The grinding system for the central holes of the gear shafts is characterized by comprising a rack (1), supporting legs (2), a supporting seat (3), a grinding head (4), a gear shaft body (5), a machine base (6), a driving motor (7), a driving gear (8), a pull-out type splash-proof ring cover structure (9), a grinding debris adsorption anti-fouling box structure (10), a detachable waste liquid collection and separation box structure (11) and a gear shaft grinding auxiliary surface cleaning roller structure (12), wherein the supporting legs (2) are connected to four corners of the bottom of the rack (1) through bolts; the left side and the right side of the upper part of the rack (1) are both connected with a supporting seat (3) through bolts; the middle part of the inner side of the supporting seat (3) is connected with a grinding head (4) through a bolt; a gear shaft body (5) is arranged between the grinding heads (4); the left upper side of the right supporting seat (3) is connected with a machine base (6) through a bolt; the left lower side of the machine base (6) is connected with a driving motor (7) through a bolt; the left end key of the output shaft of the driving motor (7) is connected with a driving gear (8); the tooth part of the gear shaft body (5) meshed with the driving gear (8); the drawing type splash guard structure (9) is connected with the supporting seat (3);
the grinding debris adsorption anti-fouling box structure (10) is connected with the machine base (6); the detachable waste liquid collecting and separating box structure (11) is connected with the rack (1); the gear shaft grinding auxiliary surface cleaning roller structure (12) is connected with the rack (1);
the drawing type splash ring cover structures (9) are arranged in pairs and are oppositely arranged and respectively comprise a fixed frame (91), a fixed ring cover (92), a movable ring cover (93), a drawing rod (94), a connecting seat (95) and a mounting hole (96), and the fixed ring cover (92) is connected to the upper right side of the fixed frame (91) through screws; the upper part of the fixed ring cover (92) is buckled with a movable ring cover (93); the drawing rod (94) is longitudinally inserted into a mounting hole (96) formed in the connecting seat (95).

The tooth shaft type central hole grinding system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the grinding debris adsorption anti-pollution box structure (10) comprises an exhaust pipe (101), a small suction pump (102), an anti-pollution impurity collecting box (103), an inverted trapezoidal adsorption core (104), a metal hose (105) and a debris suction nozzle (106), wherein the exhaust pipe (101) is in threaded connection with an upper outlet of the small suction pump (102); the small suction pump (102) is connected with an outlet at the upper part of the anti-pollution impurity collecting box (103) through a bolt; the inner part of the anti-fouling impurity collecting box (103) is connected with an inverted trapezoidal adsorption core (104) by a screw; the inlets of the middle parts of the left side and the right side of the anti-fouling sundry collecting box (103) are both connected with a metal hose (105) in a threaded manner; the lower end of the metal hose (105) is connected with a scrap suction nozzle (106) in a threaded manner.

The grinding system for the central hole of the gear shaft type according to claim 1, wherein the detachable waste liquid collecting and separating box structure (11) comprises a liquid collecting box (111), a cleaning cover (112), a flow guide corrugated pipe (113), a blow-off valve (114), a filtering and separating net (115) and an adsorption sheet (116), wherein the cleaning cover (112) is connected to the left side and the right side of the liquid collecting box (111) through screws; a flow guide corrugated pipe (113) is connected with an inlet of the upper part of the outer side of the cleaning cover (112) in a threaded manner; a drain valve (114) is connected to an outlet at the bottom of the liquid collecting tank (111) in a threaded manner; a filtering and separating net (115) is arranged at the middle lower part of the inner side of the liquid collecting tank (111); the middle part of the upper part of the filtering and separating net (115) is connected with an adsorption sheet (116) by bolts.

The gear shaft type center hole grinding system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said gear shaft grinding auxiliary surface cleaning roller structure (12) comprises a supporting cage (121), a impurity collecting box (122), a roller shaft (123), a cleaning roller body (124) and cleaning bristles (125), said supporting cage (121) being screwed with the impurity collecting box (122) at the middle lower part of the inner side thereof; a roll shaft (123) is connected with an upper bearing at the inner side between the supporting and protecting frames (121); the outer wall of the roll shaft (123) is sleeved with the roll shaft (123) and is in key connection arrangement; the outer surface of the cleaning roller body (124) is sequentially connected with cleaning bristles (125) through screws from left to right.
5. The tooth shaft type central hole grinding system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower longitudinal end of the pull rod (94) is bolted to the upper outer side of the movable ring cover (93).
6. The grinding system for central holes of the toothed shaft type according to claim 1, wherein said fixing frame (91) is bolted transversely to the lower-middle portion of the inside of the supporting seat (3).
7. The gear shaft type center hole grinding system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixed ring cover (92) and the movable ring cover (93) are covered at the grinding site of the grinding head (4) and the gear shaft body (5).
8. The tooth shaft type center hole grinding system according to claim 2, wherein the anti-pollution impurity collecting box (103) is a stainless steel box with a box cover at the bottom and is bolted to the upper left side of the machine base (6).
