In step 405, when it is monitored that the current process is the network chat software, matching the content input in the network chat software according to the input method software with the keyword, and/or confirming to enter the activation state or maintaining the activation state determination according to matching the selected sent message object in the network chat software with the name of the inventor.
The determination of confirming to enter the activation state or maintaining the activation state is determined according to whether the previous round of entering the activation state is finished, and if the previous round of entering the activation state is finished, the entering of the activation state is confirmed at the moment; if not, the activation state judgment is maintained at the moment.
The communication between the agent and the chat software of the inventor is generally carried out through network texts. monitoring a currently running association process corresponding to an association object, confirming that the work of case numbers mapped by the association process enters an activation state when the current process of touch screen, mouse or keyboard operation is the association process, and recording an initial time node; when the current associated process is closed, the non-associated process operation is carried out on a touch screen, a mouse or a keyboard, the associated process operation is carried out on the touch screen, the mouse or the keyboard under other case numbers, or the interface dwell time exceeds a first preset time, the work of the case number mapped by the associated process is confirmed to enter an end state, and an end time node is recorded;
circularly activating and ending the state until the name of the document written in the folder under the corresponding case number is changed into a manuscript containing the corresponding case number, and ending the timing;
the naming of the patent documents in the same patent folder respectively comprises a primary draft, an IPR review draft and a final draft, and the time length required by an agent to complete the writing of the patent documents is obtained according to the time distribution occupied by the interaction process of the patent documents in an activation state.

one or more of input method software, patent filing materials, patent documents, browsers, attached files in patent folders and communication tools;

the determination of confirming to enter the activation state or maintaining the activation state is determined according to whether the previous round of entering the activation state is finished, and if the previous round of entering the activation state is finished, the entering of the activation state is confirmed at the moment; if not, the activation state judgment is maintained at the moment.
