Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the objects, features and advantages of the invention can be more clearly understood. It should be understood that the embodiments shown in the drawings are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, but are merely intended to illustrate the spirit of the technical solution of the present invention.
The underwater storage device is designed based on a pressure compensation type principle by adopting the flexible bag to be matched with the rigid shell, namely when the flexible bag expands, seawater between the rigid shell and the flexible bag is discharged through a seawater inlet and a seawater outlet of the rigid shell so as to balance the internal and external pressure difference of the rigid shell; when the flexible bag contracts, seawater is introduced through the seawater inlet and outlet of the rigid shell to compensate the internal pressure of the rigid shell, so that the internal and external pressure difference of the rigid shell is balanced. The technical scheme can overcome the defects of the existing storage mode, has double protection functions, is suitable for any water depth, has good safety, strong stability and low manufacturing cost, and can flexibly combine a plurality of modules for operation.
The invention firstly proposes an underwater flexible storage device, as shown in fig. 1, said device comprising:
the flexible bag 10 is arranged in the rigid shell in a contraction or expansion mode, the inner cavity of the flexible bag is used for storing liquid, a liquid storage inlet and outlet is formed in the flexible bag, and the liquid storage inlet and outlet is communicated with the inner side of the flexible bag in a sealing mode from the outer side of the rigid shell; the flexible bag is of a horizontal structure;
the rigid shell 7 comprises a shell body, an inner cavity of the shell body is larger than the volume of the flexible bag when the flexible bag is filled, the shell body comprises a seawater inlet and outlet and a pressure relief opening, and the seawater inlet and outlet and the pressure relief opening are communicated with a space between the outside of the rigid shell and the outside of the flexible bag to the inside of the rigid shell.
The flexible pouch 10 may be made of rubber, etc., and may be coated on the inside or outside thereof to prevent corrosion.
The rigid shell 7 can be made of metal materials such as steel materials and the like so as to meet certain rigidity and strength requirements.
Wherein, the liquid storing inlet and outlet can be arranged as the same opening or divided into an inlet and an outlet.
The pressure relief port 2 is used for balancing the internal and external pressures of the rigid container under abnormal working conditions in installation, recovery or injection and discharge operations of the device, and plays a role in protection.
The seawater inlet and outlet are used for flowing seawater or discharging seawater to adjust the internal and external pressure difference of the rigid shell, so that the internal and external pressure difference of the rigid shell is as small as possible. The seawater inlet and outlet can be one or more.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the shell body has a shape that resembles the shape of the flexible pouch when filled.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the internal volume of the rigid shell is 3-5% greater than the volume of the flexible bladder after it has been filled.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the ratio of horizontal length to height of the flexible pouch 10 when filled is 4.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the flexible pouch 10 takes the form of a horizontal cylinder or flat body when filled. The shape of the flexible pouch 10 when filled may also be other regular or irregular shapes.
In order to adapt to the position change of the internal flexible bag, when the density of the liquid stored in the flexible bag is less than that of the seawater, the seawater inlet and outlet are arranged at the lower part of the rigid shell; when the density of the liquid stored in the flexible bag is greater than that of the seawater, the seawater inlet and outlet are arranged at the upper part of the rigid shell.
The invention can be designed and developed based on a modular concept, and can be easily combined and configured with flexible bags 10 with various specifications and matched rigid shells 7 so as to meet the requirements of various underwater volume storage. The components may be assembled according to different configurations, for example, if the required volumetric capacity is small, a single subsea storage device module may be provided to provide a fully functional subsea storage and pumping system. For larger storage requirements, a plurality of independent memory modules are combined into a system.
