Abstract

本申请提供了一种反馈信息传输的方法和装置,可以应用于车联网、V2X、V2V等***中,该方法包括:第一终端设备获取用于传输侧行HARQ的第一资源和用于传输下行HARQ的第二资源,侧行HARQ为第一终端设备发送的侧行数据对应的HARQ,下行HARQ为第一终端设备接收的来自网络设备的下行数据对应的HARQ。在第一资源和第二资源在时域上重叠时,根据侧行HARQ的优先级和第一阈值,在第三资源上向网络设备发送反馈信息,反馈信息包括侧行HARQ和/或下行HARQ,该第一阈值可用于表征下行业务类型的优先级。本申请提供的反馈信息传输的方法,保证了HARQ反馈机制正常运行,提高了数据传输的可靠性。
