Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a preheating control method of a water heater.
Referring to fig. 1, the water heater includes a mixing valve 500, a cold water pipeline 300, a hot water pipeline 200, a water return valve 400 and a water heater main body 100, wherein a first inlet of the water return valve 400 is connected to the cold water pipeline 300, a second inlet of the water return valve 400 is connected to the hot water pipeline 200, and when a preheating function of the water heater main body 100 is turned on, water preheated by the water heater main body 100 is controlled to circulate in a loop formed by the hot water pipeline 200, the water return valve 400, the cold water pipeline 300 and the water heater main body 100 for circulation preheating; the water return valve may be implemented by an H-valve, and in other embodiments, other valve bodies that can enable the water in the cold water pipeline 300 to flow into the hot water pipeline 200 may also be implemented.
The water heater main body 100 may be a gas water heater main body with a zero-cold-water function, a dual-purpose wall-mounted boiler, or the like, or may be another gas water heater main body. The water heater main body 100 may further include a built-in water pump and a gas control valve, and the built-in water pump may be disposed in a water flow path in the water heater main body 100, specifically, may be disposed at a water inlet end of the cold water pipe 300. When the water heater main body 100 is turned on in the preheating function, at this time, because the mixing valve 500 is not turned on, the water flowing into the hot water pipeline 200 may flow into the cold water pipeline 300 through the water return valve 400, and the water in the cold water pipeline 300 is pumped back into the water heater main body 100 under the action of the built-in water pump. Therefore, the water preheated by the water heater main body 100 can be controlled to circulate in the loop formed by the hot water pipe 200, the water return valve 400, the cold water pipe 300 and the water heater main body 100 for circulation preheating. Specifically, when the built-in water pump is started, a loop formed by the hot water line 200, the return valve 400, the cold water line 300, and the water heater main body 100 forms a circulation line, the gas control valve is opened, and gas enters the water heater main body 100 to be ignited, thereby heating water in the circulation line. In daily life water, the zero-cold water function of the gas water heater main body 100 is mainly applied to bathing scenes at present, and the experience of a user in bathing is well improved by the function. However, when a user needs to use water for washing vegetables, brushing teeth, washing face and the like, the water using time is shorter than the time of bath and the water using temperature is lower than the temperature of bath, so that the existing zero-cold water bathing function is not suitable for application scenes of washing vegetables, brushing teeth, washing face and the like.
In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a preheating control method for a water heater with a function of washing zero cold water, and referring to fig. 2, the preheating control method for the water heater includes the following steps:
s100, acquiring the time when hot water reaches a water consumption point and a first target temperature;
in this embodiment, the time when the hot water reaches the water consumption point is the zero cold water circulation time of the washing, and in some embodiments, because the heat in the pipeline is partially absorbed by the pipeline and may also thermally radiate the air through the pipe wall, when the water heated first reaches the water mixing valve, a certain temperature drop may exist. When the washing zero cold water circulation time of the water heater main body is calculated, the circulation preheating time of the water heater main body can be corrected according to the preset circulation compensation time, so that the comfort of water use can be further improved. Specifically, the sum of the time for the hot water to reach the water consumption point (the time for the heated water flow to pass through the hot water pipeline) and the preset circulation compensation time can be used as the washing zero cold water circulation time of the water heater. The zero-cold-water circulation time of the washing can be realized by the standard that hot water can be obtained from a shower head when a user opens a water mixing valve at a water using end. That is, when the preheating function of the water heater is started, if the preheating time of the water heater is shorter than the zero cold water circulation time of the washing, when a user opens the water mixing valve at the water using end, the water at the water tap is still cold water; if the preheating time of the water heater is longer than the zero cold water circulation time of the washing, redundant water enters the cold water pipeline. The first target temperature is set corresponding to a zero-cold-water washing function, and the temperature suitable for a human body is usually 30-37 ℃ when the face is washed due to the consideration of health and comfort; the proper water temperature is about 35 ℃ when brushing teeth; the temperature that is suitable for the human body is 30 ~ 37 ℃ warm water when washing