技术领域
本发明涉及一种数码印花工艺,尤其涉及一种环保节能的涂料数码印花工艺。
背景技术
近年来,印染行业的环保节能要求越来越严格。虽然国内现在开始用数码印花替代一部分传统染色方式,也确实更环保化,也能符合现在越来越多小批量、多品种、定制化等需求。
一般的数码印花工艺比较传统大幅降低了染料墨水的使用和浪费,但是仍然会存在部分的浪费。本发明专利主要介绍了一种涂料数码印花工艺,简化生产工序、无水洗和污水排放,真正达到了环保节能的需求。而且通过此工艺,有效改善提高了涂料数码印花色彩不够鲜艳、干湿摩擦牢度不好的缺点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是根据不同面料的数码印花,优化涂料数码印花工艺。为了能提高改善印花后色彩颜色、色牢度等问题,本发明对面料进行了预处理,根据不同面料采用合适的涂料墨水和优化工艺参数,还有后处理工艺。本发明工艺工序为:面料预处理—墨水选择—直喷印花—烘干—焙烘—后处理—烘干—成品,具体步骤如下:
(1)面料预处理:面料未经柔软整理,通过等离子体处理,功率50~100W,压强40~80Pa,时间5~15min。
(2)墨水选择:由OCS墨水智能选择控制***,根据面料成分进行选配。
(3)直喷印花:直接对预处理后的面料进行喷墨打印。
(4)烘干:经过印花后的面料放在烘定机上烘干,烘箱温度为100~120℃,超喂10%~30%,拉幅5%~15%,车速10~20m/min。
(5)焙烘:温度为150~180℃,超喂10%~30%,拉幅5%~15%,车速10~ 20m/min。
(6)后处理:根据需要进行后处理工艺,通过二浸二轧,将助剂作用于布面,达到处理效果,包括固色整理、柔软整理、三防整理、抗菌整理等。
(7)烘干:经过后处理的面料放在烘定机上烘干,烘箱温度为100~120℃,超喂10%~30%,拉幅5%~15%,车速10~20m/min。
进一步地,当所述面料为聚酯纤维纯纺或混纺的织物时,所述步骤(1) 和(2)之间还包括湿喷处理,采用聚乙二醇溶液对所述聚酯纤维织物进行湿喷处理,所述聚乙二醇溶液的浓度为80~120g/L。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中,不同面料成分的不同智能匹配墨水;除锦纶和腈纶外的化纤面料,采用分散墨水,除丝绸外的蛋白质纤维、锦纶、腈纶面料采用酸性墨水,棉、麻及粘胶类的再生纤维素纤维、丝绸采用活性墨水。
进一步地,所述步骤(6)中的具体后处理方式包含但不限如下:
(1)固色整理:无醛固色剂WPB,1-5%;浴比1:10-20;温度40-50℃;车速5-8米/分钟;
(2)柔软整理:生物酶配方柔软剂5-8g/L;浴比1:8-15;温度55-60℃;车速15-20米/分钟;
(3)三防整理:特氟龙三防助剂5-6%,50g/L;冰醋酸0.5-1.5g/L;渗透剂WDN 0-5g/L;浴比1:8-15;温度55-60℃;车速15-20米/分钟;
(4)抗菌整理:TN30抗菌助剂,用量为布重2%-4%;车速15-20米/分钟。
本发明的有益技术效果在于:
对常规涂料数码印花前进行预处理,根据面料成分选择对应的墨水;后处理中进一步对印花后的面料进行固色整理,保证颜色牢度得以提高改善。同时,该印花工艺采用YH8585型大圆机数码印花设备,不仅限于裁片类的涂料印花,而且适用于匹装成卷面料的印花。
(1)预处理采用等离子体方式对面料表面进行改性处理,来提高面料印花后的墨水色泽度以及牢度。该工艺代替了常规增稠剂的湿法处理,减少了化学品的使用,避免废水污染,也降低了能耗浪费。
(2)对于聚酯纤维面料的预处理,额外采用聚乙二醇对面料进行直喷处理,提高面料亲水性和有效上染率。同时,代替常规浸压方式,直接采用直喷处理,避免湿态浪费和污染,减少预处理周期的等待时长。
(3)预处理后直接喷墨打印,避免再次烘干,减少工序降低能耗,也能提高预处理对于打印上色效果的有效性。
(4)通过预处理和固色后处理的涂料数码印花面料,色泽鲜艳度更好,干湿摩擦牢度也得到了明显的提高。由于涂料印花工艺可以适用于各类面料,经过工艺改善,有利于涂料数码印花的广泛应用。

