obtain a mixed solution I;
b) sequentially adding refined linseed oil, trimellitic anhydride, azelaic acid, 1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol, glycerol, dimethylolbutyric acid, an antioxidant and xylene into a reactor according to the weight part of the formula, and heating for dissolving;
c) heating to 160-162 ℃, keeping the temperature, stirring, reacting for 2.0h, adding benzoic acid to control the molecular weight, heating to 180 ℃, keeping the temperature, reacting for 2.0h, heating to 220-224 ℃ at the speed of 20 ℃/h, keeping the temperature, reacting for 1.0h, measuring the acid value every 15min, and when the acid value reaches the design value;
d) cooling, then adding the SIS elastomer and 1/4 di-tert-butyl peroxide, stirring and reacting for 1.0 hour to obtain SIS elastomer grafted alkyd resin prepolymer;
e) and distilling under reduced pressure to remove xylene, cooling, dropwise adding the mixed solution I for 1.5-2.0 hours, then stirring and reacting for 0.5 hour, cooling, stirring at a high speed to disperse and add dimethylethanolamine, adding deionized water according to the formula amount, dispersing uniformly, and filtering to obtain the SIS elastomer modified waterborne alkyd resin E.
Example 4
An anti-sagging water-based alkyd resin coating with good adhesion comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100.0 parts of SIS elastomer modified waterborne alkyd resin A, 0.5 part of pH regulator, 0.4 part of wetting agent, 0.4 part of dispersant, 0.3 part of defoamer, 0.3 part of flatting agent, 5.0 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 2.0 parts of sodium sulfate type transparent powder, 6.0 parts of ethylene glycol and 15.0 parts of deionized water.
Example 5
An anti-sagging water-based alkyd resin coating with good adhesion comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80.0 parts of SIS elastomer modified water-based alkyd resin B, 15.0 parts of water-based nano color paste, 0.4 part of wetting agent, 0.4 part of thickening agent, 0.9 part of dispersing agent, 0.5 part of flatting agent, 0.4 part of defoaming agent, 4.5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 18.0 parts of sodium sulfate type transparent powder, 5.0 parts of propylene glycol and 25.0 parts of deionized water.
Example 6
An anti-sagging water-based alkyd resin coating with good adhesion comprises the following components in parts by weight: 110.0 parts of SIS elastomer modified waterborne alkyd resin C, 10.0 parts of waterborne nanometer color paste, 0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.4 part of thickening agent, 0.3 part of dispersing agent, 0.4 part of defoaming agent, 5.0 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 2.0 parts of sodium sulfate type transparent powder, 7.0 parts of propylene glycol and 15.0 parts of deionized water.
Comparative example 3
A conventional modified water-based alkyd resin coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100.0 parts of conventional modified water-based alkyd resin D, 5.0 parts of water-based nano color paste, 0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.6 part of thickening agent, 0.5 part of dispersing agent, 0.4 part of defoaming agent, 4.5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 8.0 parts of sodium sulfate type transparent powder, 6.0 parts of glycerol and 20.0 parts of deionized water.
Comparative example 4
An anti-sagging water-based alkyd resin coating with good adhesion comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90.0 parts of SIS elastomer modified water-based alkyd resin E, 15.0 parts of water-based nano color paste, 0.4 part of wetting agent, 0.2 part of thickening agent, 0.3 part of flatting agent, 0.3 part of dispersing agent, 0.4 part of defoaming agent, 4.0 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 6.0 parts of sodium sulfate type transparent powder, 6.0 parts of propylene glycol, 6.0 parts of film forming auxiliary agent and 10.0 parts of deionized water.
Comparative example 5
An anti-sagging water-based alkyd resin coating with good adhesion comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100.0 parts of SIS elastomer modified waterborne alkyd resin A, 0.5 part of pH regulator, 0.4 part of wetting agent, 0.4 part of dispersant, 0.3 part of defoamer, 0.3 part of flatting agent, 2.0 parts of sodium sulfate type transparent powder, 6.0 parts of glycol and 15.0 parts of deionized water.
According to the relevant standards, the performance index test was performed on inventive example 4, example 5, comparative example 6 and comparative example 3, comparative example 4, comparative example 6, and the test results are shown in table 1.
Wherein, the adhesive force is as follows: the test was carried out using the cross-cut method, as specified in GB/T1720-1988;
water resistance: detecting according to the regulation of GB/T1733-93;
flexibility: detection is carried out according to the specification of GB/T1731-1993;
impact resistance: detecting according to the GB/T1732-2020;
sag resistance: detection was carried out according to the regulations of GB/T9264-2012.

