the turnover mechanism comprises a bracket, two first rollers, a connecting rod structure and two second rollers, wherein the two first rollers are assembled and connected to the upper part of the bracket and roll on the first guide rails respectively; the two second rollers are assembled and connected to the lower portion of the connecting rod structure and roll on the first guide rail respectively, the second rollers are located below the first rollers, and the upper portion of the connecting rod structure is rotatably connected with the support and used for pushing the support to move vertically and rotate obliquely;
the lifting mechanism comprises a driving part, a driving wheel and a lifting rope, wherein the driving wheel is rotatably connected to the driving part, the driving part is used for driving the driving wheel to move upwards, the lifting rope is wound on the driving wheel, one end of the lifting rope is fixedly connected with the rack, and the other end of the lifting rope is connected with the connecting rod structure and used for upwards lifting the connecting rod structure.

The charging equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support comprises a main body and a sliding seat, the main body is used for movably placing on the ground, the first roller is arranged at the upper part of the main body, the sliding seat is vertically and slidably connected with the main body, and the connecting rod structure is connected with the sliding seat;
the sliding seat is provided with a hanging part which is arranged upwards and used for hooking and holding a groove of a flanging of the garbage can, the main body is provided with a first abutting part which is arranged downwards and used for abutting and holding the top edge of the garbage can.
3. The charging apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the main body has a second abutting portion disposed downward, and wherein the second abutting portion abuts against the sliding seat when the first abutting portion abuts against the trash can.

The feeding device of claim 2, wherein the turnover mechanism further comprises a material guiding plate, the material guiding plate is fixedly connected with the upper portion of the main body, the material guiding plate forms a material guiding channel opposite to the opening of the garbage can, and the edge surface of one port of the material guiding plate is the first abutting portion.
5. The charging apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the turnover mechanism further comprises two second guide rails, and both of the two second guide rails are vertically and fixedly connected to the main body and are oppositely arranged;
the sliding seat comprises a sliding part and at least four third rollers, the third rollers are connected with the sliding part, two third rollers are arranged in at least one second guide rail, and at least one third roller rolls in the other second guide rail.

The charging equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the connecting rod structure comprises a connecting rod and a connecting piece, one end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the support, the second roller is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod, the connecting piece is connected with the connecting rod and is positioned right below the driving wheel, and the hoisting rope vertically extends to the connecting piece and is connected with the connecting piece.

The charging apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the connecting rod comprises a vertical section and a bending section along the length direction thereof, the end of the vertical section far away from the bending section is rotatably connected with the bracket, the end of the bending section far away from the vertical section is connected with the second roller, and the connecting member is connected with the vertical section.
8. The charging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the driving member is one of a cylinder and a hydraulic steel.
9. The charging equipment according to claim 1, wherein the hoisting cable is a steel wire rope, and the driving wheel is a guide wheel for guiding the steel wire rope; or the hoisting rope is a chain, and the driving wheel is a chain wheel matched with the chain.
