Abstract
The invention relates to a method for installing a steel floating disc in a floating disc storage tank, wherein a welding type steel floating disc installing mould is assembled in the floating disc storage tank; the mounting mould comprises a supporting single body and a connecting piece, wherein the supporting single body comprises a combined support column, an adjusting bolt and a connecting plate, the top of the combined support column extends inwards to form a vertical hole, the top of the combined support column is fixedly welded with an adjusting nut matched with the adjusting bolt, and the top of the adjusting bolt is connected with the top of the connecting plate; when the clamping fixture is installed and assembled, the threaded end at the bottom of the adjusting bolt is in threaded connection with the adjusting nut, and the connecting piece is connected with the upper connecting plate of the adjacent supporting single body; and then spot welding the connecting piece at the edge of the mounting mould and the wall plate of the storage tank, and mounting the welding type steel floating disc by taking the mounting mould as a support. Each supporting single body can be automatically adjusted in height, so that the working efficiency is improved, the construction is convenient, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a construction method of a floating roof storage tank, in particular to a method for installing a steel floating plate in a floating plate storage tank.
Background
The floating plate of the floating roof tank is a complex integrated structure, and must be designed to always float above the liquid level, so as to reduce the evaporation loss of the medium, protect the medium combustion area in the accidental situations such as fire, and consider the durability, safety, medium compatibility, daily operation adaptability and the like of the floating plate body.
The history of the domestic floating roof storage tank can be traced back to 70 years in the last century, and by the cooperation of units such as Beijing Petroleum institute and Oriental Red oil refinery, one 3000m3 gasoline vault tank of the Oriental Red oil refinery is transformed into an inner floating roof storage tank in 3 months in 1978, and a tray type design is adopted, so that the first inner floating roof storage tank in China is born. As a mountain-opening nose of a steel welding floating disc, the safety of the tray-type floating disc is poor, once liquid enters the upper part of the floating disc, the risk of overturning the whole tray exists, and therefore, a plurality of varieties appear on the basis of the tray-type floating disc, for example, the tray space is separated by using a partition plate, so that liquid inlet in a certain area above the tray body cannot be diffused to the whole tray of the open bin-type floating disc. However, the problem of the inability of such floating plates to provide positive buoyancy has been constant and has been quickly replaced by floating plate types having a complete floating chamber structure, such as steel welded single-plate, double-plate floating plates, etc. From the perspective of safety and environmental protection, the steel welded single-disc type floating disc and double-disc type floating disc are superior products. On one hand, the steel welding floating disc has the characteristics of full liquid connection and no splicing seam, and can better control the evaporation and discharge of a medium; on the other hand, the steel welded plate body has high strength, has natural advantages in the aspects of fire resistance and explosion resistance, can well protect the liquid level of a medium in an accident and avoid developing into a full-area fire.
The welded steel floating plate has an installation height during on-site manufacturing and installation, and needs to be manufactured at a specific height above a storage tank bottom plate, so that a clamping fixture is needed to support the lower part of the floating plate. The traditional mould adopts the section steel to carry out full-scale support, and at the inside on-the-spot preparation of storage tank, the preparation flow is complicated, loaded down with trivial details and preparation cycle length, and full-scale support uses the type steel material many, with high costs, and the preparation is accomplished the back mould top layer roughness poor.

when the clamping fixture is installed and assembled, the threaded end at the bottom of the adjusting bolt is in threaded connection with the adjusting nut, and the connecting piece is connected with the upper connecting plate of the adjacent supporting single body;
and secondly, spot welding the connecting piece at the edge of the mounting mould and a storage tank wall plate, and mounting the welding type steel floating disc by taking the mounting mould as a support.
Furthermore, the combined strut comprises a supporting rod and an adjusting rod, the top of the supporting rod extends inwards to form a vertical hole, and the adjusting rod is inserted into the vertical hole of the supporting rod; the top of the adjusting rod extends inwards to form a vertical hole, and an adjusting nut matched with the adjusting bolt is fixedly welded on the top of the supporting rod; when the clamping fixture is installed and assembled, the adjusting rod is inserted from the top of the supporting rod.
Furthermore, a supporting baffle is arranged in the middle of the adjusting rod; after the adjusting rod is inserted into the vertical hole of the supporting rod, the supporting baffle is supported at the top of the supporting rod.

