Abstract
The invention provides a knob display controller for a refrigerator, the refrigerator and a control method of the refrigerator. A pressing support structure having a pressing portion, mounted to the refrigerator, configured to reset the pressing portion after receiving a first stroke pressing of the pressing portion, and to maintain the pressing portion in a pressed position after receiving a second stroke pressing of the pressing portion; a rotary outer ring rotatably mounted to the pressing portion; the display screen is arranged on the inner side of the rotary outer ring; a first detecting device configured to detect a pressing of a first stroke of the rotating outer ring to acquire first control information; and the second detection device is configured to detect the rotation of the rotary outer ring so as to acquire second control information, so that the refrigerator is controlled according to the first control information and/or the second control information and/or displayed by using the display screen. The novel control device is provided, and the knob rotating effect and the display screen color animation effect are combined, so that a new feeling is given to customers.

Technical Field

Detailed Description
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a knob display controller according to one embodiment of the invention; as shown in fig. 1 and referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a knob display controller 10 for a refrigerator, which includes a pressing support structure 13, a rotating outer ring 11, a display screen 12, a first detecting means, and a second detecting means. The pressing support structure 13 has a pressing portion, and the pressing support structure 13 is mounted to the refrigerator and configured to reset the pressing portion after receiving the first stroke pressing of the pressing portion, and to maintain the pressing portion in a pressed position after receiving the second stroke pressing of the pressing portion. The length of the first stroke is smaller than the length of the second stroke. The rotary outer ring 11 is rotatably mounted to the pressing portion. The display screen 12 is disposed inside the rotating outer ring 11. The first detecting means is configured to detect a pressing of the first stroke of the rotary outer ring 11 to acquire first control information. The second detecting means is configured to detect the rotation of the rotating outer ring 11 to acquire second control information so that the refrigerator is controlled according to the first control information and/or the second control information and/or displayed by the display 12.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the rotary outer ring 11 is configured to perform switching of a preset function of the refrigerator or confirmation of the second control information when the pressing of the first stroke is performed. Further, the rotary outer ring 11 is also configured to perform a change of the set value of the corresponding preset function upon rotation. The refrigerator control device is used for realizing the switching of functions of the refrigerator and the change of preset values through pressing and rotation, is simple to operate and is convenient to control the refrigerator.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the display device further includes a circuit control board disposed within the rotating outer ring 11, and the display screen 12, the first detecting device, and the second detecting device are all electrically connected to the circuit control board. The knob display controller 10 further includes a connection terminal electrically connected to the circuit control board, and the connection terminal has at least four connection pins to be electrically connected with the main control board of the refrigerator through the UART mode. The four connecting pins can be respectively 5V power supply, ground, receiving and transmitting. The information on the knob display controller 10 can be sent to the main control board of the refrigerator through the sending end, the main control board participates in control, and the information from the main control board can be received through the receiving end, so that the information on the knob display controller 10 is updated.
Further, the display screen 12 is a TFT screen or an LCD screen, the circuit control board is provided with a control chip of an ARM M3 core, and the first detecting device and the second detecting device may be devices for detecting positions by using an infrared grating principle. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the pressing support structure 13 may include a main seat 51, a seat cover 52, a pressing portion, and a pressure spring 53. The pressing portion is movable in the front-rear direction, and the seat cover 52 is provided on the rear side of the main seat 51. The main seat 51 is provided with a slide groove 54 extending in the front-rear direction and a pressing portion hole 55, and a main seat tooth 56 is provided on the rear end surface between two adjacent slide grooves 54. The pressing portion includes a pressing handle portion 57 and a pressing cap portion 58. A pressure spring hole 59 is provided in the pressing handle 57, and pressing teeth 60 and pressing tooth-shaped bosses 61 are provided on the rear end peripheral wall of the pressing handle 57. The pressing cap 58 is provided on the pressing handle 57 so as to be matched with the pressing part and the main seat 1, and rotates the pressing handle 57. The pressing cap 58 includes a cap shank 62, cap teeth 63, cap holes 64, and cap bosses 65. The cap handle 62 is sleeved on the pressing handle 57 through the cap hole 64, and the cap handle 62 and the pressing handle 57 synchronously move and can relatively rotate. The cap teeth 63 are provided on the rear end face of the cap shank 62, and the cap boss 65 is provided on the rear end peripheral wall of the cap shank 62. The cap shank 62 is placed in the pressing portion hole 55 provided in the main seat 51. The cap teeth 63 are correspondingly engaged with the pressing teeth 60, the cap bosses 65 are correspondingly slid with the sliding grooves 54 of the main seat 51, and the pressing tooth-shaped bosses 61 are correspondingly engaged with the main seat teeth 56 arranged on the main seat. The pressure spring 53 is installed in a pressure spring hole 59 pressing the handle, and contacts the seat cover 52 at the rear of the pressure spring hole 59. The rotary outer ring 11 is rotatably mounted to the pressing cap 58.
When in use, according to the principle of sliding and rotating of the matched gear and the sliding block, the pressing cap part 58 is pressed by the rotating outer ring 11, the pressing handle part 57 is used together with the pressing force of the pressing spring 53 to move backwards, the pressing part moves forwards under the action of the pressing spring 53 after the pressing force is released, when the pressing handle part 57 is contacted with the main seat tooth position 56 of the main seat, the cap tooth 63 is meshed with the pressing tooth 60 to rotate, so that the pressing tooth-shaped boss 61 is meshed with the main seat tooth position 56 to realize self locking, and the knob display controller 10 is retracted. The pressing part is pushed again, the cap teeth 63 are meshed with the two teeth of the pressing teeth 60 again to rotate, and the pressing part is restored to the original position under the action of the pressure spring 53 even if the knob display controller 10 is extended. Since the knob display controller 10 has a relatively long stroke in the retracting process, when the stroke is short enough to retract, the knob display controller can be restored to the original position under the action of the pressure spring 53, and can be used for controlling the refrigerator. Simple structure, novel in design, reasonable, easy in production, with low costs, the structure that adopts the principle of sliding and rotating makes the performance more stable, and life can be longer.

a first detecting device configured to detect a pressing of a first stroke of the rotating outer ring to acquire first control information; and
