A noise reducing passive radiator as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the fixing lug (35) is provided with a placing groove (36), one side of the placing groove (36) is provided with a notch (37), the top end of the fixing lug (35) is provided with a screw (38), the screw (38) is provided with a cross groove (39), and the top end of the screw (38) is provided with a rubber cap (39 a).

A noise reducing passive radiator as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the number of the fixing grooves (32) is equal to that of the fixing lugs (35), the screw (38) is in threaded connection with the butt joint block (33), and the size of the rubber cap (39a) is slightly larger than the diameter of the placing groove (36).

A noise reducing passive radiator as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the combined mechanism (4) comprises a support ring (41), a passive radiator body (41) is arranged at the bottom end of the clamping ring (34), a butt joint disc (43) is arranged at the middle part of the passive radiator body (41), a diaphragm (42) is connected between the passive radiator body (41) and the butt joint disc (43), a cover plate (44) is arranged on the butt joint disc (43), and a plurality of strip grooves (45) are formed in the cover plate (44).

A noise reducing passive radiator as claimed in claim 5, wherein: counter weight mechanism (5) include gag lever post (51), the inside of closing disk (43) is equipped with many gag lever posts (51), mounting groove (52) have been seted up on gag lever post (51), sliding connection has balancing weight (53) on gag lever post (51), sliding connection has slider (54) on balancing weight (53), fixedly connected with profile of tooth pole (55) on slider (54).

A noise reducing passive radiator as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the limiting rod (51) is abutted with a contact plate (59), the contact plate (59) and the sliding block (54) are respectively connected with a first sliding rod (56), the first sliding rod (56) is connected with two moving blocks (57) in a sliding mode, and the plurality of moving blocks (57) are connected with connecting rods (58) in a cross rotating mode.

A noise reducing passive radiator as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the limiting mechanism (6) comprises a clamping block (61), the cover plate (44) is provided with a plurality of clamping blocks (61), the clamping blocks (61) are rotatably connected with movable blocks (62), and the movable blocks (62) are provided with a plurality of sliding grooves (65).

A noise reducing passive radiator as claimed in claim 8, wherein: sliding connection has lug (64) on spout (65), be connected with a plurality of non return blocks (63) on lug (64), non return block (63) sliding connection fixture block (61), fixedly connected with is to contact block (66) on movable block (62).

A noise reducing passive radiator as claimed in claim 9, wherein: fixedly connected with second slide bar (67) on conflict piece (66), second slide bar (67) sliding connection fixture block (61), twine spring (68) on second slide bar (67), spring (68) are contradicted between conflict piece (66) and fixture block (61).
