技术领域
本发明涉及一种两步法制备固态醛布的方法,属于高分子材料制造技术领域。
背景技术
醛类消毒剂主要依靠醛基与菌体蛋白的巯基、羟基、羧基和氨基进行烷基化反应,使得蛋白质凝固,达到消毒灭菌的目的。在已知醛中,戊二醛是一种最好的蛋白质交联剂,交联的特点是活性高,反应快,结合量高,产物稳定,对沸水、酸、酶的抵抗能力强。戊二醛灭菌浓度为2%,市售戊二醛主要有:2%碱性戊二醛和2%强化酸性戊二醛两种。pH在7.5-8.5时,戊二醛的杀菌作用最强。戊二醛杀菌是其单体的作用,当溶液的pH达到6时,这些单体有聚合的趋势,随pH上升这种聚合作用极迅速,溶液中即可出现沉淀,形成聚合体后会失去杀菌作用,因此碱性戊二醛是一种相对不稳定的消毒液。2%强化酸性戊二醛是以聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚为强化剂,有增强戊二醛杀菌的作用,它的pH低于5,稳定性较碱性戊二醛好,对病毒的灭活作用较碱性戊二醛强,但对细菌芽胞的杀灭作用较碱性戊二醛弱。为保证戊二醛的有效杀菌浓度,需现配现用,且液体戊二醛易挥发,对皮肤粘膜和眼睛均有刺激作用。
中国专利CN101455195A公开了一种固态醛的制备方法,该制备方法通过在大孔树脂上交换重金属离子制备含有-NHx(x=0,1,2)的载体,再在载体浸泡在多元醛溶液中搅拌,取出干燥,得到固态醛。该方法在胺基载体的制备过程中用到重金属盐,具有一定的毒性,且只通过常温搅拌负载醛基,制得的固态醛稳定性差,醛基含量低,仅为0.5mmol/g~1.2mmol/g。
发明内容
为克服现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种两步法制备固态醛布的方法。
为实现本发明的目的,提供以下技术方案。
一种两步法制备固态醛布的方法,所述方法具体步骤如下:
(1)向多元胺水溶液中加入交联剂,混合均匀,得到混合溶液;再将基体材料浸泡到混合溶液中5min~10min,取出后脱水,保持带液率为100%~300%。70℃~100℃下加热固化,得到多元胺改性基体材料。
其中,所述基体材料为亲水性纤维制品。
优选的,所述亲水性纤维制品为自然浸泡在水中5min,取出控水5min后质量增重在4~10倍的纤维制品;更优选,所述亲水性纤维制品为化纤布、麻布、毛纺布或无纺布。
所述多元胺为分子中含有三个以上氨基(—NH2)的胺,优选聚乙烯胺(PVAM)或三乙烯四胺。
所述交联剂为分子骨架双端均具有氮环、分子骨架双端均具有氧环或分子骨架双端均具有脂类基团的物质,优选乙二醇二缩水甘油醚或聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚。
所述基体材料与所述混合溶液的质量比为1:20~1:50。
以所述混合溶液的总质量为100%计,其中多元胺的质量分数为5%~20%,交联剂的质量分数为1%~5%,余量为水。
优选的,所述脱水方式为挤压脱水、筛分脱水或离心脱水。
(2)将步骤(1)制备的多元胺改性基体材料浸泡在溶液温度为10℃~20℃的多元醛水溶液中5min~20min,取出后水洗去除游离的醛基,抽真空至真空度为0.3Mpa,得到固态醛布。
其中,多元醛水溶液中多元醛的质量分数为5%~50%。
多元醛中醛基与多元胺改性基体材料中胺基的摩尔比为2:1~5:1。
优选的,所述多元醛为戊二醛或丁二醛。
有益效果
1.本发明提供了一种两步法制备固态醛布的方法,所述方法制备的固态醛布醛基含量可以高达6.1mmol/g,远高于现有技术中0.5mmol/g~1.2mmol/g的醛基含量。常温下在40kHz超声震荡30min后醛基脱落率仅为4%。所述方法首先将基体材料浸没在多元胺和交联剂的混合溶液中,交联剂可与多元胺中胺基反应形成网状结构,与亲水性基体材料相互勾连,剩余的胺基大量存在于基体材料表面;多元醛具有双官能团,受限于分子链长度,会与基体材料表面剩余的胺基发生单端反应,从而将醛基固定在材料表面,提高醛基含量和固态醛布的稳定性。
2.本发明提供了一种两步法制备固态醛布的方法,所述方法首先制备了多元胺改性基体材料,由于胺基基团要求反应条件温和,过于严苛的反应条件会破坏基体材料结构,因此本发明针对胺基基团特性筛选出骨架双端均具有氮环、分子骨架双端均具有氧环或分子骨架双端均具有脂类基团的物质作为交联剂,使多元胺改性基体材料既能达到一定的交联程度从而满足材料稳定性要求,又避免材料***变脆。
3.本发明提供了一种两步法制备固态醛布的方法,所述方法材将大量的醛基基团固定在基体材料表面,避免了多元醛挥发对人体造成的伤害,且制备原料均无毒无害,产品应用范围更广。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来详述本发明,但不作为对本发明专利的限定。