vegetables, and the water heater provides suitable warm water for the user, can improve human travelling comfort, does not freeze the hand and can not scald vegetables, fruit etc.. It can be understood that, in the process of hot water flowing from the water outlet of the water heater to the mixing valve through the hot water pipeline, the hot water pipeline may absorb part of the heat, or the temperature drop is further increased due to the difference between the temperature of the hot water pipeline and the ambient temperature, so that the temperature of the mixing valve is lower than that of the water outlet of the water heater. In order to compensate for the water temperature of the hot water pipeline, the first target temperature of the present embodiment may be set according to the length of the hot water pipeline, the ambient temperature, and the like, and specifically may be set to 40 ℃. For example, the temperature can be set to 40-42 ℃ in winter and 38-39 ℃ in summer. When the hot water pipeline is long, the temperature can be set to be 40-42 ℃, and when the hot water pipeline is short, the temperature can be set to be 38-39 ℃. In practical application, the adaptive adjustment can be performed according to the ambient temperature, the length and the material of the hot water pipeline, and the like, and the adjustment is not limited here. For the water heater, there are multiple functions, such as bathing zero-cold water, starting the zero-cold water function by one key, and the zero-cold water washing function proposed in this embodiment, the preheating time and the target temperature corresponding to each function are different, so when receiving a zero-cold water function start instruction sent by setting a preheating function key, a remote controller, and the like, the first target temperature is obtained according to the difference of the instruction, and the time when the hot water corresponding to the zero-cold water washing function reaches the water consumption point and the first target temperature need to be obtained first.
S200, determining first preheating time according to the acquired time of the hot water reaching a water consumption point and a first target temperature, and controlling a water heater main body to circularly preheat the first preheating time;
according to the difference of environment, waterway and the like of a user home in the using process, the required circulating preheating time is different. If the preheating time is too short, the waiting time of the user is increased; if the preheating time is long or the return water reaches a set value to finish preheating, redundant preheated hot water enters a circulating pipeline, and hot water is wasted. Therefore, in this embodiment, after it is determined that the user needs to start the zero-cold-water washing function, according to the acquired time for the hot water to reach the water consumption point and the first target temperature, the first preheating time for the water heater main body to perform the circulating preheating when the zero-cold-water washing function is realized can be determined. At the moment, the water mixing valve is not opened, water stored in the hot water pipeline can flow into the cold water pipeline through the water return valve, and the water stored in the cold water pipeline and the water stored in the hot water pipeline are all pumped back to the water heater main body under the action of the built-in water pump, so that the zero-cold-water functional cycle of washing is carried out. The first preheating time can ensure that when a hot water switch is turned on by a user, cold water in a hot water pipeline and a cold water pipeline is completely pumped, heated hot water is in the hot water pipeline, and the heated hot water cannot flow back to the cold water pipeline through a return water valve, so that the user can use the hot water in the fastest time, and zero cold water discharge during washing is realized. The hot water can be used without discharging cold water in a hot water pipeline in the prior art, and hot water can be filled in the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline in a full-pipe section due to the fact that the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline are full of hot water in the existing zero-cold-water function, and hot water can just reach a water using point due to the washing zero-cold-water function. In the water heater main part that is connected with the return water valve between cold water pipeline and hot water pipeline, can avoid the user when opening muddy water valve and open cold water, what the water consumption point flows is hot water, can't satisfy user's demand. And, after confirming first preheating time, can confirm the time that hot water just arrived the water consumption point, can carry out preheating control to the water heater main part according to first preheating time convenient and fast ground for the leaving water temperature of mixing the water valve can satisfy user's demand, thereby reduces the time of preheating the wait, can also avoid hydrothermal waste, is favorable to improving user experience.
And step S300, starting timing when the user starts to use water, adjusting the first target temperature to a second preset temperature after timing a second preset time, and controlling the water heater main body to heat at the second target temperature.
