step three: aligning the resisting plate (504) to the outer wall of the front side of a second side groove (503) on two sides of the frame plate (501) respectively, engaging a third bolt (506) into a first through groove (505), penetrating through the second side groove (503) after the third bolt is engaged, and engaging a nut (502) forwards to be installed at the rear end of the third bolt (506), so that the resisting plate (504) can be installed on the front side of the frame plate (501);
step four: the belt is sleeved on the outer walls of the first driving disc (601) and the first driven disc (602) respectively, and meanwhile, the belt is sleeved on the outer walls of the second driving disc (602) and the second driven disc (606), so that the assembly of the cable barring device can be completed.
