Claims (10)

1. A related trade order management method based on trade links is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a purchase order creation request sent by a first user, wherein the purchase order creation request carries purchase enterprise information, supply enterprise information and commodity purchase information;
judging whether a transaction link exists according to purchasing enterprise information and supplying enterprise information in the purchasing order establishing request, and if so, returning a transaction link list between the purchasing enterprise information and the supplying enterprise information to the first user;
receiving a transaction link determination request sent by the first user, wherein the transaction link determination request carries transaction link enterprise information between the purchasing enterprise information and the supplying enterprise information and a transaction link level N, and the transaction link level N is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
and generating the purchase order and the sales order of the transaction link enterprises of each transaction link level according to the purchase order creating request, the transaction link enterprise information and the preset pricing proportion of the transaction link enterprises among the transaction link levels.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the generating the purchase order and the sales order of the trading link enterprises at each trading link layer level according to the purchase order creation request, the trading link enterprise information, and the preset pricing proportion of the trading link enterprises between each trading link layer level specifically comprises:
judging whether the nth level transaction link enterprise is an internal enterprise or not;
if yes, generating a sales order in which the state of the n-1 level transaction link enterprise is finished and a purchase order in which the state of the n-1 level transaction link enterprise is finished according to the purchase order of the n-1 level transaction link enterprise and a preset pricing proportion between the n-1 level transaction link enterprise and the n level transaction link enterprise;
if not, generating a sales order with the state of the n-1 level transaction link enterprise being finished according to the purchase order of the n-1 level transaction link enterprise and the preset pricing proportion between the n-1 level transaction link enterprise and the n level transaction link enterprise, and terminating the process;
judging whether the nth level transaction link enterprise is the last level enterprise;
if yes, generating a purchase order with the state of the nth-level transaction link enterprise to be checked, and terminating the process;
if not, generating a purchase order with the state of the nth-level transaction link enterprise being completed, and returning to judge whether the nth-level transaction link enterprise is an internal enterprise or not after n is n + 1.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a related enterprise newly-increased instruction sent by a second user, wherein the related enterprise newly-increased instruction carries enterprise information of a related enterprise, whether the related enterprise is an internal enterprise or not and a preset pricing proportion of the enterprise to which the second user belongs and the related enterprise;
and adding the associated enterprise into a supplier list of the enterprise to which the second user belongs according to the associated enterprise adding instruction.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and generating a transaction link with transaction link levels based on the incidence relation among the enterprises, wherein the preset pricing proportion among the transaction link levels in the transaction link is the preset pricing proportion among the incidence enterprises.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether a trade link exists according to the procurement enterprise information and the provisioning enterprise information in the procurement order creation request specifically comprises:
and if the purchasing enterprise information in the purchasing order creating request is consistent with the first user and the supplying enterprise information exists in the supplier list of the first user, determining that a trading link exists in the purchasing order creating request.
6. The method for managing associated trade orders based on trade links according to claim 2, wherein said generating a sales order for an nth level trade link enterprise further comprises:
and generating a sales delivery order of the nth-level transaction link enterprise.
7. The method for managing associated trade orders based on trade link of claim 2, wherein generating the purchase order of the nth trade link enterprise further comprises:
and generating a purchasing warehousing list of the nth-level transaction link enterprise.
8. An associated trade order management apparatus based on trade links, comprising:
the system comprises a first receiving unit, a second receiving unit and a third receiving unit, wherein the first receiving unit is used for receiving a purchase order creation request sent by a first user, and the purchase order creation request carries purchase enterprise information, supply enterprise information and commodity purchase information;
a judging unit, configured to judge whether a transaction link exists according to the purchasing enterprise information and the supplying enterprise information in the purchasing order creation request, and if so, return a transaction link list between the purchasing enterprise information and the supplying enterprise information to the first user;
a second receiving unit, configured to receive a transaction link determination request sent by the first user, where the transaction link determination request carries transaction link enterprise information between the purchasing enterprise information and the supplying enterprise information and a transaction link level N, and the transaction link level N is an integer greater than or equal to 1;
and the processing unit is used for generating the purchase order and the sales order of the transaction link enterprises of each transaction link level according to the purchase order creation request, the transaction link enterprise information and the preset pricing proportion of the transaction link enterprises among the transaction link levels.
9. The trade link-based associated trade order management device of claim 8, wherein the processing unit is specifically configured to:
judging whether the nth level transaction link enterprise is an internal enterprise or not;
if yes, generating a sales order in which the state of the n-1 level transaction link enterprise is finished and a purchase order in which the state of the n-1 level transaction link enterprise is finished according to the purchase order of the n-1 level transaction link enterprise and a preset pricing proportion between the n-1 level transaction link enterprise and the n level transaction link enterprise;
if not, generating a sales order with the state of the n-1 level transaction link enterprise being finished according to the purchase order of the n-1 level transaction link enterprise and the preset pricing proportion between the n-1 level transaction link enterprise and the n level transaction link enterprise, and terminating the process;
judging whether the nth level transaction link enterprise is the last level enterprise;
if yes, generating a purchase order with the state of the nth-level transaction link enterprise to be checked, and terminating the process;
if not, generating a purchase order with the state of the nth-level transaction link enterprise being completed, and returning to judge whether the nth-level transaction link enterprise is an internal enterprise or not after n is n + 1.
10. An associated trade order management apparatus based on a trade link, the apparatus comprising a processor and a memory:
the memory is used for storing program codes and transmitting the program codes to the processor;
the processor is configured to execute the associated trade order management method based on trade link of any one of claims 1-7 according to instructions in the program code.
