1. A welding device for an electrical frame, comprising:
a housing (1);
the welding seat (3) is arranged on the upper side of the shell (1);
four second sliding chutes (302) are arranged and are all arranged at the top of the welding seat (3);
the electric frame main body (2) is arranged at the top of the welding seat (3); and
fixture, it is equipped with four groups, all set up in on casing (1), be used for with electric frame main part (2) are fixed in on weld holder (3), wherein every fixture all includes:
the first sliding chute (102) is arranged at the top of the shell (1);
the bar-shaped connecting block (5) is connected in the first sliding groove (102) in a sliding manner;
the L-shaped connecting block (7) is arranged at the top of the strip-shaped connecting block (5);
the cross clamping assembly is arranged at the top of the strip-shaped connecting block (5) and used for fixing the L-shaped connecting block (7) at the top of the strip-shaped connecting block (5);
and the clamping plate (4) is fixed at one side end part of the L-shaped connecting block (7).
2. The welding device for electric frames according to claim 1, further comprising a driving mechanism disposed in said housing (1) for driving four of said bar-shaped connection blocks (5) to move, said driving mechanism comprising:
the power assembly is arranged on the shell (1) and used for providing power for the four strip-shaped connecting blocks (5) to move; and
and the transmission assemblies are provided with four groups, are arranged in the shell (1) and are used for transmitting the power output by the power assemblies to the four strip-shaped connecting blocks (5).
3. The welding apparatus for an electrical frame of claim 2, wherein said power assembly comprises:
the motor (15) is fixed at the bottom of the shell (1);
the rotating shaft (12) is rotatably connected between the upper inner wall and the lower inner wall of the shell (1), and one end of the rotating shaft (12) movably penetrates through the bottom of the shell (1) and is fixed with an output shaft of the motor (15); and
and the large bevel gear (14) is fixed at the lower part of the circumferential surface of the rotating shaft (12) in the shell (1).
4. A welding device for electrical frames according to claim 3, wherein each set of said transmission assemblies comprises:
one end of the screw rod (11) is rotatably connected to the inner wall of one side of the shell (1);
the nut (111) is in threaded fit with the circumferential surface of the screw rod (11), and the top of the nut (111) is fixed with the bottom of one strip-shaped connecting block (5);
a small bevel gear (13) fixed to a circumferential surface of the lead screw (11) and engaged with the large bevel gear (14); and
and the limiting component is arranged in the first sliding groove (102) and used for limiting the linear motion of the strip-shaped connecting block (5).
5. A welding device for electrical frames as in claim 4 wherein each set of said position limiting members comprises:
two strip-shaped limiting blocks (52) are arranged and are respectively fixed at two side ends of one strip-shaped connecting block (5);
the two strip-shaped limiting grooves (1021) are respectively formed in the inner walls of the two sides of one of the first sliding grooves (102), and the two strip-shaped limiting blocks (52) are respectively connected in the two strip-shaped limiting grooves (1021) in a sliding mode.
6. The welding device of claim 5, wherein each set of said cross clamping assemblies comprises:
the cross (51) is fixed at the top of one of the strip-shaped connecting blocks (5) and is connected in one of the second sliding grooves (302) in a sliding manner;
the cross connecting groove (71) is formed in the bottom of one of the L-shaped connecting blocks (7), and the L-shaped connecting block (7) is movably inserted into the cross (51) through the cross connecting groove (71);
two insertion holes (511) are arranged and are respectively arranged at one side end of one L-shaped connecting block (7) and penetrate through the cross (51);
the U-shaped inserting rod (6) is movably inserted into the two inserting holes (511);
and the clamping component is arranged on one side end of the L-shaped connecting block (7) and is used for fixing the U-shaped inserting rod (6) into the two inserting holes (511).
7. A welding device for electrical frames as in claim 6 wherein each set of said clamping members comprises:
two clamping grooves (61) are formed and are respectively formed in the inner surfaces of two sides of one U-shaped inserting rod (6);
the spring stress block (8) is fixed at one side end of one L-shaped connecting block (7);
two return springs (81) are arranged, and one ends of the two return springs (81) are fixed to the bottom of the spring stress block (8);
the L-shaped fixture blocks (82) are fixed at the other ends of the two return springs (81), and the L-shaped fixture blocks (82) are movably clamped in the two clamping grooves (61).

The welding device for the electrical frame as claimed in claim 7, wherein two fixing holes (9) are formed at the top of each of the four clamping plates (4), triangular reinforcing plates (92) are movably inserted into the plurality of fixing holes (9), and fixing blocks (91) are fixed at the top of the plurality of triangular reinforcing plates (92).

The welding device for the electric frame according to claim 8, wherein a first supporting leg (101) is fixed at each of the four bottom corners of the housing (1), a second supporting leg (301) is fixed at each of the four bottom corners of the welding seat (3), and the bottoms of the second supporting legs (301) are fixed with the top of the housing (1).
10. A method of operating a welding apparatus for an electrical frame, which is applied to the welding apparatus for an electrical frame according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
s1: when the electric frame body (2) is welded, firstly, the electric frame body (2) is placed at the top of the welding seat (3) in an aligning mode, then the L-shaped connecting block (7) is inserted into the cross (51) through the cross connecting groove (71), then the L-shaped clamping block (82) is lifted, the L-shaped clamping block (82) compresses the reset spring (81), then the U-shaped inserting rod (6) is inserted into the two inserting holes (511), after the U-shaped inserting rod (6) is completely inserted, the L-shaped clamping block (82) is loosened, the L-shaped clamping block (82) is embedded into the two clamping grooves (61) through the elasticity of the reset spring (81), and the L-shaped connecting block (7) and the cross (51) are fixed;