Detailed Description
In another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a method for installing a steel floating plate in a floating plate storage tank is provided, which includes the steps of:
step one, assembling an installation mould of a welding type steel floating disc in a floating disc storage tank.
The mounting mould comprises a supporting single body and a connecting piece 1, the supporting single body comprises a combined support column, an adjusting bolt 2 and a connecting plate 3, the top of the combined support column extends inwards to form a vertical hole, an adjusting nut 4 matched with the adjusting bolt 2 is fixedly welded on the top of the combined support column, and the top of the adjusting bolt 2 is connected with the top of the connecting plate 3;
when the clamping fixture is installed and assembled, the threaded end at the bottom of the adjusting bolt 2 is in threaded connection with the adjusting nut 4, and the connecting piece 1 is connected with the upper connecting plate 3 of the adjacent supporting single bodies.
And secondly, spot welding the connecting piece at the edge of the mounting mould and a storage tank wall plate, and mounting the welding type steel floating disc by taking the mounting mould as a support.
In a relatively specific embodiment, in order to facilitate transportation and assembly, the combined strut comprises a supporting rod 6 and an adjusting rod 7, wherein the top of the supporting rod 6 extends inwards to form a vertical hole, and the adjusting rod 7 is inserted into the vertical hole of the supporting rod 6; the top of the adjusting rod 7 extends inwards to form a vertical hole, and the top of the supporting rod 7 is fixedly welded with an adjusting nut 4 matched with the adjusting bolt 2. When the clamping fixture is installed and assembled, the adjusting rod 7 is inserted from the top of the supporting rod 6.
In a preferred embodiment, a support baffle 8 is arranged in the middle of the adjusting rod 7; after the adjusting rod 7 is inserted into the vertical hole of the supporting rod 6, the supporting baffle 8 is supported on the top of the supporting rod 6, so as to further facilitate the assembly of the supporting rod 6 and the adjusting rod 7.

The support baffle 8 is welded in the middle of the adjusting rod 7, the nut of the high-strength bolt is welded on any one side of the adjusting rod 7, threads cannot be damaged in the welding process, the hexagonal head side of the high-strength bolt is welded in the middle of the connecting plate 3, and the two sides of the connecting piece 1 are respectively cut by 45-degree oblique angles to weld the positioning pieces 9 on the two sides of the connecting piece 1.
Feeding the mould material into a storage tank: and (3) transporting the prefabricated materials to the interior of the storage tank, and placing the prefabricated materials in a classified manner according to the support rod 6, the adjusting rod 7, the adjusting bolt 2 and the connecting piece 1.
Assembling a mould: the adjusting bolt 2 is screwed into one side of the adjusting rod with the nut, the adjusting rod 7 is further inserted into the supporting rod 6, then the assembled mould supports are arranged in a straight line along the direction of 90-270 degrees or the parallel direction of 90-270 degrees of the storage tank from the center of the storage tank to the outside, the center distance between every two adjacent mould supporting single bodies is 2m and distributed in an equilateral triangle, and the adjacent mould supporting single bodies are connected and positioned by using a connecting piece.
Adjusting the flatness of the mould: because the storage tank bottom plate has the gradient and the roughness is different, so need adjust the mould top layer roughness after the mould equipment is accomplished. And rotating the adjusting rod to lift the connecting plate according to the installation height requirement of the floating disc, and further keeping the upper plane of the connecting piece consistent with the installation height of the floating disc. And after the adjustment is finished, spot welding is carried out on the connecting piece at the edge of the mould and the storage tank wall plate.

step one, assembling an installation mould of a welding type steel floating disc in a floating disc storage tank; the mounting mould comprises a supporting single body and a connecting piece, wherein the supporting single body comprises a combined support column, an adjusting bolt and a connecting plate, the top of the combined support column extends inwards to form a vertical hole, the top of the combined support column is fixedly welded with an adjusting nut matched with the adjusting bolt, and the top of the adjusting bolt is connected with the top of the connecting plate;
when the clamping fixture is installed and assembled, the threaded end at the bottom of the adjusting bolt is in threaded connection with the adjusting nut, and the connecting piece is connected with the upper connecting plate of the adjacent supporting single body;
and secondly, spot welding the connecting piece at the edge of the mounting mould and a storage tank wall plate, and mounting the welding type steel floating disc by taking the mounting mould as a support.
