The medical early warning system provided by the following embodiments of the invention can automatically judge the vital sign information of a user to send out an early warning by providing the medical early warning device, thereby shortening the time of treatment response. In addition, the data transmission with high transmission speed and low delay can be realized by using the 5G mobile network to transmit the early warning information, so that the safety of a user and the timeliness of treatment under emergency are further ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a medical early warning system, which includes a medical early warning apparatus 11, a cloud server 12, and a user terminal 13. The medical warning device 11 is, for example, a portable device with a small shape, which can be carried by a user and can warn in real time. The medical warning device 11 is used for analyzing and sending out warning information according to the acquired vital sign information of the user, for example. The cloud server 12 is connected to and communicates with the medical warning apparatus 11, for example, via a network. The user terminal 13 is connected to and communicates with the cloud server 12, for example, via a network. The cloud server 12 is, for example, a commercial server, and is equipped with two network cards, one network card receives data transmitted by the medical early warning device 11, and performs bidirectional communication with the medical early warning device 11, and performs backup storage on the data. The other network card is set as a fixed external network IP address and pushes the warning information to the user terminal 13. The cloud server 12 receives the warning information from the medical warning device 11, for example, and then sends the warning information to the user terminal 13 so that the user of the user terminal can perform medical rescue scheduling or other processing after receiving the warning information.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the medical warning apparatus 11 includes, for example, an information acquisition module 111, an information processing module 112, and an information transmission module 113. The information obtaining module 111 is electrically connected to the information processing module 112, for example, and is configured to obtain vital sign information of the user. The information transmission module 113 is electrically connected to the information processing module 112, for example. The information processing module 112 is used for processing the vital sign information acquired from the information acquisition module 111 to obtain a processing result, and generating the warning information according to the processing result, for example. The information sending module 113 is used for sending the warning information from the information processing module 112.
Above-mentioned technical scheme is through providing a medical early warning device, can judge in order to send the early warning to user's vital sign information by oneself to can shorten the time of treatment response.
Further, the information sending module 113 is, for example, a WIFI (Wireless Fidelity) module, which provides a radio wave transmission method. The WIFI module can transmit the warning information acquired from the information acquisition module 111 to the cloud server 12 through radio waves.
Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, the information sending module 113 is, for example, a 5G mobile communication module (not shown in the figure). The 5G mobile communication module is connected to the cloud server 12 through a 5G mobile network, for example, that is, the cloud server 12 and the medical early warning device 11 are in communication through the 5G mobile network, for example. 5G, fifth Generation Mobile Communication Technology (5G), which has the characteristics of high speed, low latency, etc. It is understood that the cloud server 11 is also in communication with the user terminal 13 through a 5G mobile network, for example. According to the technical scheme, the 5G mobile network is utilized to transmit the early warning information, so that the data transmission with high transmission speed and low delay can be realized, and the safety of a user and the timeliness of treatment under emergency can be further ensured.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the information acquisition module 111 includes, for example, an acceleration information acquisition unit 1111 and an angular velocity information acquisition unit 1112. The vital sign information of the user comprises motion acceleration information and motion angular velocity information when the user moves. The information processing module 112 can process the motion acceleration information and the motion angular velocity information after acquiring them, for example, to determine whether the user is in an abnormal motion state such as falling down or being collided, so as to generate and send out early warning information. Specifically, the acceleration information obtaining unit 1111 uses, for example, an existing acceleration collecting device, such as an acceleration sensor, for collecting the acceleration of the medical early warning device 11 when the user wears the medical early warning device 11, so as to obtain the motion acceleration information of the wearing user. Angular velocity information acquisition unit 1112 employs, for example, an existing angular velocity information acquisition apparatus for acquiring an angular velocity of medical warning device 11 when the user wears medical warning device 11, thereby acquiring exercise angular velocity information of the wearing user. The information processing module 112 stores motion information, i.e., motion acceleration information and motion angular velocity information, of the user during normal walking and life. When the user wears the medical warning device, the angular velocity information acquisition unit 1112 and the acceleration information acquisition unit 1111 may acquire the acceleration and the angular velocity when the user wears the medical warning device 11. When the user is impacted or falls down, the information acquisition module 111 can acquire the motion acceleration information and the motion angular velocity information at the moment, and then sends the information to the information processing module, so that the information processing module can find that the data is abnormal by comparing the information with the information of the user in normal walking or life, and can generate early warning information and send the early warning information to the cloud server 12 through the information sending module 113, and accordingly the user terminal can send out early warning.