The invention also provides a using method of the underwater flexible storage device, which mainly comprises the following steps:
discharging seawater between the rigid shell and the flexible bladder through a seawater inlet and outlet of the rigid shell to balance the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the rigid shell when the flexible bladder is expanded;
when the flexible bag contracts, seawater is introduced through a seawater inlet and a seawater outlet of the rigid shell to compensate the internal pressure of the rigid shell, so that the internal and external pressure difference of the rigid shell is balanced.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises one or more of the following features:
maintaining the stored liquid inlet and outlet and the seawater inlet and outlet open when the device is lowered into the water, allowing seawater to flow into the space between the outside of the flexible bladder and the inside of the rigid housing, so that the flexible bladder and the rigid housing maintain hydrostatic pressure;
when the device is recovered and lifted, the liquid storage inlet and the liquid storage outlet and the seawater inlet and outlet are closed, so that the liquid expanded by the fluid in the flexible bag is discharged through the pressure relief port, and the balance of the internal pressure and the external pressure of the rigid shell is realized;
different modules are formed by connecting different numbers of the flexible bags and the matched rigid shells, so that the requirements of different storage volumes of underwater storage media are met.
The underwater flexible storage device and the underwater flexible storage method provided by the invention have the following advantages: (1) Because the internal and external pressures of the device are always kept balanced and compensated when the stored liquid is injected and discharged, the application range and the requirement of the pressure vessel do not need to be considered for the storage vessel, and the device can be used in the fields of deep water and ultra-deep water; meanwhile, because the wall thickness of the rigid shell is not required to be large to ensure the structural strength, the construction cost of the device can be greatly saved; (2) The development and design of the rigid shell part and the flexible part are based on a double-protection principle, and when the bag is damaged and the liquid sealing device fails, chemical leakage is limited in the rigid container, so that environmental pollution is avoided, and the double-protection bag type liquid sealing device is good in safety and strong in reliability; (3) The invention can adopt modular design, can be assembled into a large-capacity underwater storage module in a matching way, and has flexible and changeable storage volume; (4) The device can be designed into an integrated structure, is light and simple, and can quickly maintain and replace a damaged storage device.
As shown in fig. 1, the underwater storage device with a flexible bag 10 matching with a rigid casing 7 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a rigid casing 7, a flexible bag 10, a storage liquid inlet/outlet (including a storage liquid inlet 1 and a storage liquid outlet 3), a seawater inlet/outlet 8, a support frame, and a manhole 9.
The rigid shell 7 is fixed in a supporting frame consisting of a fixed steel plate 6 and a steel frame 5, a liquid storage inlet, a liquid storage outlet and a pressure relief opening 2 are arranged outside the rigid shell 7, and the flexible bag 10 is positioned inside the rigid shell 7 and fixed on the inner wall of the rigid shell 7. The liquid inlet and outlet of the flexible bag 10 is hermetically connected with the liquid inlet and outlet of the rigid shell 7. The upper end of the rigid shell 7 is provided with a pressure relief port 2 which is communicated with the space between the rigid shell 7 and the flexible bag 10.
The exterior of the rigid shell 7 is provided with a seawater inlet and outlet 8 which is communicated with the space between the rigid shell 7 and the outer wall of the flexible bag 10.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, an underwater flexible storage device comprises a rigid shell part formed by a rigid shell 7 communicated with a pressure relief port 2, a seawater inlet/outlet 4, a seawater inlet/outlet 8 and a manhole 9; the flexible inner structure is formed by a flexible bag 10 communicating a stored liquid inlet 1 and a stored liquid outlet 3. The development and design of the rigid outer shell part and the flexible inner part is based on a dual protection principle: the flexible bladder 10 is mounted within a rigid, rigid outer shell 7, and when the flexible bladder 10 fails, leakage of the storage medium is confined within the rigid outer shell 7.
The implementation process of the invention is explained as follows:
the device installation process: on an offshore platform or vessel, the manhole 9 of the device is opened, and the flexible bag 10 is compressed and flattened and then is placed in the steel shell 7. The inlet and outlet of the flexible bag 10 are connected with the storage liquid inlet 1 and the storage liquid outlet 3 at the corresponding opening positions of the rigid shell 7 by using sealant. In the descending installation operation, the liquid balance part comprises a storage liquid injection port 1, a pressure relief port 2, a storage liquid discharge port 3, a seawater inlet and outlet 4 and a seawater inlet and outlet 8, the ports are always kept in an open state, seawater flows into a space between the inner flexible bag 10 and the outer rigid shell 7, and the inner flexible bag 10 and the rigid shell 7 can keep hydrostatic pressure due to the inflow of the seawater in the process.