1.醛基含量测试:根据文献《盐酸羟胺-电位滴定法测定氧化海藻酸钠上的醛基浓度[J].分析试验室,2008,027(0z1):83-86.》对实施例制备的固态醛布进行醛基含量测试。
2.稳定性测试:取1g实施例制备的固态醛布放入100ml水中,常温下在40kHz超声震荡30min后取出再次测试醛基量,比较两者前后差值,计算出脱落量。
实施例1
一种两步法制备固态醛布的方法,所述方法具体步骤如下:
(1)向100ml质量分数为5%的聚乙烯胺水溶液加入1g乙二醇二缩水甘油醚,混合均匀,得到混合溶液;再将5g水刺无纺布浸泡到混合溶液中5min,取出后轧车进行挤压脱水,保持带液率为100%;置于70℃的烘箱内加热固化,得到聚乙烯胺改性水刺无纺布,水刺无纺布质量增加到8g,取样测试此时带液率是20%。
(2)将8g聚乙烯胺改性水刺无纺布浸泡在65g质量分数为5%的戊二醛水溶液中5min,戊二醛中醛基与聚乙烯胺改性水刺无纺布中胺基摩尔比为2:1,保持溶液温度为10℃。取出后用蒸馏水冲洗5遍,洗掉游离态戊二醛,采用真空泵抽真空至真空度为0.3Mpa,得到固态醛布。
实施例2
一种两步法制备固态醛布的方法,所述方法具体步骤如下:
(1)向100ml质量分数为20%的三乙烯四胺水溶液加入5g聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚,混合均匀,得到混合溶液;再将2g罗布麻布浸泡在上述溶液中10min,取出后进行离心脱水,带液率为300%;置于100℃的烘箱内加热固化,得到三乙烯四胺改性罗布麻布,罗布麻布质量增加到5g,取样测试此时带液率是10%。
(2)将5g三乙烯四胺改性罗布麻布浸泡在30g质量分数为50%的丁二醛溶液中20min,丁二醛中醛基与三乙烯四胺中胺基摩尔比为5:1,保持溶液温度为20℃。取出后用蒸馏水冲洗5遍,洗掉游离态丁二醛,采用真空泵抽真空至真空度为0.3Mpa,得到固态醛布。
对实施例1和实施例2制备的固态醛布进行醛基含量测试和稳定性测试,结果如表1所示:

(1)向多元胺水溶液中加入交联剂,混合均匀,得到混合溶液;再将基体材料浸泡到混合溶液中5min~10min,取出后脱水,保持带液率为100%~300%;70℃~100℃下加热固化,得到多元胺改性基体材料;
其中,所述基体材料为亲水性纤维制品;
所述多元胺为分子中含有三个以上氨基(—NH2)的胺;
所述交联剂为分子骨架双端均具有氮环、分子骨架双端均具有氧环或分子骨架双端均具有脂类基团的物质;
所述基体材料与所述混合溶液的质量比为1:20~1:50;
以所述混合溶液的总质量为100%计,其中多元胺的质量分数为5%~20%,交联剂的质量分数为1%~5%,余量为水;
(2)将多元胺改性基体材料浸泡在溶液温度为10℃~20℃的多元醛水溶液中5min~20min,取出后水洗去除游离的醛基,抽真空至真空度为0.3Mpa,得到固态醛布;
其中,多元醛水溶液中多元醛的质量分数为5%~50%;
多元醛中醛基与多元胺改性基体材料中胺基的摩尔比为2:1~5:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种两步法制备固态醛布的方法,其特征在于:所述亲水性纤维制品为自然浸泡在水中5min,取出控水5min后质量增重在4~10倍的纤维制品。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种两步法制备固态醛布的方法,其特征在于:所述亲水性纤维制品为化纤布、麻布、毛纺布或无纺布。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种两步法制备固态醛布的方法,其特征在于:所述多元胺为聚乙烯胺(PVAM)或三乙烯四胺。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种两步法制备固态醛布的方法,其特征在于:所述交联剂为乙二醇二缩水甘油醚或聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种两步法制备固态醛布的方法,其特征在于:所述脱水方式为挤压脱水、筛分脱水或离心脱水。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种两步法制备固态醛布的方法,其特征在于:所述亲水性纤维制品为自然浸泡在水中5min,取出控水5min后质量增重在4~10倍的纤维制品;所述亲水性纤维制品为化纤布、麻布、毛纺布或无纺布;所述多元胺为聚乙烯胺(PVAM)或三乙烯四胺;所述交联剂为乙二醇二缩水甘油醚或聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚;所述脱水方式为挤压脱水、筛分脱水或离心脱水。
8.根据权利要求1~7任意一项所述一种两步法制备固态醛布的方法,其特征在于:所述多元醛为戊二醛或丁二醛。
