[ detailed description ] of the invention
The following examples are further illustrative and supplementary of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention in any way.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the buckle device of the present invention includes a pin 10 and a box 20.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the pin 10 and the box 20 may be locked together and separated from each other. The pin 10 and the box 20 are respectively provided with joint surfaces, and when the pin 10 and the box 20 are connected together in a locking manner, the joint surfaces are mutually jointed. The joint surface of the pin 10 is referred to as a pin joint surface 11, and the joint surface of the box 20 is referred to as a box joint surface 21.
As shown in fig. 1, the pin 10 is provided with a tongue 12 protruding from a pin joint surface 11. The structure of the bolt 12 can be referred to in the prior art. The locking tongue 12 is generally rigidly formed on the pin engaging surface 11 for mating with the box 20 to provide a locking connection.
As shown in fig. 2, the female buckle 20 is provided with a lock hole 22 recessed in a female buckle engagement surface 21. The locking aperture 22 may receive the locking bolt 12. A locking part 26 for locking the lock tongue 12 is arranged in the lock hole 22, and an unlocking piece 23 for actuating the locking part 26 to unlock is arranged on the female buckle 20. The latch 26 is configured to be positioned within the lock hole 22 and to be positionally changeable upon actuation of the unlocking member 23, as known in the art.
As shown in fig. 3, when the lock tongue 12 is inserted into the lock hole 22 along the locking direction, the locking portion 26 may lock the lock tongue 12, so that the lock tongue 12 cannot withdraw from the lock hole 22, thereby realizing the locking connection between the pin 10 and the box 20.
When the unlocking piece 23 is operated to brake the locking part 26, the locking part 26 is withdrawn from the lock hole 22, and the lock tongue 12 can be withdrawn from the lock hole 22, so that the unlocking of the pin 10 and the box 20 can be realized.
The structure of the locking portion 26 is not limited, and it is only necessary to lock the lock tongue 12.
The operation manner of the unlocking member 23 is not limited in this embodiment, for example, when the unlocking member 23 is operated to actuate the latch 26, the unlocking member 23 may be unlocked by being pushed in both directions (as shown in fig. 1), or may be unlocked by being pulled out (not shown), or may be unlocked by being rotated (not shown).
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the unlocking member 23 is at least partially exposed out of the female buckle 20, so as to facilitate the operation of the user. The portion of the unlocking portion exposed to the outside of the female buckle 20 is referred to as an operation portion 231. The shape of the operation part 231 is not limited, and it is preferable to facilitate the operation.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to facilitate the separation of the pin 10 and the box 20 when the pin 10 and the box 20 are unlocked, particularly, when an attractive magnet is provided between the pin 10 and the box 20, the pin 10 and the box 20 are assisted to be separated in order to reduce the opening force, and a guide separation portion 13 protruding from the pin engagement surface 11 is provided on the pin 10. The guide separating portion 13 is rigidly formed on the pin engaging surface 11.
The guide separating portion 13 is used for separating the pin engaging surface 11 from the box engaging surface 21 to assist in separating the pin 10 from the box 20 in the process of operating the unlocking piece 23 to actuate the latch portion 26 for unlocking. Normally, when the pin 10 and the box 20 are locked together, the pin engaging surface 11 and the box engaging surface 21 are attached together or separated by a small distance (as shown in fig. 4), and the guiding separation portion 13 can increase the distance between the pin engaging surface 11 and the box engaging surface 21 (as shown in fig. 5) during the unlocking operation, so as to facilitate the separation of the pin 10 from the box 20 and assist the separation of the pin 10 and the box 20. Thus, when the attracted magnets are arranged between the pin 10 and the box 20, the magnetic attraction between the pin 10 and the box 20 can be reduced by spacing the pin joint surface 11 from the box joint surface 21 by the guide separating part 13, so that the opening force of a user is reduced, the unlocking by the user with smaller acting force is facilitated, and the separation of the pin 10 and the box 20 is facilitated when the user is actually used. The guiding and separating portion 13 can also facilitate the separation of the pin 10 and the box 20 when no attractive magnet is provided between the pin 10 and the box 20.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the guide separating portion 13 can increase the distance between the pin engaging surface 11 and the box engaging surface 21 according to the degree of movement of the unlocking member 23, thereby performing the guide separating function to separate the pin 10 and the box 20.
As shown in fig. 1, 6, 7, and 8, the guide separating portion 13 is provided with a guide surface 131 for guiding and separating. The guide surface 131 has a start end 1311 and an end 1312. The start end 1311 of the guide surface 131 is a start end position at which the guide separation portion 13 performs a guide function. The tip 1312 of the guide surface 131 is a tip position for guiding the separation portion 13.
As shown in fig. 1, 6, 7 and 8, the start end 1311 and the end 1312 of the guide surface 131 are respectively distributed along the unlocking direction of the unlocking member 23, and the distance between the start end 1311 and the pin joint surface 11 is smaller than the distance between the end 1312 and the pin joint surface 11.
During the unlocking process of operating the unlocking member 23, the unlocking member 23 may move along the start end 1311 of the guide surface 131 to the position of the end 1312. Normally, when the unlocking piece 23 moves in the box 20, the distance between the unlocking piece 23 and the box engaging surface 21 in the locking direction is unchanged, and the position is changed in a direction different from the locking direction. Therefore, when the unlocking piece 23 moves to the position of the end 1312 of the guide separating portion 13 (as shown in fig. 4 to 5), the distance between the unlocking piece 23 and the pin engaging surface 11 in the locking direction is greater than the corresponding distance when it is at the position of the start end 1311. Therefore, the distance between the pin engagement surface 21 and the pin engagement surface 11 increases as the unlocking piece 23 moves to the end 1312 of the guide separating portion 13, compared to before unlocking, so that the pin 10 and the box 20 can be separated from each other to assist the separation of the pin 10 and the box 20.
