Claims (10)

1. A ballast discharging and cleaning device after screen cleaning operation is characterized by comprising a ballast discharging trolley and an installation mechanism, wherein the installation mechanism is used for being installed with equipment for screen cleaning operation; the row tiny fragments of stone, coal, etc. dolly includes:
the ballast discharging trolley frame is connected with the mounting mechanism;

3. The ballast clearing and cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the ballast clearing car further comprises:
and two ends of the extension spring are respectively connected with the track side ballast arranging plough and the frame of the ballast arranging trolley, and the extension spring exerts a pulling force on the frame of the ballast arranging trolley on the track side.
4. The ballast discharging and cleaning device according to claim 3, wherein the upper end of the rail side ballast discharging plough is rotatably connected with the frame of the ballast discharging trolley;

the two rail waist rubber plates are respectively fixed with the ballast discharging plates, and the distance between the two rail waist rubber plates can be adjusted to be matched with the thickness of the rail waist of the rail bar;
and the distance between the two rail web rubber plates is always smaller than the width of the door opening.
7. The ballast clearing and cleaning device according to claim 6, wherein the ballast clearing car further comprises:
the sweeper assembly is connected with the ballasting trolley frame and can lift;
the road core ballast discharging plough is fixed with the sweeper assembly and is positioned in front of the sweeper assembly, and the road core ballast discharging plough is obliquely arranged from front to back, so that when the ballast discharging trolley is dragged forwards, ballast in a track rail bar is ploughed towards the direction of the road core.
8. The ballast clearing and cleaning device according to claim 7, wherein the mounting mechanism comprises:
two trailing beams;
one end of each traction beam corresponds to one pair of traction pull rods, one end of each traction pull rod is connected to the lower part of the corresponding traction beam in an up-down rotating mode, and the other end of each traction pull rod is connected to the frame of the ballast discharge trolley in an up-down rotating mode to form a parallelogram structure;

9. The ballast clearing device according to claim 7, wherein the ballast clearing trolley further comprises two guide wheels mounted at a frame of the ballast clearing trolley;
the mounting mechanism further comprises a transverse moving cylinder, the upper end of the transverse moving cylinder is used for being fixed with equipment for carrying out screen cleaning operation, and the lower end of the transverse moving cylinder is fixed with the frame of the ballast discharging trolley;
the ballast discharging trolley further comprises a triangular pit measuring system which is arranged at the frame of the ballast discharging trolley.
10. The ballast clearing and cleaning device according to claim 9, wherein the ballast clearing car further comprises:
the upper end of the sweeper lifting cylinder is fixed with the frame of the ballast discharging trolley, and the lower end of the sweeper lifting cylinder is fixed with the sweeper assembly;
the mounting mechanism further comprises two safety chains, the upper end of each safety chain is used for being fixed with the screen cleaning operation equipment, and the lower end of each safety chain is fixed with the frame of the ballast discharging trolley.