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the cloud server 12 is connected to the cloud user terminal 13, for example, through a 5G mobile network. The cloud server 12 sends an alert message to the cloud server 13. The user terminal 3 is, for example, a medical aid platform 131 and/or an intelligent mobile terminal 132. The medical aid platform 131 is, for example, a portal site of each local hospital, and the user thereof is, for example, a medical staff. The medical assistance platform 131 is used for medical staff to acquire the early warning information from the cloud server 12 so as to perform subsequent processing on the user according to the early warning information. Specifically, after the cloud server 13 sends out the early warning information, the medical staff in the hospital can quickly and timely obtain the early warning information through the portal website, so that the medical staff can be arranged to perform timely treatment. Further, the smart mobile terminal 132 is, for example, a smart band, a smart phone or other terminal device, which is, for example, the above-mentioned smart device of the relatives, friends or local medical staff of the user served by the medical early warning system. The smart mobile terminal 132 is used to obtain the warning information from the cloud server 12 for the user to know the physical condition of the user of the medical warning device. Therefore, after the personnel acquire the early warning information, the personnel can call 120 or take other emergency measures in time, so that the life safety of the user is ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, the medical warning system further includes, for example, a medical detection device 14. As shown in fig. 5, the information acquisition module 111 further includes, for example, a bluetooth unit 1113. The bluetooth unit 1113 is connected to the information processing module 112, for example, via a lan or other wireless means. The information acquisition module 11 is connected to the medical examination device 14, for example, via the bluetooth unit 1113. Specifically, the medical detection device 14 is, for example, a temperature patch, a blood oxygen detector, a blood glucose meter, a blood pressure watch, a doppler fetal heart rate meter, an electrocardiograph, and other common medical detection devices in the market, but the invention is not limited thereto. The bluetooth unit 1113 may acquire the vital sign information detected by the medical detection device 14 through wireless communication or the like, for example. By way of example, vital sign information obtained by the medical detection device 14, for example, includes: blood pressure information, blood sugar information, electrocardiogram information, body temperature information or other vital sign information, which should not be construed as a limitation of the present invention. According to the technical scheme, the Bluetooth unit is adopted to acquire the vital sign information by using the medical detection equipment, so that the number of sensors for acquiring the vital sign information in the information acquisition module 111 arranged in the medical early warning device 11 can be reduced, and the structural complexity of the medical early warning device and the production cost of the whole set of medical detection equipment are reduced.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the information processing module 112 includes, for example, a processing chip 1121 and a memory 1122 connected to the processing chip. Specifically, the processing chip 1121 is, for example, a microcontroller, an embedded processor, a single chip, or other processing chips capable of implementing information processing. The memory 1122 is, for example, a non-volatile memory, which can store vital sign information thresholds. Specifically, the vital sign information threshold includes an upper limit value when the vital sign information is normal, a lower limit value when the vital sign information is normal, and a fluctuation range when the vital sign information is normal. For example, the vital sign information mentioned above is, for example, the motion information mentioned in the foregoing embodiments, that is, the acceleration information and the angular velocity information, or the blood pressure information, the blood glucose information, the electrocardiogram information, or others, and the invention is not limited thereto. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the processing chip 1121 can access and obtain the vital sign information threshold stored in the memory 1122, for example. And then the processing chip can compare the vital sign data from the information acquisition module 111 with the normal range stored in the information acquisition module, and then judge to obtain a processing result. For example, when the data of the vital sign information is lower than the lowest value of the item in the threshold or higher than the lowest value of the item in the threshold, that is, is not in the fluctuation range when the vital sign information is normal, the information processing module 112 may obtain a processing result that the vital sign information of the user is abnormal at this time. At this time, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5, the information processing module 112 generates the warning information, transmits the warning information to the cloud server 12 through the