Liquid injection process: as shown in fig. 5, when the storage liquid such as the chemical agent is injected from the storage liquid injection port 1 into the flexible bladder 10, the folded flexible bladder 10 is expanded as the injection process is continued, and the seawater between the flexible bladder 10 and the rigid shell 7 is discharged through the seawater inlet/outlet 4 and the seawater inlet/outlet 8. In this process, the discharge of seawater compensates for the pressure generated by the expansion of the flexible bladder 10 due to the injection of liquid into the flexible bladder 10, and pressure compensation of the device is achieved.
Liquid discharging process: as shown in fig. 6, when the storage liquid is discharged, the stored chemical agent is discharged from the storage liquid discharge port 3 to the flexible bag 10, and as the flexible bag 10 contracts and folds, seawater enters the position between the horizontal flexible bag 10 and the rigid shell 7 through the seawater inlet/outlet 4 and the seawater inlet/outlet 8, so as to compensate external pressure generated on the outer wall of the rigid shell 7 due to contraction of the flexible bag 10, thereby realizing pressure compensation of the device.
The device recovery process: during the lifting operation, the storage liquid injection port 1, the storage liquid discharge port 3, the seawater inlet/outlet 4, the seawater inlet/outlet 8 are closed, and the pressure relief port 2 is opened. Along with getting closer to the sea level, the pressure in the device is greater than the external pressure gradually, and because there is elasticity in flexible bag 10 material, the inside fluid of flexible bag 10 will expand, and the liquid of inflation passes through pressure release 2 and discharges this moment, realizes the balance of external pressure power in the rigid shell 7, avoids producing the destruction to the rigid shell.
Modular combination: the device can be designed and developed based on a modular concept, the supporting frame part can have a standardized structure, and the requirements of different storage volumes of the underwater storage medium can be met by connecting different numbers of single flexible bags and rigid shells. According to actual projects, the steel frames 5 can be connected to form a combined storage module according to different capacity requirements. Fig. 7 shows a memory module comprising 4 devices according to the invention.
The underwater flexible storage device adopts a pressure compensation method to carry out injection and discharge work, and can store liquid media in a high hydrostatic pressure environment. Compared with the common underwater pressure container, the method has the following advantages: compared with a pressure container with rated depth, the wall thickness of the storage tank with the rigid shell can be greatly reduced due to small bearing pressure, so that more liquid can be stored in a relatively lighter device, and the economical efficiency is better. The seawater and the liquid to be stored are separated by a flexible bag, the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the rigid shell is small in the working process of installation, injection, discharge and recovery, generally between 5 and 12MPa, and the fatigue loss of the container is small. Meanwhile, in a deep water high-pressure environment, along with the injection and discharge process, the wall surface of a common rigid storage container is easy to cause fatigue failure due to the severe change of internal and external pressure, and the device of the invention hardly has pressure fluctuation in the working process, so the reliability of storage can be improved by adopting the device of the invention.
The underwater flexible storage device can store oil products or chemical agents according to the development needs of oil fields, can be arranged near offshore oil fields according to actual engineering, is close to the oil fields, does not need to be provided with overlong umbilical cables for seabed injection, and is high in economic value. Meanwhile, the underwater storage device provided by the invention can be used for storing various capacities through modular combination, and can be suitable for the storage capacity requirements of various engineering projects. By adopting the unitized structure, the damaged storage device can be quickly maintained and replaced by integrally lifting and replacing, and the misoperation loss is reduced. The invention can be popularized and applied in the fields of deepwater underwater storage, ocean oil field development and the like.
