The invention relates to an electric fastening device for a grounding hanging ring bolt, wherein a supporting seat is fixed at the top end of an insulating rod, an electric wrench is fixed on the supporting seat, an upper pressure bar device is fixed on the upper part of the insulating rod, a lower pressure bar device is fixed on the lower part of the insulating rod, and the upper pressure bar device and the lower pressure bar device are connected through a pull wire; when an operator holds the lower pressure lever device, the upper pressure lever device is driven to rotate through the pull wire and the power supply of the electric wrench is started, and the electric wrench rotates and rotates the screw rod of the grounding hanging ring. The invention has the advantages of reducing the working pressure of operators and the electric shock risk of the operators, and has good assembly property and interchangeability.
