the oil outlet of the one-way valve is also connected with a safety valve, and an oil return port of the safety valve is connected with the oil tank; a balance valve is arranged on a connecting pipeline of the first multi-way reversing valve and the rodless cavity of the first hydraulic cylinder, and a hydraulic control end of the balance valve is connected to a connecting pipeline of the first multi-way reversing valve and the rod cavity of the first hydraulic cylinder.
