The grid business linkage platform 3 can also be provided with a dispatching center to collect the problems and matters collected by grid personnel to each level of dispatching center, the dispatching center automatically matches the categories of the matters through an algorithm and assists the dispatching center administrator to manually correct the matters, and through the grid business linkage platform 3, the grid personnel only need to enter the matters, the classification and the forwarding of the matters can be identified through the automatic and manual mode of the grid business linkage platform 3, only a small amount of personnel familiar with the whole business process need to manage the matters, and the work difficulty of the grid personnel is greatly reduced.

The urban gridding management platform can comprise 7 user terminal interfaces of a gridder moving end, a gridder web end, a scheduling layer web end, a function layer web end, a leader layer web end, a system management web end and a system operation and maintenance web end according to user terminal interfaces.
The grid member moving end: the mobile terminal mode is used for providing roles such as basic grid operators, grid managers and the like, so that the mobile terminal mode is convenient for processing various works such as visits, patrolling, main body registration, facility registration, event records, event cooperative processing and the like in actual work, and meanwhile, the mobile terminal mode is used for providing quick information inquiry and event item tracking of the responsible grid, and the working efficiency of the basic grid is improved by the convenience of the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal can provide specific functions such as positioning, navigation, photographing and the like by combining with the characteristics of equipment, and is mainly applied to grid information acquisition, registration, change and quick query.
The web end of the network operator: the method provides functions adapting to the work requirements of base layer roles such as grid members, grid managers and the like in a web mode, and is convenient for processing work contents such as a large amount of information input, information arrangement and the like which are inconvenient to finish at a mobile terminal. The PC terminal specific function is provided on the basis of basically covering the general function of the mobile terminal. The PC end meets the requirements of batch processing items and massive information query, and can be used as a main grid working interface of the basic grid.
And a scheduling layer web end: various information inquiry and event processing follow-up of the jurisdiction are provided for the roles of staff of each level of grid coordination center in a web mode, and the main aim is to carry out coordination processing and work transfer of corresponding functional units for miscellaneous and difficult items forwarded by basic level grid staff. The web end of the scheduling layer is a central pivot for event and event circulation, and is convenient for coordinators to quickly initiate cooperative processing events by providing efficient query of event information, main body information, facility equipment information, functional resource information and the like.
Web end of functional layer: and inquiring, managing and coordinating people, events and things in charge of each functional unit worker in a web mode and API (application program interface) docking mode. The web end function of the function layer mainly supports the cooperative processing of the items responsible by the function units, when the coordination center forwards the items through scheduling, event item information needing to be handled is gathered through API docking or manual query provided by the function units, basic information and operation are provided for the function units to handle specific items, and the basic information and operation are fed back to each role such as a grid operator, a grid manager, the coordination center and a leader through the mode of calling the function web or API interface after the items are handled.
Leader web side: the leaders in all levels can be provided with information presentation and report forms of regions, functions and items in charge in a web mode, the leaders can macroscopically know the running data of grids in charge through the web end, can also deeply inquire the processing condition and progress of specific event items through the web end, and can realize the checking, supervision and coordination work in the system according to the specific processing condition.
The system management web side: the system management personnel can configure various parameters of the system through the web end, complete the work of grid division editing, account role editing, role attribution editing and the like, coordinate the operation of all modules in the system and carry out the overall management and configuration of all entities such as people, affairs, things, functions and the like.
The system operation and maintenance web end: the system operation and maintenance personnel are provided with terminals with various configurations, such as system operation state inquiry, system log inquiry, task scheduling management and the like, and the terminals are mainly used by technical personnel so that the technical operation and maintenance personnel can manage the system in operation.
By way of example, to more clearly illustrate embodiments of the present invention, a flow diagram for processing a grid transaction using a metro grid management platform is shown in fig. 3.

The embodiment of the invention integrates the information resources of each functional department by using the data management interactive platform 1, integrates the business process of each functional department by using the functional business management platform 2, and quickly transfers the target management items reported by the grid personnel to a plurality of corresponding target functional departments by using the grid business linkage platform 3, so that each target functional department cooperatively processes the target management items, thereby integrating the business process and the information resources of each functional department, conveniently and quickly transferring the management items collected by the grid personnel to the corresponding plurality of functional departments for cooperative processing, and greatly improving the efficiency of urban grid-based management.

the functional business management platform is used for adding business processes of all functional departments through a preset interface, responding to updating requests of all functional departments and modifying and optimizing the business processes of all functional departments;
the grid business linkage platform is used for determining a plurality of target function departments from all the function departments according to target management items reported by grid personnel, integrating business processes of all the target function departments, distributing the target management items to all the target function departments, and enabling all the target function departments to process the target management items according to the called standard data;
the unified user system platform is used for managing the basic information and the authority information of the user.
2. The urban grid management platform according to claim 1, wherein the data management interaction platform comprises a principal information management system, a facility equipment information system;
the main body information management system is used for acquiring main body information in the urban comprehensive information and carrying out partition classification management on the main body information according to grid areas divided by cities;
the facility equipment information system is used for collecting, counting and analyzing facility equipment information of each functional department and remotely managing the facility equipment of each functional department.

and the functional resource system is used for dividing the service category of each functional department according to the service data required by the service flow of each functional department after adding the service flow of each functional department through a preset interface.

the multi-grid system is used for dividing grid areas for cities from multiple dimensions and establishing multi-stacked city grids;
the space building information system is used for responding to a first service configuration request of each functional department, adding a first predefined service flow aiming at the space building information and providing service for customizing and developing space building information management service for each functional department;
the GIS geographic information system is used for responding to second service configuration requests of all the functional departments, adding a predefined second service flow aiming at GIS geographic information and providing service for customizing and developing GIS geographic information management services for all the functional departments.