In this embodiment, when the unlocking piece 23 moves to the position of the start end 1311 of the guide separating portion 13, the pin engaging surface 11 and the box engaging surface 21 remain in the locked state, i.e., are abutted against each other or are separated by a small distance (as shown in fig. 4). When the unlocking piece 23 moves to the position of the end 1312 of the guide separating portion 13, the distance between the pin engaging surface 11 and the box engaging surface 21 becomes large (as shown in fig. 5).
The guide surface 131 of the guide separating portion 13 may be a flat surface (as shown in fig. 6), a curved surface (as shown in fig. 7), or the like, and the specific shape thereof is not limited. The distance between the guide surface 131 and the pin engaging surface 11 may be linearly increased from the start end 1311 toward the end 1312 in the unlocking direction (as shown in fig. 6) or may be non-linearly increased (as shown in fig. 7). In other words, as long as the distance between the end 1312 of the guide surface 131 and the pin joint surface 11 is greater than the distance between the start end 1311 and the pin joint surface 11, and the distance between the part between the end 1312 and the start end 1311 and the pin joint surface 11 may be set as required, which may be greater than the distance between the end 1312 and the pin joint surface 11 or may be smaller than the distance between the end 1312 and the pin joint surface 11.
In order to ensure smooth unlocking operation, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the guiding surface 131 is a planar structure, which is inclined with respect to the unlocking direction. The guide surface 131 is inclined with respect to the pin engaging surface 11. The guide surface 131 may be inclined from the outside to the inside, or in the circumferential direction of the tongue 12, and the inclination is related to the unlocking mode of the unlocking piece 23.
For example, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, when the unlocking member 23 is unlocked by pressing, the guiding surface 131 is configured to incline from outside to inside, the starting end 1311 thereof is far away from the locking bolt 12, and the end 1312 thereof is near to the locking bolt 12.
As another example, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, when the unlocking member 23 is pulled outwards to unlock, the guiding surface 131 is configured to incline from inside to outside, where the starting end 1311 is near the locking bolt 12, and the end 1312 is far away from the locking bolt 12.
For another example, in some embodiments, the unlocking member 23 is rotated to unlock, and the guiding surface 131 is circumferentially disposed.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to enable the guide separating portion 13 to act on the unlocking member 23, a mounting hole 24 is provided on the female buckle 20, the unlocking member 23 is movably disposed in the mounting hole 24, a positioning hole 25 is provided on the female buckle engaging surface 21, and the positioning hole 25 is communicated with the mounting hole 24. When the pin 10 and the box 20 are locked together, the guide separating portion 13 may extend into the mounting hole 24 through the positioning hole 25, thereby acting on the unlocking member 23.
The mounting hole 24 may be provided with reference to a known technique, which is related to the unlocking manner of the unlocking member 23.
As shown in fig. 2, the positioning hole 25 is positioned and shaped to match the guide separating portion 13. The positioning hole 25 may be disposed at an edge position of the box engaging surface 21 or may be disposed at a non-edge position, and may be specifically disposed as needed. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the positioning hole 25 is provided at an edge position of the box engaging surface 21.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the guide separating portion 13 passes through the positioning hole 25 and is inserted into the mounting hole 24, the guide surface 131 faces the unlocking piece 23. When the unlocking piece 23 is operated to unlock, the unlocking piece 23 can move along the guiding surface 131, and the female engagement surface 21 and the male engagement surface 11 are separated from each other by moving from the starting end 1311 to the ending end 1312 of the guiding surface 131.
The distance between the start end 1311 of the guide separating portion 13 and the pin engaging surface 11 may be set according to actual needs. When the guide separating portion 13 extends into the mounting hole 24, the start end 1311 of the guide surface 131 should be capable of guiding the unlocking member 23 onto the guide surface 131 for movement, so that the unlocking member 23 moves from the start end 1311 at a low position to the end 1312 at a high position along the guide surface 131.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a stroke chamber 232 may be provided on the unlocking member 23, and the stroke chamber 232 communicates with the mounting hole 24. When the pin 10 and box 20 are locked together, the guide separating portion 13 may extend into the stroke cavity 232 to interact with the unlocking piece 23 to guide the movement of the unlocking piece 23.
The shape of the travel cavity 232 may be set as desired. When the pin 10 and the box 20 are in the locked state, the start end 1311 of the guide separating portion 13 may be located at one end of the travel cavity 232 or may be located in the middle of the travel cavity 232.
Further, the guide separating portion 13 may also be used to restrict the unlocking piece 23 from moving in the unlocking direction without being skewed.
Thus, the buckle device of the invention is formed. Since the male buckle 10 is provided with the protruding guide separating portion 13, when the unlocking piece 23 is operated to unlock, the unlocking piece 23 can move under the guide of the guide separating portion 13, so that the male buckle engaging surface 11 and the female buckle engaging surface 21 which are originally in the engaged state are spaced apart, thereby assisting the separation of the male buckle 10 and the female buckle 20.
Although the present invention has been disclosed by the above embodiments, the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and each of the above components may be replaced with similar or equivalent elements known to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
