Description

A Chinese medicinal composition for fumigation and its preparation method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for fumigation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy is a branch of the traditional Chinese medicine external therapy. The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is a chemical and physical comprehensive therapy taking hot medicine steam as a treatment factor, medicine-containing steam generated by decocting the traditional Chinese medicines acts on the surface of a human body, pores on the surface of the skin of the human body are opened by utilizing the temperature of the steam, the absorption of effective components of the medicines is facilitated, and the purpose of treating diseases is achieved. The treatment method has good treatment effects on arthritis symptoms, general pain symptoms, cold symptoms and the like caused by wind, cold and dampness. The method is recorded in the first clinical application of Xianqin, and the operation is not lacked in the later generations. In the clear generation, the traditional Chinese medicine is fumigated to be mature.
The principle of the fumigation therapy of traditional Chinese medicines is as follows:
1. physical stimulation of thermal effects
Skin is stimulated by heat effect to dredge striae, relax channels and collaterals, relax muscles and eliminate fatigue;
dilating blood capillary, promoting circulation of qi and blood, promoting blood circulation and lymph circulation, improving the nutrition of peripheral tissues, simultaneously discharging waste and expelling toxin, so that the qi and blood of the organism are smooth, the metabolism is balanced, and the sub-health is improved;
thirdly, the heat effect warms, clears away the coagulation and can promote the dissipation of blood stasis and edema;
the heat is a cure factor for treating the wind, the cold and the dampness, can effectively eliminate the wind, the cold and the dampness in the body, and has very obvious effect on the thermotherapy for the diseases caused by the wind, the cold and the dampness;
the kidney of human body, the ovary and uterus of female are organs fond of warm and aversion to cold, and under the action of heat effect, the blood circulation of these organs is accelerated, the activity is enhanced, and the normal function of these organs is regulated and maintained.
2. Local pharmacological effects
Direct fumigation of the affected part can promote the penetration of medicinal vapor through skin, and the medicinal effect is highly concentrated.
3, integral pharmacological effect
The overall pharmacological effects are divided into meridian effects at the acupoints and blood circulation effects.
Acupoint meridian effect:
after the medicines contained in the atomized gas act on the skin and acupoints, the medicines can regulate the higher nerve center, endocrine and immune systems through the neurohumoral device and the meridian system under the influence of the meridian effect and the information effect of the acupoints, so as to achieve the effects of quickly regulating qi, blood and immunity of the viscera.
Blood circulation effect:
after the medicine is absorbed by skin, part of the medicine enters into capillary vessels, and the medicine is steadily diffused to the whole body through blood circulation to regulate the general condition.

In order to prove the advantages of the traditional Chinese medicine composition and the preparation method thereof, animal experiments are carried out. According to the theory of the traditional Chinese medicine that the three qi of wind-cold-dampness are mixed and become arthralgia, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is effective in treating arthralgia. According to the invention, 50 rabbits are randomly divided into a blank control group, a rheumatism group, a comparison group, a treatment 1 group and a treatment 2 group, the rheumatism group, the comparison group, the treatment 1 group and the treatment 2 group of rabbits form a rheumatism model, the wind-cold-dampness model of the rabbits adopts Yangshou et al, the research of animal models of wind-cold exterior syndrome and cold coagulation blood stasis syndrome, Chinese traditional medicine basic medicine journal, 1997,3 (1): 54-56, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
The blank control group and the rheumatism group are not used, the liquid medicine prepared in the comparative example 1 is adopted in the comparative example group, the liquid medicine prepared in the example 1 is adopted in the treatment 1 group, and the liquid medicine prepared in the example 2 is adopted in the treatment 2 group, and the neck of the rabbit is fumigated 1 time per day for 30min each time. After 20 days of treatment, the rabbit groups were tested for low cut viscosity of whole blood, high cut viscosity of whole blood, plasma viscosity, and hematocrit. The results show that the whole blood has low cut viscosity, the whole blood has high cut viscosity, the plasma viscosity and the hematocrit index are obviously increased when the rheumatism group and the comparative example 1 are compared with the blank control group, and the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2 have no significant difference when being compared with the blank control group.
The experiments show that the liquid medicine of the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared by the method can generate more beneficial components which are easy to be absorbed by the body through the fermentation process, and has certain effect on the arthralgia.
After that, clinical human tests were performed.
Case inclusion criteria: according to the Chinese medicine industry standard GB/TI6751.3-1997 'Chinese medicine disease diagnosis curative effect standard', the Chinese medicine composition accords with the 'arthralgia syndrome' diagnosis case, and patients with serious diseases of liver, kidney, heart, cerebral vessels and the like are excluded.
80 patients were selected from the first series of cases, including 22 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis, 26 cases of leg pain, 32 cases of soft tissue injury, 47 men, 33 women, and the average age of 54 years. The group was divided into a blank group, a control group, a treatment 1 group and a treatment 2 group. The general data of each group of patients has no statistical difference in comparison, P is more than 0.05, and the data are comparable.
Blank group: the treatment method comprises fumigating affected part with normal saline for 2 times a day, each time for 30min, and 5 days as one treatment course for 4 treatment courses.
Treatment 1 group: the chemical solution of example 1 was used, using method: the affected part is fumigated by the liquid medicine prepared in the embodiment 1, 2 times a day, 30min each time, and 5 days are a treatment course, and the treatment course is 4.
Treatment 2 groups: the same method as in example 2 was used to treat group 1 with the drug solution.
Control group: the musk pain-relieving liniment is applied to the affected part, and the air-dried musk pain-relieving liniment is used in the same treatment method as the blank group.
The criteria for efficacy assessment are as follows:
and (3) healing: the patient feels that the local pain disappears, the local pain has no pressure pain, the function movement is normal, and the affected part is comfortable.
Improvement: the patient consciously relieves partial pain, slightly tenders the partial pain, the functional movement part is normal, and the comfort of the affected part is increased.
And (4) invalidation: the patient feels no relief of local pain, obvious local tenderness, abnormal functional movement and unobvious comfortable sensation of the affected part.
The results of comparing the clinical efficacy of the treatment group, the control group and the blank group are shown in table 1.
