Claims (10)
1. A preparation technology of a decorative plate with concave-convex textures on the surface is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a, ink-jet printing a pattern on the surface of a printing substrate to obtain a pattern layer;
step B, uniformly coating transparent UV paint on the surface of the pattern layer and curing to obtain a pattern protection layer;
step C, coating organic silicon resin on the position, which needs to be textured, on the surface of the pattern protection layer and curing to obtain a texture layer;
and D, uniformly coating UV (ultraviolet) light-cured transparent resin on the surface of the whole printing substrate, standing for a period of time, wherein the surface tension of the cured organic silicon resin is lower than that of the UV light-cured transparent resin, and curing the UV light-cured transparent resin to form a raised UV light-cured transparent resin layer and a sunken texture layer so as to prepare the decorative plate with the concave-convex texture on the surface.
2. The process for producing a decorative sheet having a textured surface according to claim 1, wherein the surface tension of the silicone resin after curing is 10 to 25mN/m lower than the surface tension of the UV light-curable transparent resin.
3. The process for preparing a decorative sheet having a surface with a concavo-convex texture as set forth in claim 1, wherein in the step D, a UV light-curable transparent resin is uniformly applied to the entire surface of the printed substrate, and then the printed substrate is left to stand for 30 to 300 seconds, and then the UV light-curable transparent resin is cured.
4. The process for preparing a decorative board with a concave-convex texture on the surface according to claim 1, wherein in the step B, the coating amount of the transparent UV paint is 10-15 g/m2And the curing degree of the transparent UV paint is 70-80%.
5. The process for preparing a decorative sheet having a concavo-convex texture on the surface according to claim 1, wherein in the step C, the thickness of the texture layer is 0.03 to 0.1 mm;
in the step D, the coating weight of the UV light-cured transparent resin is 30-120 g/m2。

The process for preparing a decorative board with a concave-convex texture on the surface according to claim 1, wherein the step A further comprises coating UV paint on the surface of the printing substrate and curing to obtain the ink-jet printing primer layer before the ink-jet printing pattern on the surface of the printing substrate is printed.

The process for preparing a decorative plate with a concave-convex texture on the surface according to claim 1, wherein the step D is further provided with a step F of uniformly coating a surface functional coating on the surface of the whole printing substrate and curing after curing the UV light-cured transparent resin, wherein the surface functional coating is any one or a combination of more of an abrasion-resistant coating, an anti-scratch coating, an anti-fouling coating, a matte coating, an anion coating, a skin-feel coating and a high-gloss coating.

The decorative plate with the concave-convex texture on the surface is prepared by using the preparation process of the decorative plate with the concave-convex texture on the surface, which is characterized by comprising a printing substrate, a pattern layer, a pattern protection layer, a texture layer and a UV (ultraviolet) light curing transparent resin layer, wherein the printing substrate, the pattern layer and the pattern protection layer are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and the convex UV light curing transparent resin layer and the concave texture layer are formed on the surface of the pattern protection layer.

A preparation system of a decorative plate with a concave-convex texture on the surface is characterized by being applied to the preparation process of the decorative plate with the concave-convex texture on the surface according to any one of claims 1 to 7, and comprising a conveying belt, an ink-jet printing device, a first coating device, a first curing device, a roller coating device, a second curing device, a second coating device and a third curing device, wherein the ink-jet printing device, the first coating device, the first curing device, the roller coating device, the second curing device, the second coating device and the third curing device are sequentially arranged above the conveying belt along the conveying direction of the conveying belt, and the conveying belt is used for conveying the printing substrate.
