Referring to fig. 6, four limit parts 33 are fixedly connected to the frame body 1, the two first racks 30 and the two second racks 32 are all provided with vertical through-holes to form limit grooves 34, and each limit part 33 is respectively located in each limit groove 34 and is in sliding fit with each limit groove 34, so as to further ensure the stability of the first racks 30 and the second racks 32 when moving along the vertical direction.

Referring to fig. 6, a brush material mounting groove 38 is formed in the bottom of the brush material fixing portion 252, the brush material portion 253 has elasticity, the brush material portion 253 is equal in length to the brush material fixing portion 252 and is clamped in the brush material mounting groove 38, the brush material portion 253 can move along with the first rack 30 to a state of abutting against the top of the light-transmitting plate 24, and the brush material portion 253 is detachably arranged to ensure a brush material effect of the brush material portion 253.

Referring to fig. 4, the UV light curing box 27 is installed on the frame body 1, and when the paperboard polished by the light-transmitting plate 24 moves to the UV light curing box 27, the UV light curing box 27 performs UV light curing on the paperboard, thereby further ensuring the polishing and forming quality of the paperboard. When the cardboard is carried to the bottom of light-passing board 24, the reciprocating motion of driving light-passing board 24 through rodless cylinder 28 and the motion of brushing the material cylinder 29 drive brush flitch 25 and scraping the vertical direction of flitch 26 make the gloss oil that is located the light-passing board 24 top evenly coat in the cardboard of carrying, the cardboard after the coating gloss oil continues to carry to UV light solid case 27 and carries out UV light solid and handle, with the shaping quality after further guaranteeing the cardboard glazing, thereby fall into to receiving flitch 44 at last and accomplish the collection processing to the cardboard after the glazing, when the cardboard is glazed, stack the cardboard to place board 2 can, it carries out the glazing to each cardboard in proper order to need not the staff manual, thereby make the operation in the time of cardboard simple and convenient, be favorable to improving the work efficiency in the time of cardboard.

glazing device includes light-passing board (24), glazing motion, brushes flitch (25), scrapes flitch (26), brushes material elevating system and UV photocuring case (27), install in support body (1) and be located the top of conveying flitch light-passing board (24), glazing motion is used for driving light-passing board (24) and moves along the horizontal direction, brush flitch (25) and scrape flitch (26) and all install in support body (1) and be located the top of light-passing board (24), brush material elevating system is used for driving brush flitch (25) and scrapes flitch (26) and carry out the motion of vertical direction, UV photocuring case (27) are installed in support body (1) and are used for carrying out the UV photocuring to the cardboard after the glazing, material collecting device is used for receiving the cardboard after the glazing.
