In order to prevent the elastic pad 5 from influencing the convenience of putting the eccentric roller 2 into the pressing piece positioning groove, in the embodiment, the upper end of the elastic pad 5 upwards extends out of the pressing piece positioning groove, so that when the eccentric roller 2 is placed into the clamping piece positioning groove, the upper end of the elastic pad 5 can be deformed towards one side back to the vertical positioning piece 3, so as to conveniently install the eccentric roller 2 into the roller installation position. Furthermore, the height of the pressing piece 4 is smaller than that of the vertical positioning piece 3, so that the deformed upper end of the elastic pad 5 and the part of the vertical positioning piece 3, which is higher than the pressing piece 4, form a flaring structure, and the convenience of the eccentric roller 2 in loading to the roller mounting position is further improved.
In order to enable the pressing piece 4 to press the eccentric roller 2 on the vertical positioning piece 3, the clamping assembly further comprises a driving mechanism, in the embodiment, the driving mechanism is a tension spring 6 arranged on the left side and the right side of the roller mounting position, and the tension spring 6 provides driving force approaching the pressing piece 4 and the vertical positioning piece 3 in opposite directions. Specifically, the pressing member 4 and the vertical positioning member 3 are provided with opposite tension spring mounting holes 7, and two ends of the tension spring are respectively connected in the corresponding tension spring mounting holes 7 of the pressing member 3 and the vertical positioning member 4.
In order to group the eccentric rollers 2, five dropping openings 8 which penetrate through the horizontal table 1 from top to bottom are respectively formed in the edges of the left side and the right side of the horizontal table 1, and the dropping openings 8 are used as avoiding structures to enable the eccentric rollers 2 to drop into corresponding storage devices through the dropping openings 8 after the clamping assembly is loosened. In this embodiment, the storage device is a receiving hopper 9 correspondingly disposed below each drop port 8.
In order to conveniently open the clamping assembly, a jacking tongue is further arranged corresponding to each piece falling opening 8 and located on the horizontal reference surface, so that the clamping assembly can be matched with the jacking tongue to be opened when sliding to the corresponding piece falling opening 8 along the horizontal reference surface. In the embodiment, the jacking tongue is a triangular piece 10, and as the five piece falling openings 8 on each side are arranged side by side, the corresponding five triangular pieces 10 are integrally arranged to form a zigzag whole, and two ends of the zigzag whole are fixed on the horizontal table 1 to realize the fixation of the jacking tongue on the horizontal table 1. Correspondingly, openings at two side parts of the matching seam of the vertical positioning piece 3 and the pressing piece 4 are V-shaped openings, and the angle beta of the V-shaped openings is smaller than the angle phi of the jacking tongue.
During specific operation, the pressing piece 4 and the vertical positioning piece 3 are separated from each other by overcoming the elasticity of the tension spring 6, the eccentric roller 2 is arranged in a roller installation position, the separation operation of the clamping assembly is cancelled, the pressing piece 4 and the vertical positioning piece 3 move oppositely under the action of the tension force of the tension spring 6 to clamp the eccentric roller 2, the clamping assembly is moved to carry the eccentric roller 2 to the position of the measuring instrument, the eccentric roller 2 is pushed towards the measuring instrument 11, after a probe of the measuring instrument 11 crosses the eccentric roller 2, the extreme value of the measuring instrument 11 is recorded, the height of the eccentric roller is known, the measured height value is compared with a corresponding grouping comparison table to determine the group to which the eccentric roller is divided, then the eccentric roller 2 carried by the clamping assembly is moved to the corresponding dropping opening 8, and the clamping assembly is pushed to enable the corresponding triangular piece 10 to be embedded into the V-shaped opening on the side part of the clamping assembly, until the vertical positioning element 3 and the clamping element 4 separate the eccentric roller 2 and drop into the corresponding receiving element magazine 9 via the drop opening 8. The triangular members 10 cooperate with the V-shaped openings to locate the clamping assembly and ensure that the rollers of the clamping assembly are mounted in alignment with the respective drop openings 8.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the material receiving hopper 9 is located at the lower side of the horizontal platform 1 and partially extends out of the horizontal platform 1, the inner side wall of the material receiving hopper is an inclined surface inclined outwards from top to bottom, and the inclined surface extends to the lower side of the material falling port 8, so that after the eccentric roller 2 falls through the material falling port, the eccentric roller falling on the inclined surface can roll or slide outwards, so that the eccentric roller 2 is gathered outwards, and the operator can take out the grouped eccentric rollers 2 conveniently.
The specific embodiment 2 of the eccentric roller measurement grouping device provided by the invention is mainly different from the embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 1, the lateral openings of the fitting seams of the pressing member and the vertical positioning member are V-shaped openings, and the corresponding top tongues are triangular structures, so that the lateral openings of the fitting seams of the vertical positioning member and the pressing member are fitted with the top tongues through wedge-shaped structures. In the present embodiment, only the wedge structure is provided on the clamping assembly, specifically, the jack tongue is provided as a cube block or as a round bar having an axis extending in the left-right direction. In other embodiments, a wedge-shaped structure may be arranged on the tongue, specifically, the compressing member and the vertical positioning member are both arranged as a cube block, so that the depth of the positioning groove of the compressing member is smaller than the thickness of the eccentric roller, thus after the clamping is completed, the fitting seam between the clamping member and the vertical positioning member has a certain width, and the tongue is arranged as a triangular structure or a tapered structure.
The specific embodiment 3 of the eccentric roller measurement grouping device provided by the invention is mainly different from the embodiment 1 in that: in example 1, the tongue is a separate component and is fixed to a horizontal table. In this embodiment, the tongue is integrally formed with the horizontal platform.
The specific embodiment 4 of the eccentric roller measurement grouping device provided by the invention is mainly different from the embodiment 1 in that: in example 1, the peak is located on a horizontal stand. Of course, in other embodiments, the positioning element positioning slot and the pressing element positioning slot may be correspondingly formed on the vertical positioning element and the pressing element at the same time.
The specific embodiment 6 of the eccentric roller measurement grouping device provided by the invention is mainly different from the embodiment 1 in that: in embodiment 1, the drive mechanism is a tension spring. 1. An eccentric roller measurement grouping console, comprising:

the clamping assembly is arranged on the horizontal reference surface in a sliding mode and comprises a vertical positioning piece (3) and a pressing piece (4), the vertical positioning piece (3) is provided with a vertical reference surface matched with the side portion of the eccentric roller, the pressing piece (4) is provided with a pressing surface opposite to the vertical reference surface, a roller mounting position is formed by the space between the vertical positioning piece and the pressing surface, and the clamping assembly is further provided with a driving mechanism used for driving the pressing piece and the vertical positioning piece to keep the trend of opposite movement;

The eccentric roller measuring and grouping console according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein the hold-down member (4) is provided with a hold-down member positioning slot facing the vertical positioning member (3), the bottom of the hold-down member positioning slot constituting the hold-down surface, and/or the vertical positioning member (3) is provided with a positioning member positioning slot facing the hold-down member (4), the bottom of the positioning member positioning slot constituting the vertical reference surface.

an operator station, said operator station being the eccentric roller measurement grouping operator station of any of claims 1-9;
and the measuring instrument (11) is used for measuring the height of the eccentric roller.
