The preset parameter information comprises target equipment identification information, preset parameter category information and a preset interference processing strategy corresponding to the preset parameter category information. The target device identification information includes: the identification information of the target base station, or the identification information of the target base station and the target cell corresponding to the target base station, for example, when the identification information of the target device is the base station No. 1, the network management system can monitor the parameter data of all cells corresponding to the base station No. 1, and when the identification information of the target device is the cell a of the base station No. 1, the network management system can monitor the parameter data of the cell a corresponding to the base station No. 1; the preset parameter category information is parameter category information preset by a person skilled in the art according to needs, for example, when the preset parameter category information is transmission power and occupancy, a network management system can monitor transmission power data and occupancy data of a target device; the preset interference processing policy corresponding to the preset parameter category information is preset by a person skilled in the art for the preset parameter category information, for example, when the preset parameter category information is the transmission power and the occupancy, the network management system monitors the transmission power and the occupancy of the target device, and when the target device is determined to have an interfered condition, adjusts the transmission power and the occupancy of the target device according to the interference processing policy to reduce interference, and when the target device is determined to have the interfered condition, reduces the transmission power by a preset value of one unit, and reduces the occupancy by a preset value of two units.
It should be noted that the interference handling policy is set by a person skilled in the art as needed, and the interference handling policy is not specifically limited by the present invention. For example, when the interference level of the target device is a high level, the preset interference processing policy executes a deactivation operation on a cell of the target device, or when the interference level of the target device is a medium level, the preset interference processing policy modifies parameter data corresponding to the target device, or when the interference level of the target device is a low level, the preset interference processing policy does not adjust the target device, and only prompts a user to pay attention to the running state of the target device.
Furthermore, the invention can make different interference processing strategies according to different interference sources, wherein the interference sources are divided into internal interference sources and external interference sources. For example, when the interference level of the target device is medium, the preset interference processing policy modifies the parameter data corresponding to the target device, where, when the interference is caused by an internal interference source, the parameter data corresponding to the target device is modified by a value of one unit, and when the interference is caused by an external interference source, the parameter data corresponding to the target device is modified by a value of two units.
The scheduling task is a specific task distributed to the target equipment according to a certain constraint condition. Different scheduling tasks can be created according to different preset parameter information, for example, the scheduling task a is to monitor the transmitting power and the occupancy of all cells of the base station # 1, when the transmitting power and the occupancy are interfered, the transmitting power is reduced by a preset value of one unit, and the occupancy is reduced by a preset value of two units; and the scheduling task B is used for monitoring the transmitting power and the cell bandwidth of the cell a of the No. 2 base station, and when the transmitting power and the cell bandwidth are interfered, the transmitting power is reduced by a preset numerical value of two units, and the cell bandwidth is reduced by a preset numerical value of one unit.

Optionally, the preset processing rule includes a preset formula, and the executing the processing operation on the parameter data according to the preset processing rule includes: and executing operation on the parameter data according to a preset formula.
For example, the parameter data includes: the uplink average interference level of the cell is as follows: the method includes the steps that received interference power (dBm) is (cell uplink average interference level PRB00+ cell uplink average interference level PRB01+ · · · · ·) + cell uplink average interference level PRB99)/100, the PRB refers to a physical resource block (physical resource block), and the cell uplink average interference level is calculated through the preset formula, so that received interference power, that is, interference data, can be obtained.
Optionally, after obtaining the interference data corresponding to the parameter data, the method includes: determining an interference level from the interference data.
For example, the interference level is divided into four levels, namely high, medium, low and no, when the value of the interference data is 0, the interference level corresponding to the interference data is no, when the value of the interference data is 1-3, the interference level corresponding to the interference data is low, when the value of the interference data is 4-7, the interference level corresponding to the interference data is medium, when the value of the interference data is 8-10, the interference level corresponding to the interference data is high, and when the interference level exceeds the low level, the target device is adjusted according to the preset interference processing strategy and the interference level. It should be noted that, the dividing manner of the interference level is set according to the service requirement of those skilled in the art, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
