The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco, in particular to a flavoring filter stick added with microcapsules and a preparation method thereof.
Background
As an important core technology in the tobacco industry, the tobacco flavor and fragrance technology has become one of the keys for forming the quality characteristics of Chinese cigarettes and creating the core technology of Chinese cigarettes. The addition of different natural or synthetic flavors and fragrances into cigarettes can set off and supplement the fragrance of the cigarettes, increase the smoke concentration, improve the smoking taste, remove and cover miscellaneous gases, reduce the irritation, endow the products with beautiful characteristic fragrance, highlight the personalized style of the cigarette products, and the research and development and application of the cigarette flavoring and the material feeding become one of the most key technologies for keeping the fragrance of the cigarettes in the tar and harm reduction work.
At present, two modes of cigarette flavoring and fragrance supplementing are mainly adopted, wherein one mode is tobacco flavoring, and the other mode is cigarette auxiliary material flavoring. The tobacco leaf flavoring process is mature, the flavoring amount is limited, the added essence directly participates in combustion, the volatilization of low-boiling-point flavor substances is serious, and meanwhile, the flavor substances generated by combustion are uncontrollable. The perfuming of the cigarette auxiliary material can make up for the disadvantage of perfuming of tobacco leaves, the perfuming of the cigarette auxiliary material mainly comprises cigarette paper, lining paper, tipping paper and filter sticks, the cigarette paper also participates in combustion, and the lining paper and the tipping paper have the problems of small addition amount, short fragrance retention time, volatility and the like, so the perfuming of the cigarette auxiliary material is mainly the perfuming of the cigarette filter sticks.
The essence and spice are directly added to the cigarette filter, and the cigarette filter has the following advantages: firstly, the loss and pyrolysis of spices in the cigarette storage and smoking processes can be avoided; secondly, the loss of the spice during the cigarette static combustion can be avoided; thirdly, the entrapment of tobacco shreds, filter tips and the like to spices can be reduced, and the transfer efficiency is improved; fourthly, various perfuming modes can be adopted.
At present, the application of adding fragrance to the filter stick products by tows, adding fragrance to cotton threads, adding fragrance to microcapsules and the like is mostly adopted. The problems of small adsorption quantity of fragrant substances, easy volatilization, uneven perfuming and the like exist in both the perfuming of the tows and the perfuming of the cotton threads. The technical problems can be solved by adopting a filter stick microcapsule perfuming technology. However, the microcapsule perfuming technology is not much researched, the prior art has some technical defects, and the inventor finally completes the invention through a great deal of experimental research and analysis work on the basis of summarizing the prior art.
