Abstract

Step 4, attaching a tough paint layer, manufacturing a preliminary board, polishing the rubberized yarn material manufactured in the step 3 by using a polisher, cleaning the surface of the rubberized yarn material, baking the rubberized yarn material in an oven for 30 minutes at the temperature of 80 ℃, spraying primer on the rubberized yarn material after baking, spraying the rubberized yarn material and the primer according to the proportion of 1:0.6, uniformly spraying special tough paint, baking the rubberized yarn material in the oven for 180 minutes again after spraying, controlling the temperature at 80 ℃, and cooling the rubberized yarn material after baking to manufacture the preliminary board;

step 3, attaching a glue layer, manufacturing a rubberizing yarn material, attaching a pet film to a base layer, attaching the base layer tightly without bubbles, cutting according to the size after attaching the base layer, placing the base layer attached with the pet film into a mould after cutting, and carrying out high-temperature hot press molding, specifically, placing the base layer attached with the pet film into the mould, preheating for 20s-40s, preheating the pet film to soften, closing the mould, carrying out high-temperature hot press molding, preventing wrinkles in the hot press molding process, controlling the temperature between 150 ℃ plus or minus 5 ℃ in the high-temperature hot press molding process, placing the mould on a cooling table for cooling after 30 minutes, cooling at 40 ℃ plus or minus 5 ℃ for 10 minutes, and taking out the mould to prepare the rubberizing yarn material;