In this embodiment, whether the user uses water or not may be determined according to the flow rate in the hot water pipeline, for example, a water flow rate sensor may be provided in the hot water pipeline to detect the flow rate of water flowing through the hot water pipeline. After determining that the user starts to use water based on the flow of water through the hot water line, a timer may be started. When a user uses certain hot water, namely the hot water flows through the hot water pipeline from the water heater main body and is discharged for a certain time through the water mixing valve, the loss of heat absorbed by the hot water pipeline is smaller and smaller, and the water temperature of the water mixing valve is basically consistent with the water temperature of the water outlet of the water heater main body. At this time, the heating temperature of the water heater main body can be adjusted from the first target temperature to the second target temperature. The second target temperature may be set to 35 ℃, the second preset time may be set according to the length, diameter, material, and the like of the hot water pipeline, and this embodiment may be set to 20 s.
According to the preheating control method of the water heater, when a washing zero cold water function starting instruction is received, the time when hot water reaches a water consumption point and a first target temperature are obtained; determining first preheating time according to the acquired time of the hot water reaching the water consumption point and the first target temperature so as to control the water heater main body to circularly preheat the first preheating time; and starting timing when the user starts to use water, adjusting the first target temperature to a second preset temperature after timing for a second preset time, and controlling the water heater main body to heat at the second target temperature. The invention can be used for the scenes that hot water is used for a short time (hands are not frozen) and the temperature fluctuation is small, such as: the water and gas can be saved by washing face, tooth and vegetable. In addition, the circulating preheating can be carried out when the hot water reaches the water using point, so that a small amount of hot water enters even a cold water pipe connected with the water return valve, and the problem that the cold water is boiled by the water using point and flows out is effectively solved.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, after the step S200 of controlling the water heater main body to heat for the first preheating time according to the acquired time when the hot water reaches the water consumption point and the first target temperature, the preheating control method of the water heater further includes:
and S400, after the water heater main body is controlled to circularly preheat for the first preheating time and when the water heater main body is detected not to be started by a user, controlling the water heater main body to circularly preheat for the third preset time.
It can be understood that, after the user needs to use hot water and starts the zero cold water function of washing, the first preheating time of the circulating preheating is needed to be carried out when the water heater main body realizes the zero cold water function of washing according to the acquired time of the hot water reaching the water using point and the first target temperature, and after the water heater main body is heated for the first preheating time, the hot water in the hot water pipeline meets the use requirement of the user, and the user can open the water mixing valve to use the hot water. If the user does not reach the water consumption point of the water heater main body or does not open the water mixing valve for using hot water for other reasons, that is, the hot water in the water heater main body reaches the water consumption point, and the user does not timely boil water, the hot water can enter the cold water pipeline, so that the hot water is discharged when the user uses cold water. Meanwhile, in order to avoid that the user needs to use hot water after a certain time from the first preheating time, the embodiment controls the water heater main body to circulate and preheat hot water in a circulation pipeline formed by a loop consisting of the hot water pipeline, the water return valve, the cold water pipeline and the water heater main body for a third preset time. The third preset time can be set to 30s, the time can ensure that hot water in the water heater main body does not enter a cold water pipeline after zero cold water circulation of washing is achieved, and the water temperature can be maintained at the first target temperature, so that the user can meet the requirements of the user when the water mixing valve is opened to use hot water in a short time.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, after the step S400 of controlling the water heater main body to circularly preheat for the first preheating time and detecting that the user does not start water consumption, the preheating control method of the water heater further includes:
and S500, starting timing after the third preset time is finished by controlling the water heater main body to circularly preheat, and controlling the water heater main body to stop working when the fourth preset time is reached and the water heater main body is not started by a user.
In this embodiment, after the second cycle is completed, that is, after the water heater main body is controlled to cyclically preheat for the third preset time, if it is detected that the user still does not start the water mixing valve, it indicates that the user may not start the water mixing valve in a short time.
Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment, the step S400 of obtaining the time when the hot water reaches the water consumption point and the first target temperature when the zero-cold-water-function-on instruction of washing is received specifically includes:
step S410, detecting the return water temperature of the water inlet end of the water heater main body in real time when the water heater main body starts the preheating function of the water heater main body for the first time, and storing the return water temperature detected for the first time as the initial return water temperature;
in this embodiment, a temperature sensor may be disposed at the water inlet end of the water heater main body to detect the temperature of water flowing into the water heater main body, that is, the temperature of return water at the water inlet end of the water heater main body. In some embodiments, the water heater main body is connected with the cold water pipeline through the water inlet end, and the time when the heated water reaches the water inlet end of the water heater main body can be further determined by detecting the return water temperature of the water inlet end of the water heater main body.