实施例1
取涤棉氨单面汗布60米,其中原料成分为:涤纶/棉/氨60/32/8,涤纶细度为2D,棉纱支60S/2,氨纶70D。
具体加工步骤为:
(1)取36针大圆机织造出来的白色涤棉氨针织汗布(去浆坯布)60米,约20kg;
(2)面料预处理:先通过等离子体处理,功率80W,压强55Pa,时间8min。再进行聚乙二醇湿喷处理,处理液浓度为105g/L;
(3)墨水选择:YH11日本进口涂料墨水;
(4)直喷印花:预处理10min后进行喷墨打印;
(5)烘干:打印后烘干,温度为110℃,超喂12%,拉幅6%,车速15m/min; (6)焙烘:温度为175℃,超喂15%,拉幅8%,车速12m/min;
(7)后处理:二浸二轧,加入固色剂和柔软剂,比例2:1。其中固色剂 5%,柔软剂8g/L,浴比1:10,温度50℃,车速15米/分钟;
(8)烘干:浸压处理后烘干,烘箱温度为120℃,超喂10%,拉幅8%,车速15m/min。
实施例2
取粘胶氨纶针织汗布56米,其中原料成分为:粘胶/氨纶92%/8%,36S, 240GSM。
具体加工步骤为:
(1)取黑色人棉氨纶针织汗布(去浆坯布)56米,约18.6kg;
(2)面料预处理:先通过等离子体处理,功率50W,压强40Pa,时间 5min。
(3)墨水选择:由OCS墨水智能选择控制***,选配活性墨水REV10。
(4)直喷印花:直接对预处理后的面料进行喷墨打印。
(5)烘干:经过印花后的面料放在烘定机上烘干,烘箱温度为120℃,超喂25%,拉幅5%,车速10m/min。
(6)焙烘:温度为150℃,超喂10%,拉幅15%,车速10m/min。
(7)后处理:固色整理,二浸二轧,加入固色剂WPB,2%,浴比1:20;温度50℃;车速8米/分钟;
(8)烘干:经过后处理的面料放在烘定机上烘干,烘箱温度为110℃,
超喂15%,拉幅5%,车速10m/min。
实施例3
取羊毛精纺梭织面料68米,其中原料成分为:羊毛100%,60S,280GSM。
具体加工步骤为:
(1)取黑色羊毛精纺梭织面料(去浆坯布)68米,约27.2kg;
(2)面料预处理:面料未经柔软整理,通过等离子体处理,功率100W,压强80Pa,时间15min。
(3)墨水选择:由OCS墨水智能选择控制***,选配酸性墨水。
(4)直喷印花:直接对预处理后的面料进行喷墨打印。
(5)烘干:经过印花后的面料放在烘定机上烘干,烘箱温度为100℃,超喂10%,拉幅15%,车速20m/min。
(6)焙烘:温度为160℃,超喂30%,拉幅5%%,车速20m/min。
(7)后处理:做三防和抗菌整理,通过二浸二轧。加入特氟龙三防助剂6%, 50g/L,冰醋酸1.5g/L,渗透剂WDN 5g/L;TN30抗菌助剂4%;浴比1:15,温度60℃,车速20米/分钟;
(8)烘干:经过后处理的面料放在烘定机上烘干,烘箱温度为100℃,超喂30%,拉幅15%,车速20m/min。

Claims (4)

1.一种环保节能的数码印花工艺,通过所述数码印花工艺对面料进行印花,其特征在于,所述数码印花工艺包括如下步骤:
(1)面料预处理,将未经柔软整理,通过等离子体处理,处理功率50~100W,压强40~80Pa,时间5~15min;
(2)墨水选择,由OCS墨水智能选择控制***,根据面料成分进行选配;
(3)直喷印花,直接对预处理后的面料进行喷墨打印;
(4)烘干,经过步骤(3)印花后的面料放在烘定机上烘干,烘箱温度为100~120℃,超喂10%~30%,拉幅5%~15%,车速10~20m/min;
(5)焙烘,对步骤(4)烘干后的面料进行焙烘,温度为150~180℃,超喂10%~30%,拉幅5%~15%,车速10~20m/min;
(6)后处理,根据需要进行后处理工艺,通过二浸二轧,将助剂作用于布面,达到处理效果,所述后处理包括固色整理、柔软整理、三防整理或抗菌整理;
(7)烘干,经过后处理的面料放在烘定机上烘干,烘箱温度为100~120℃,超喂10%~30%,拉幅5%~15%,车速10~20m/min;
(8)成品打包,将步骤(7)烘干后的面料进行成品打包。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数码印花工艺,其特征在于,当所述面料为聚酯纤维纯纺或混纺的织物时,所述步骤(1)和(2)之间还包括湿喷处理,采用聚乙二醇溶液对所述聚酯纤维织物进行湿喷处理,所述聚乙二醇溶液的浓度为80~120g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的数码印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,不同面料成分的不同智能匹配墨水;除锦纶和腈纶外的化纤面料,采用分散墨水,除丝绸外的蛋白质纤维、锦纶、腈纶面料采用酸性墨水,棉、麻及粘胶类的再生纤维素纤维、丝绸采用活性墨水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的数码印花工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中的具体后处理方式包含但不限如下:
(1)固色整理:无醛固色剂WPB,1-5%;浴比1:10-20;温度40-50℃;车速5-8米/分钟;
(2)柔软整理:生物酶配方柔软剂5-8g/L;浴比1:8-15;温度55-60℃;车速15-20米/分钟;
(3)三防整理:特氟龙三防助剂5-6%,50g/L;冰醋酸0.5-1.5g/L;渗透剂WDN 0-5g/L;浴比1:8-15;温度55-60℃;车速15-20米/分钟;
(4)抗菌整理:TN30抗菌助剂,用量为布重2%-4%;车速15-20米/分钟。