As can be seen from Table 1, examples 4, 5, 6, and comparative examples 4 and 5 of the present invention are superior in water resistance, adhesion, impact resistance, sag resistance, flexibility, and the like to those of comparative example 3 of the conventional modified aqueous alkyd resin coating, which indicates that the SIS elastomer modified aqueous alkyd resin is effective in improving water resistance, adhesion, impact resistance, sag resistance, flexibility, and the like;
as can be seen from Table 1, the fullness of examples 4, 5, 6 and 5 according to the invention is better than that of comparative example 4, which indicates that the addition of a film-forming aid during the preparation of the resin is advantageous in increasing the fullness of the paint film;
as can be seen from Table 1, the storage stability of 50. + -. 2 ℃/30d is better for examples 4, 5, 6 and 4 of the present invention than for comparative example 5, indicating that the addition of polyvinyl alcohol to the system of the present invention is effective in improving the storage stability.

Claims (3)

1. An anti-sagging water-based alkyd resin coating with good adhesion is characterized in that: the anti-sagging water-based alkyd resin coating with good adhesive force comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80.0-120.0 parts of SIS elastomer modified waterborne alkyd resin, 0.0-25.0 parts of waterborne nano color paste, 1.2-4.5 parts of auxiliary agent, 3.0-6.0 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 2.0-18.0 parts of sodium sulfate type transparent powder, 4.0-10.0 parts of antifreezing agent and 10.0-25.0 parts of deionized water;
the SIS elastomer modified waterborne alkyd resin comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15.0-25.0 parts of unsaturated fatty acid, 2.0-5.0 parts of SIS elastomer, 4.0-8.0 parts of 3-phenyl-2-acrylic acid-2-allyl ester, 8.0-15.0 parts of organic acid anhydride, 4.0-9.0 parts of dibasic acid, 10.0-24.0 parts of polyol, 3.0-5.0 parts of styrene, 2.0-3.5 parts of benzoic acid, 0.4-1.0 part of di-tert-butyl peroxide, 10.0-20.0 parts of xylene, 3.0-6.0 parts of dimethylolbutyric acid, 0.3-0.8 part of antioxidant, 5.0-10.0 parts of film-forming assistant, 2.5-8.0 parts of neutralizer and 100.0-200.0 parts of deionized water; the preparation method of the SIS elastomer modified waterborne alkyd resin comprises the following steps:
a) uniformly stirring styrene, 3-phenyl-2-acrylic acid-2-allyl ester and 3/4 di-tert-butyl peroxide to obtain a mixed solution I;
b) sequentially adding unsaturated fatty acid, organic acid anhydride, dibasic acid, polyalcohol, dimethylolbutyric acid, antioxidant and dimethylbenzene according to the weight part of the formula in a reactor, and heating for dissolving;
c) heating to 160-162 ℃, keeping the temperature, stirring, reacting for 2.0h, adding benzoic acid to control the molecular weight, heating to 180 ℃, keeping the temperature, reacting for 2.0h, heating to 220-224 ℃ at the speed of 20 ℃/h, keeping the temperature, reacting for 1.0h, measuring the acid value every 15min, and when the acid value reaches the design value;
d) cooling, adding the SIS elastomer and 1/4 di-tert-butyl peroxide, stirring and reacting for 1.0 hour to obtain SIS elastomer grafted alkyd resin prepolymer;
e) and distilling under reduced pressure to remove xylene, adding a film-forming aid, stirring and dispersing uniformly and reducing viscosity, keeping the temperature at 120-124 ℃, dropwise adding the mixed solution I for 1.5-2.0 h, stirring and reacting for 0.5h, cooling, stirring at high speed, dispersing and adding a neutralizing agent, adding deionized water according to the formula amount, dispersing uniformly, and filtering to obtain the SIS elastomer modified waterborne alkyd resin.
2. The anti-sagging water-based alkyd resin coating with good adhesion of claim 1, wherein: the auxiliary agent is at least one of pH regulator, wetting agent, dispersant, defoaming agent, thickener and flatting agent.
3. The anti-sagging water-based alkyd resin coating with good adhesion of claim 1, wherein: the antifreezing agent is one or a combination of more of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and glycerol.