Step S420, when the difference value between the current return water temperature and the initial return water temperature of the water inlet end reaches a preset difference value, controlling the water heater main body to stop preheating, and obtaining the time length for heating the water heater main body to enable the initial return water temperature of the water inlet end to reach the current return water temperature as the first preheating time of the water heater;
in this embodiment, the return water temperature of the water inlet end is gradually increased after circulation is performed among the circulation pipelines formed by the hot water pipeline, the return water valve, the cold water pipeline and the water heater main body, and the return water temperature of the water inlet end is detected in real time, when the difference between the detected current return water temperature (the increased return water temperature) and the initial temperature is calculated and is greater than a preset difference, for example, when the return water temperature is increased by 2 ℃ than the initial temperature, it is determined that the heated water reaches the water inlet end of the water heater main body, and the water heater main body can be controlled to stop preheating, and the time from the first opening of the water heater main body to the stopping preheating of the water heater main body, that is, the first preheating time of the water heater is obtained.
Before beginning timing, can also work through controlling built-in water pump, with under the effect of built-in water pump, take back the water in the cold water pipeline to water heater main part body, so set up and can prevent to have the air in hot water pipeline or cold water pipeline, and when leading to the water heater main part to preheat the water in the circulating line, the condition of dry combustion method appears owing to there being the air, and lead to easily leading to the temperature detection to the water inlet to appear the erroneous judgement, and make the water heater main part heating that obtains make the time of the initial return water temperature of end of intaking reach current return water temperature inaccurate and make the time of preheating time for the first time appear the error.
And step S430, determining the time of the hot water reaching the water consumption point according to the first preheating time.
In this embodiment, the first preheating time may include the time elapsed by the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline of the heated water flow, and therefore, the time elapsed by the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline of the heated water flow may be obtained according to the lengths of the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline. It can be understood that, because the temperature of the water heated first is reduced in the pipeline, when the time (washing zero cold water function cycle time) of the hot water reaching the water consumption point of the water heater main body is calculated, the washing zero cold water function cycle time of the water heater main body can be corrected according to the preset cycle compensation time, so that the comfort of water consumption can be further improved. The sum of the time of the heated water flow passing through the hot water pipeline and the preset circulation compensation time can be used as the washing zero cold water function circulation time of the water heater main body. In this embodiment, after the washing zero cold water function cycle time is obtained through calculation, the washing zero cold water function cycle time may be stored in the memory, and when the user needs to start the washing zero cold water function, the washing zero cold water function cycle time may be directly read from the memory.
Referring to fig. 6, in an embodiment, the step of calculating and obtaining the time of the hot water reaching the water consumption point according to the first preheating time specifically includes:
step S431, acquiring the lengths of the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline;
in this embodiment, the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline may be obtained by inputting the actual measurement result of the user into the processor through the terminal, the remote controller, and the user input circuit (such as a key and a touch screen) disposed on the water heater main body casing, so as to obtain the lengths of the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline. Or the lengths of the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline can be obtained according to the timed time by timing the time from the time when water with unit flow rate and unit water flow enters the water inlet of the water heater main body to the time when the water enters the water inlet again through the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline.
Step S432, calculating the time when the hot water reaches the water consumption point according to the obtained lengths of the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline and the first preheating time of the water heater by using a first preset formula:
the time T of the hot water reaching the water consumption point is the first preheating time T of the water heater, and the length Li of the hot water pipeline/the total length L of the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline.
