The novel waterproof, antibacterial and antistatic filter material for the melt-blown fabric and the preparation method of the novel waterproof, antibacterial and antistatic filter material for the melt-blown fabric are disclosed in embodiment 1 or 3, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
firstly, carrying out a spunlace process on polyester microfiber and nylon sheet 6 by using a spunlace machine to prepare a spunlace non-woven fabric with a uniform cloth net width of 155 cm;
and secondly, carrying out double-side sanding on the spunlace non-woven fabric by using a sanding process of a sanding machine, and uniformly covering the surface of the sanded nonwoven fabric by using the sanding process of the sanding machine.
Thirdly, the sanded spunlace non-woven fabric is subjected to an alkali amount process by using an alkali amount device to reduce the weight of the grey cloth to 35-38 square grams, and is drawn to a width of 105CM by a tenter to ensure that the cloth surface has no gap as much as possible.
And fourthly, adding the leguminous agent, the waterproof agent and the electrostatic enhancer into the weight-reduced spunlace non-woven fabric, and uniformly spraying and distributing the added solvent on the weight-reduced spunlace non-woven fabric.
And fifthly, drying and shaping the non-woven fabric added with the agent through a dryer.
And sixthly, leveling and pressing the cloth surface of the shaped spunlace non-woven fabric by using a 100-ton press, and finally forming a finished product into the novel waterproof, antibacterial and antistatic melt-blown fabric-imitated filter material.
Example 5
The novel waterproof, antibacterial and antistatic filter material for the melt-blown fabric and the preparation method of the novel waterproof, antibacterial and antistatic filter material for the melt-blown fabric are provided in embodiment 2 or 3, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
firstly, carrying out a spunlace process on polyester microfiber and nylon sheet 6 by using a spunlace machine to prepare a spunlace non-woven fabric with a uniform cloth net width of 155 cm;
and secondly, carrying out double-side sanding on the spunlace non-woven fabric by using a sanding process of a sanding machine, and uniformly covering the surface of the sanded nonwoven fabric by using the sanding process of the sanding machine.
Thirdly, the sanded spunlace non-woven fabric is subjected to an alkali amount process by using an alkali amount device to reduce the weight of the grey cloth to 35-38 square grams, and is drawn to a width of 105CM by a tenter to ensure that the cloth surface has no gap as much as possible.

in the tentering process, spunlace non-woven cloth is stretched to a width of 105CM through a tentering machine to ensure that no gap exists on the cloth surface as much as possible;
the agent adding process adds the fungicide, the waterproof agent and the electrostatic enhancer through agent adding equipment, so that the spunlace non-woven fabric has special performance;
if the spunlace non-woven fabric added with the agent is not uniform enough, the spunlace non-woven fabric is uniform by adding the water-based environment-friendly PV;
drying and shaping through drying machine non-woven fabrics;
and flattening the non-woven fabric by using a press machine through flattening pressure.
