Abstract
The invention discloses a source shell structure of a neutron source, which is connected with a placing groove of a neutron instrument shell, wherein two ends of the shell of the source shell structure are respectively represented by a first end and a second end; a shoulder is arranged on the side wall of the first end of the shell of the source shell structure, a protruding structure is arranged on the shoulder, and a positioning groove matched with the protruding structure is arranged at the position, close to the first end of the shell of the source shell structure, of the neutron instrument shell. The source shell structure can enable the source bin to rotate to be perpendicular to the shell of the neutron instrument, so that the butt joint of a radioactive source is facilitated, the working efficiency can be improved, and the contact time with a neutron source is shortened.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a source shell structure, in particular to a source shell structure of a neutron source.
Background
The neutron source is a radioactive substance, a human body is injured to a certain extent when being contacted for a long time, and when the neutron source is assembled or disassembled on a logging instrument, the shorter the time of contacting with the human body is, the better the distance is.

The invention aims to provide a source shell structure of a neutron source, which solves the problems that a support seat is needed to support a source bin and the source bin can only be rotated to a smaller angle when the conventional neutron instrument is used, can enable the source bin to rotate to be vertical to a shell of the neutron instrument, is convenient for butt joint of a radioactive source, can improve the working efficiency and reduces the contact time with the neutron source.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a source shell structure of a neutron source, which is connected with a placing groove of a neutron instrument shell, wherein two ends of the shell of the source shell structure are respectively represented by a first end and a second end, the first end of the shell of the source bin structure is provided with a long through hole movably connected with the placing groove of the neutron instrument shell, the shell of the source bin structure is movably connected with the placing groove of the neutron instrument shell through a pin shaft, and the pin shaft is limited in the long through hole; a shoulder is arranged on the side wall of the first end of the shell of the source shell structure, a protruding structure is arranged on the shoulder, and a positioning groove matched with the protruding structure is arranged at the position, close to the first end of the shell of the source shell structure, of the neutron instrument shell.
Preferably, the second end of the housing of the source housing structure is provided with a drawing screw, and the end of the drawing screw is provided with a hole for hanging a tool.
The source shell structure of the neutron source solves the problems that the source bin needs to be supported by the supporting seat and can only be rotated to a smaller angle when the conventional neutron instrument is used, and has the following advantages that:
the source shell structure of the neutron source is provided with the long through hole, a source bin can be lifted to be perpendicular to a shell of the neutron instrument by using an original tool, and the source shell structure and the neutron instrument shell are provided with the protruding structures and the positioning grooves, so that the source shell structure can be limited by matching the protruding structures and the positioning grooves, an operator can stand at the bottom of the groove of the connector, the neutron source is assembled or disassembled by using the tool, the distance from the neutron source is long, the operation is convenient, and the working efficiency is improved.