In this embodiment, the first preheating time may include the time elapsed by the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline of the heated water flow, and therefore, the time elapsed by the hot water pipeline of the heated water flow, that is, the time t when the hot water reaches the water consumption point, may be obtained according to the lengths of the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline. In order to test the influence of temperature change of inlet water (constant temperature and constant pressure water) on the arrival time of hot water and the temperature of outlet water of a water consumption point, tests for testing different water consumption points are performed, as shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 shows the test results of hot water heated when water flow is 7L/min and the water consumption point is 10m and the inlet water temperature is different, as shown in fig. 9, fig. 9 shows the test results of hot water heated when the water flow is 7L/min and the water consumption point is 20m and the inlet water temperature is different. According to the test results, under the condition of a certain water flow, the time for a far water consumption point to reach the preset temperature is shorter than the time for a near water consumption point to reach the preset temperature at the same temperature. The time from the current temperature having a small difference from the preset temperature to the preset temperature and the time from the current temperature having a large difference from the preset temperature to the preset temperature at the same water consumption point are short. From theoretical and experimental data: the single circulation time of the hot water is irrelevant to the water flow and the length of the pipe section and the lift of the water pump, so that the time spent by the heated water flow overheating water pipeline can be obtained according to the lengths of the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline under the condition that the lift of the water pump is not changed. The invention is beneficial to shortening the waiting time of a user when needing water by accurately calculating the time of hot water reaching the water consumption point, saves water and gas, and saves resources and the use cost of the user.
In an embodiment, the step of calculating and obtaining the time of the hot water reaching the water consumption point according to the first preheating time specifically includes:
and the time T of the hot water reaching the water consumption point is equal to the first preheating time T/2 of the water heater.
It can be understood that the lengths of the hot water pipeline and the cold water pipeline are basically consistent, and under the condition that the cold water pipeline and the hot water pipeline cannot be known, the time spent by the hot water pipeline of the heated water flow can be set to be half of the first preheating time, namely T/2. The sum of the time that the heated water flow passes through the hot water pipeline and the preset circulation compensation time can be used as the circulation preheating time of the water heater main body, and the circulation compensation time can be determined according to the use season of the water heater main body, the ambient temperature, the pipeline length and the like, and is not limited here. In this embodiment, can obtain the duration that rivers flow through hot water pipeline, cold water pipeline through judging velocity of water flow, water pressure, temperature etc.. It should be noted that, for different users, the room layout and area may be different, so if the determination is made according to the preset time, when the hot water route is short, the hot water is heated too much, which causes repeated heating after hot water circulation and wastes energy; when the hot water route is long, it is not always guaranteed that the hot water reaches the farthest end of the hot water pipeline 200. In this embodiment, through obtaining water flow and flowing through hot water pipeline, long time of cold water pipeline, rational configuration hot water reachs the time t of water consumption point again, just can guarantee to make and fill hot water in the hot water pipeline fully, and in the cold water pipeline 300 still during cold water, just can use hot water, only make to fill hot water in the hot water pipeline promptly, the heating time is short, so when realizing zero cold water, can also guarantee that the user uses hot water in the fastest time, and not wait for the heating pipeline, the hot water pipeline, cold water pipeline and the remaining cold water of inlet line all heat the back, just can supply the user to use, heating efficiency promotes greatly.
In an embodiment, the step of obtaining the time when the hot water reaches the water consumption point and the first target temperature when the zero-cold-water-function-opening instruction for washing is received further includes:
and receiving a preheating setting instruction of a user, and setting the time of the hot water reaching the water consumption point according to the setting instruction of the user.
In this embodiment, the user can also set the time t when the hot water reaches the water consumption point by himself, that is, the time when the hot water reaches the water consumption point is customized according to the user requirement, for example, when the user needs to use water after setting the preset time, the hot water can be controlled to be circularly preheated at the target temperature according to the preset preheating time set by the user. In some embodiments, the user can also be at the terminal, the remote controller, or set up the button on water heater main part casing, a key such as touch-sensitive screen sets up zero cold water function opening instruction of washing one's face and rinsing one's mouth (wherein, can include preheating time, target temperature etc.), when making the user reach the water consumption point, hot water also reaches the water consumption point, can convenient and fast ground preheat control to the water heater main part according to the preheating time that the user set up, guarantee that the play water temperature of muddy water valve can satisfy user's demand, thereby reduce the time of preheating the wait, can also avoid hydrothermal waste, be favorable to improving user experience.
