4. A dust and dust drill according to claim 3 wherein the friction layer contacts the connecting rod with a greater friction than the connecting rod and the rotating barrel.

A dust and dust drill according to claim 3 wherein the adjustment assembly comprises a handle and a threaded rod rotatably disposed on an end face of the connecting barrel on a side thereof remote from the rotatable barrel, the threaded rod extending into the connecting barrel for threaded connection with the connecting rod, the handle being secured to the threaded rod at an end thereof remote from the connecting rod.
6. A dust and dust drill according to claim 1 wherein a dust duct is fixedly mounted below the dust cap and the rotatable barrel and communicates with the through passage.