information sending module 113, and finally transmits the warning information to the server 13 for warning. Taking electrocardiographic information as an example, the electrocardiographic information includes, for example, ventricular rate information, ventricular rate duration information of atrial fibrillation, and electrocardiographic information. As shown in fig. 4, the memory 1122 stores ventricular rate thresholds of 35 beats/minute and 180 beats/minute, respectively, and the normal ventricular rate ranges from 35 beats/minute to 180 beats/minute. The ventricular rate duration information threshold for atrial fibrillation is 110 beats/minute with a normal range of less than or equal to 110 beats/minute. And a normal electrocardiogram model. Therefore, as shown in fig. 5, when the cardiac electrical information transmitted from the information obtaining module 111 to the information processing module 112 has a ventricular rate of less than 35 minutes/time or more than-180 times/time, it will generate the early warning information, specifically, the ventricular rate early warning information, to the user terminal, so that the medical practitioner or other people at the user terminal can make a corresponding treatment plan for the early warning information. Similarly, when the ventricular rate of atrial fibrillation is continuously out of the normal range, the corresponding early warning information can be generated so that the user of the user terminal can know the life condition of the owner of the medical early warning device.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the medical pre-warning apparatus 11 further includes a positioning module 115, for example. Specifically, the positioning module 115 is connected to the information processing module 112, for example. The positioning module 115 is used to send the position information of the medical early warning device 11 to the information processing module 112, for example, that the information processing module 112 can obtain the position where the user is located, i.e., the user position information in real time. Therefore, when the information processing module 112 is further configured to associate the location information with the warning information and output the warning information to the information sending module 113, the user terminal can locate the location of the user at the first time. More specifically, the Positioning module 115 mentioned above employs, for example, an existing mature Positioning navigation System, such as a Global Positioning System (GPS) or a beidou satellite navigation System. It is understood, of course, that the positioning module used herein may also employ other positioning and navigation systems, and the invention is not limited thereto.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the medical warning device 11 further includes a call for help button 114, for example. The distress call button 114 is provided, for example, on the housing of the medical warning device 11, and is, for example, a square convex or concave button. Of course, the shape of the distress button 114 is not limited thereto. The call for help button is electrically connected to the information processing module 112, for example. Specifically, the distress button 114 is, for example, a gravity sensor, a pressure sensor, or other sensors capable of receiving a press and sending a signal to the information processing module 112. When the user feels inappropriate, the user can select to press the call-for-help button, so that the information acquisition module 112 can acquire the information transmitted by the call-for-help button 114 to generate the early warning information and transmit the early warning information to the cloud server 12 through the information transmission module 113, and finally the cloud server 12 directly transmits the early warning information to the user terminal 13 to realize the early warning function, and the user of the user terminal 13 feels whether to implement rescue or other rescue measures according to the acquired early warning information.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the medical pre-warning device 11 further includes an alert module 116, for example. The alarm module 116 is electrically connected to the information processing module 112, for example. Specifically, the alarm module 116 includes, for example, a grower or other device that generates an alarm sound upon receiving a signal. When the information processing module 112 sends out the warning information, it can also return a signal to the warning module 116, so as to control the opening of the warning module 116, so that the warning module 116 sends out a booming sound or other warning sounds for reminding, so that the surrounding neighbors or passersby of the user can be reminded to rescue the user or provide other rescue activities, and the user of the user terminal can be scheduled with the medical service time, thereby further maintaining the life safety of the user.
It is understood that the medical early warning device 11 further includes other modules such as a power module for supporting normal operation, and the details are not described herein.
In summary, the above embodiments of the present invention provide a medical early warning device, which can automatically determine the vital sign information of a user to issue an early warning, so as to shorten the time for a treatment response. In addition, the data transmission with high transmission speed and low delay can be realized by using the 5G mobile network to transmit the early warning information, so that the safety of a user and the timeliness of treatment under emergency are further ensured.
In addition, it should be understood that the foregoing embodiments are merely exemplary illustrations of the present invention, and the technical solutions of the embodiments can be arbitrarily combined and collocated without conflict between technical features and structural contradictions, which do not violate the purpose of the present invention.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
