Description

Disinfecting composition, disinfecting liquid, application and preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of indoor disinfection, in particular to a disinfection composition and application thereof, and a disinfectant prepared from the disinfection composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The biological pollution in the indoor environment seriously threatens the health of people and can cause various diseases, such as various respiratory infectious diseases, asthma, building syndrome and the like. Bacteria and fungi (including fungal spores) are indoor biological pollutants, generally exist on the surfaces of objects which are frequently contacted daily, such as furniture, sanitary wares, kitchenware, cleaning tools, floors, walls and the like, and can be greatly propagated in warm and humid environments. Such as: the kitchen sink is wet and often contains garbage, and bacteria with pathogenic ability can grow in hidden gaps; the faucet and its surroundings are often wet by running water, which is also an ideal place for bacterial growth. When bacteria are attached to a faucet or a water tank through hands, food or the like, the bacteria can be greatly propagated in the faucet or the water tank, and finally a microbial film can be formed and attached to the bacteria. For another example: the door mat always contacts the sole, often gathers a large amount of escherichia coli and other multiple pathogenic bacteria, and can bring the pathogenic bacteria into the room after stepping on the door mat each time. The following steps are repeated: after the washing machine is used for washing clothes, if the clothes are not cleaned and dried in time, the clothes are easy to store dirt and breed bacteria, and the clothes can be polluted secondarily when the clothes are washed. In addition, bacteria may be suspended in the air by forming an aerosol through the air flow, causing biological contamination of the indoor air. Thus, a person in a biologically contaminated indoor environment may be subject to bacterial attack by contact or breathing, among other means. Studies have shown that even with uv radiation, a small amount of bacteria remains in the room.
The disinfection solution commonly used in the family environment at present comprises 75% medical alcohol, 84 disinfection solution, peroxyacetic acid and the like. However, 75% medical alcohol can enter bacteria, but can not solidify protein in the body, so the bacteria can not be killed completely, and the alcohol has strong taste and large irritation, is not suitable for large-area household disinfection, is inflammable, and has potential safety hazard during storage; 84 has pungent smell and strong corrosive action, can burn respiratory mucosa, can cause discomfort for people when used indoors, and 84 has bleaching property and corrosivity, can cause color change of furniture, metal products and textiles, and is not suitable for disinfection of colored fabrics or metal products; peracetic acid is a strong oxidant, is extremely unstable, flammable and explosive, has strong corrosivity, has certain potential safety hazards in storage and use processes, and can cause certain damage and corrosion to skin, colored fabrics and metal products.
In addition, surfactants, builders and other chemical additives added to commercially available disinfecting products can damage the oily protective layer on the skin surface, thus aggravating the skin's corrosion and damage caused by the disinfecting products, which often contact the skin to cause dryness, roughness and even breakage, and also cause various degrees of damage to the hair and other organs of the human body.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems of corrosivity and skin irritation of the existing indoor disinfection products, the invention provides a disinfection composition, a disinfection solution, application and a preparation method.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the embodiment of the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in one aspect, the embodiment of the invention provides a disinfection composition, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-1 part of fructus forsythiae extract, 0.1-1 part of honeysuckle extract, 0.05-0.15 part of didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.1-0.5 part of poly aminopropyl biguanide and 0.05-0.5 part of benzalkonium chloride.
In the sterilizing composition, benzalkonium chloride has the advantages of wide sterilization spectrum, strong bactericidal power, small irritation to skin and tissues and no corrosion to metal and rubber products. Benzalkonium chloride can change the permeability of bacterial cytoplasm membrane to make the bacterial cytoplasm substance exosmose and make its metabolism blocked, thereby playing the role of killing bacteria. The polyaminopropyl biguanide destroys normal substance and energy metabolism by interacting with groups or elements in organisms, and is easily adsorbed by bacteria and viruses to inhibit the division function of the bacteria and viruses. The two are used in combination, so that the effects of the two on the division and metabolism of bacteria can be enhanced, the bacteria can be killed more quickly and effectively, and the propagation of the bacteria can be inhibited.
However, benzalkonium chloride binds protein more rapidly and thus has a reduced bactericidal effect when exposed to cotton, cellulose and other organic substances. The didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride has excellent surface activity and wetting property, can still play a high-efficiency bactericidal effect under the condition of organic dirt, and is beneficial to maintaining the bactericidal activity of the benzalkonium chloride, so that the composition has high bactericidal efficiency and long bacteriostatic action. The didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride is a broad-spectrum and safe bactericidal substance, and has excellent biological killing effect on gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, mildew, viruses, algae, enveloped viruses such as hepatitis B, HIV and the like, so that the excellent disinfection effect can be achieved by combining the didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, the polyaminopropyl biguanide and the benzalkonium chloride.
The fructus forsythiae extractive solution has strong inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Shigella dysenteriae, and also has inhibitory effect on Bacillus typhi, Vibrio cholerae, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bordetella pertussis, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Diplococcus pneumoniae, hemolytic streptococcus and influenza virus, and antifungal effect. The flos Lonicerae extractive solution has certain inhibitory effect on various pathogenic bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus, Escherichia coli, Shigella dysenteriae, Vibrio cholerae, typhoid bacillus, and paratyphoid bacillus, has inhibitory and killing effects on pneumococcus, meningococcus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Shigella shigella, Streptococcus mutans, etc., and can inhibit influenza virus, orphan virus, herpes virus, and leptospira.
