Description

Compound preparation for maintaining egg laying peak of laying hens in final egg laying period and application method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of laying hen feeding, in particular to a compound preparation for maintaining an egg laying peak of a laying hen at the final stage of egg laying and an application method.
Background
Melatonin (MT) was originally an indole hormone extracted from the fruit body of bovine pineal, and was named N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine. It has been found that many organs other than the pine cone have a function of secreting melatonin, such as brain, spinal cord, gastrointestinal tract, retina, ovary, and testis. Melatonin has molecular weight of 232kDa, is a small molecular substance, has hydrophilicity and lipophilicity, can pass through blood brain barrier and placenta barrier, and plays a role in organs such as animal brain, kidney, liver, ovary and uterus. Melatonin, a neuroendocrine hormone of Chinese medicine, has the effect of regulating various physiological functions of animals, such as sleep, neuroendocrine, immune system and female reproduction. Recent researches show that melatonin plays an important role in the processes of secretion of steroid hormones of animals, follicular development, oocyte maturation, ovulation, embryonic development and the like, and the addition of a proper amount of melatonin can promote the development of follicles and is beneficial to improving the production capacity of animals.
In the field of animal reproduction, melatonin plays a significant role in oocyte development and mature embryo development. In vitro melatonin supplementation can effectively improve oocyte development and maturation capability and improve bursa odds ratio. Enhance the embryo development ability and the embryo quality. In the research of pigs, the external addition of melatonin can obviously improve the quality and the development degree of porcine oocytes, improve the mature follicle, embryo cleavage rate and blastocyst rate of pigs, improve the embryo quality and increase the implantation rate[1,2]. It has been shown that during the IVM process of goats, 1X 10 was added-7The mol/L melatonin can effectively reduce the ROS level of the oocyte, and improve the developmental capacity and the embryo quality of the oocyte[3](ii) a In the study of mouse embryo in vitro transplantation, 1X 10 was implanted-7The blastocyst rate of mol/L melatonin mice is increased, the pregnancy rate is increased from 67.8 percent to 95.0 percent, and the farrowing rate is increased from 2.7 mice per litterThe survival rate of the offspring is remarkably improved from 81.24 percent to 96.84 percent when the survival rate is increased to 4.1 per litter[4]
In China, which is the first country in the world of laying hen breeding and total egg production, the Chinese laying hen breeding development mode has been changed into high-quality and high-yield breeding through the initial blind expansibility breeding. The '500 eggs produced in 100 weeks' is a new challenge facing the laying hen breeding industry in China. In the research of laying hens, the laying rate of laying hens in the later period of laying can be increased by 7.93 +/-0.91 percent at most, and meanwhile, the concentrated protein height, the eggshell thickness and the eggshell strength of eggs can be improved[5,6]. Related researches on laying hens in the later period of laying have proved that melatonin can improve the secretion of gonadotropins (FSH and LH) and the expression of receptor mRNA through a G protein-coupled receptor pathway mediated by MTR, and improve the yield and the egg quality of the laying hens. However, specific use methods and dosage of melatonin at the final stage of egg laying of laying hens are not clearly researched at present, so that a melatonin compound preparation capable of maintaining the peak of the laying hens at the final stage of egg laying for a long time and an application method thereof are necessary.
